Love listening to the show on my weekends when I’m cooking or making art. The host is engaging, the show atmospheric, and the stories riveting.

I would rate this 6 stars if I could. Great editing and choice of music. The stories are always amazing and so entertaining.

I just discovered the podcast. Fellow Michigander and claustrophobic, the opening of this one had me saying, “yes, exactly!” Aloud, mid-chore, indeed. Do.not.bury.me.

I am for the first time horrified and suddenly surprised at the same time, but in a terrifyingly wondrous way… speechless 😶

I cannot come up with enough positive adjectives about this podcast. All I can say is, as I enter my third year of job searching nonstop (never stopping, its almost as if I’m cursed, I tell you, blacklisted, marked, stigmatized), I can only pray with all my tired, weary, spooky heart that, someday, I can find a workplace in which so much creativity (writing, music, poetry, whistles, footsteps, heartbeats) and gasp-causing, genuine spooks come together to create such a bone-chilling, skin-tingling result. I don’t even care if I end up with a hitchhiker (oh it’s a thing, not exactly a good one). Please God, let me have a livelihood as lively as all the dead in all these many stories that sometimes lull me to sleep. Amen.

Love snap judgment and spooked. Host is always amazing! Just realllly disappointed that there's no new episodes, just reruns of the older ones. We want new content!!

I’m so confused. I’ve been listening to this podcast since 2021 and every single “new” episode they’ve released recently (2024) is an old episode and now they sometimes make it two episodes. Why are we recycling stories?? It’s super disappointing. I want new episodes because this podcast is so good.

I am so glad I found this podcast. Spooked is the best! Mr Washington really has some great stories to tell as a prelude. The way he describes events and things are so realistic that you truly can ‘see’ in your mind’s eyes! And all the stories are just so creepy that it brings chills down my spine. I listen to this podcast everyday except at night. Not going to creep myself out😁

The stories are very entertaining but I have to fast forward past the hosts cheesy introductions. Wannabe thespian, not for me.

I love spooked and everything about it. The host is awesome, and I am always waiting for new episodes to come out. The one thing I’ve been having trouble with lately is that they are Re running old episodes, regardless I like seeing the cover art on old episodes that didn’t originally get any. Also I love how creepy the sound effects are getting. I was raised on this show, and can’t wait to see where it goes.

Such a magical, amazing, insightful show. From the incredible intros (sometimes sinister, sometimes silly, always compelling) to the stunning production -- TEN STARS! Minute one, Spooked had me hiding under the covers. Be afraid, and don't turn out the lights!!

Replaying old episodes and stretching them out to 2 episodes (originally aired as 1 episode). Have always enjoyed the content (I even paid for it back in the day) but the lack of new content and long intros is disappointing.

This is still, by far my favorite podcast of all times. It is produced to top industry standards, the stories are amazing, Mr. Washington is the best at what he does. Me and my daughter love to travel together to go camping. We always put on Spooked on the road trip and give each other creeped out glances. Then we get to our remote camp spot and have a great time. We started listen to this when she was a kid, and now she is in college. We still listen to it driving back and forth from state to state during her holidays. Thank you Spooked for making life more creepy and interesting.

This podcast has awesome stories but both the music and host are way too tacky. I skip straight through the music and host to get to the storyteller for every episode.

i rated 5 stars because i still believe this is the best paranormal content i've been able to find and have been a listener for a couple years now. however, i have the same critique as other reviews lately. i've been noticing re-uploads of old episodes for a while now and i was also a part of the group of people that paid for a lot of this same content a while back. i was glad to see i wasn't the only person feeling a bit discontent with the way the show seems to have disregarded long time listeners in doing this. i noticed a bunch of new episodes since i had last listened (after giving up trying to find one i hadn't heard) and felt like maybe spooked heard our feedback. then, this week's episode. i was super psyched to listen, but immediately knew i had heard this one before. in fact, it's one of my favorite stories and i think about it often. i truly enjoy the content and y'all do such a great job in providing the authentic storytelling that i love. i'm gonna listen as long as y'all are creating. i hope the feedback you receive is insightful :)

I’ve been a listener for years. I always had a luminary subscription so I could access their full library of stories. Now I see that it’s free and there are ads, which is fine. You do what you do. However, nearly every story posted this season has been a replay from previous seasons. Very disappointing.

I love the stories and I love the story tellers. I just got through the first few seasons. The only thing I don’t like is the host. I’m sure everyone loves the host but I just don’t like his voice or his acting. It turns me off on some of the episodes. It makes me want to turn it off. I just skip over him talking his intros or outros or whenever he speaks. That’s the only reason why I dropped one star and gave 4. Editing is great and the sound effects are getting more intense and spookier as the seasons are going.

Used to be better. Nothing but reruns now anyway. I recommend the older episodes if you’re new to it.

This podcast is the best in my opinion, I love scary stories, so I always listen to this podcast while I ride the bus to school, and then after school, on the bus, I immediately connect my earbuds and listen to this wonderful podcast. Wonderful Podcast, Mr. Washington!

I really love this podcast but I’m so disappointed by the lack of truly new episodes. Almost all of them are repeats from a while ago which is great for new listeners, but a real bummer for those who have been listening for years.

Thank you for including your words of faith in your episodes and not being afraid to do so! It’s all wrapped up together I’ve come to determine. And by saying that I mean that our faith and this other knowing that God has blessed us with to be able to have experiences like the ones your show is about. You make me and my little girl not feel alone or crazy out here in this world that is not so open to the “grayish areas” of life.

Spooked has become my new favorite podcast. It is so well produced and written and the stories are so captivating. I listen to it at work and it’s so engrossing that when a co-worker comes to talk to me I need to snap back to my own reality. Great job to this crew!

Truly the BEST spooky podcast out there

This is a great show!! It’s so original and yet classic radio show vibes. Very well produced from the eerie soundtrack to the stories told by various people!! The way the stories are told is refreshing. Thank you Glynn and team, my favorite part is always Glynn introducing the team. Everyone looks both ways before crossing the street… Except Glynn Washington he runs out there like Leap Frog!! Take care y’all -Ken

“Out of Body” is probably one of my very favorite episodes, but I really love this entire show and every episode!

These have been my favorite since campfire tales from SJ….used to squeal with joy when the air turned crisp and spooked came back around! I’m almost jealous of those who’ve only just found spooked—enjoy binging!!

This is one of my top ten podcasts!!! Spooky and very well done!!! I love Glen’s introductions and the stories are well written and entertaining.

As soon as I hear that music I get set for a treat. Glynn’s intro stories are mesmerizing, sometimes better than the actual spooky stories. But I love those. The scarier the better. Some of those stories are genuinely creepy, in the best way. Never, ever, never ever ever turn out the lights!!

I never really write reviews but this is one of my favorite podcast I always love listening to it while studying I would recommend to people with wild imaginations and enjoy a nice scary story.

One of the best without a doubt

I love spooked so much that every Friday I go on podcast and see if there is a new spooked episodes.

Great podcast but please make new episodes it’s just been replayed for the past month

Literally almost every single “new” episode is a re-tell. I’ve heard almost every single one of these before, I don’t get it. Don’t get me wrong, this is SUCH a great podcast, but why do you keep replaying the same exact old episodes???

So scary and so real. I love it so much it’s so detailed. The host is so cool and all the stories are so spooky.

This show is incredible. Production is wonderful and the quality is hard to beat.

I’ve been missing out on my favorite show since November 2023! But luckily that means I can now binge more than a few episodes! I had been previously subscribed to luminary, but that show/channel is messing with this feed. I have tried subscribing and unsubscribing, and it fixed my issue!

The stories in the beginning last way to long and the latest episode sounded like it was an ai talking but overall I love this podcast but please shorten the intros they’re like 6 minutes long

Spooked is the absolute best supernatural podcast I have found, hands down. I love a good paranormal story, especially when told in first person BY THE PERSON WHO EXPERIENCED THE EVENT. The stories are not scripted, (you know how canned and insincere those stories are where you can tell someone is reading from a script). Keep the creep coming Spooked!

I love listening to a handful of scary story-themed podcasts, and this was the one that ignited my interest! "Spooked!", "Jim Harold's Campfire," and "Radio Rental" are all so fun and entertaining! The perfect trio. "Spooked!" has a solid production, the stories are fun and intriguing, and the music is good. Each episode is the perfect length for a drive or a listen while falling asleep. Keep them coming!

Come on! How long can you stretch a story! This narrator is not believable at all. You can do better than this, Spooked! The latest storytellers are sooo unbelievable. No emotion in their voice, just so lame!
