I have been a believer for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Christian school, and in the pews of church. My dad went to seminary, and was the founding Headmaster of the Christian school I attended. He became the Superintendent of the Christian school I graduated from. My parents taught me and my siblings faithfully, and instilled a love of doctrine and Jesus in us. I never lacked for education. With all of that, I still learn so much from this podcast. Granger has a way of answering questions that are easy to digest, and I actually use his answers many times with my children when they ask me a question. All of that to say, thank you and to God be the glory.

I remember listening to your music alot, and now to hear your story and mission now I couldn’t be more thrilled to see what God does with you, Granger! God bless you and Yee-yee!

This was one of my favorite podcasts. Granger and his guests were so insightful and the off the cuff method made it more real. But the ads in the past couple months are just crushing. I’m all for supporting the podcast, but this is just too much. One of the episodes was 15 minutes of advertisements and that was it. Granger wasn’t even on it except for when he was doing an ad read. This is really disheartening and I hope they know that the change is causing listeners to leave.

I listen to this podcast every Monday before class/work. This is the perfect rejuvenating listen for me as Granger has the most humble and insightful advice and opinions. Rooting it all back to Christ really fills my cup. Thank you for this podcast!

Granger gives advice for real! No beat around the bush, but real, authentic advice/answers to real questions from everyday people!

There are so many ads. This used to be a more easy listen. Most these ads don’t even seem to apply to the listenership of this podcast. It’s been fun to listen to Granger’s take on the same question change over the years as he has grown in his faith.

Thank you, for writing your book. I’m going to listen to it again bcuz it was that good the first time. I did not grow up in a Christian home, the only mention of Jesus/God in our home was always in a curse word. I didn’t know him in a different light until I got married, but then come the babies, I had a doctor do a bad surgery that led to 25 more surgeries and several life long ailments that took me back out of the church. I’m just know getting back to where I listen to the Bible on audio here and there. I want to get into a groove of a set time and listen from old to the New Testament for better understanding. Sometimes I get discouraged bcuz I feel I need help making sense of it. I don’t have anyone to share this with so hopefully through God’s Grace that He will bless me with the ability in understanding. I’m sorry I didn’t write to whine about my problems. I just wanted to thank you. Granger, I’m a HUGEEEE country music fan. Love several songs of yours. My son in law started listening to your podcast several years ago, and then the music. He grew up in a family much like my own. He hasn’t found Christ yet. Pray for him, our daughter and my extremely precious grandbabies. Amber, I caught a couple of your podcast since the book. I’ve discovered the podcast on social media a while back, but I’ve recently started from the very first podcast and I’m listening all the way through. I’m about 2 years behind at the moment (baby Mav is actually about to be born!) and I just really enjoy hearing Granger’s engagement with his fans. I have always admired Granger’s commitment to his family and faith even before this tragedy but now I can see he is a modern day disciple. He is a very humble man who like many of us just wants to do the best he can and although he faces many challenges he is truly blessed and wants everyone to know they too are blessed. I rank the book as one of the best, most profound, easy reading books I have ever read. Maybe because I knew some of his story before the book but WOW, it can really help anyone who reads it. It will be Christmas gifts for my friends and sisters for sure! Just sent the audiobook to my youngest daughter so she can enjoy it. She is an RN and has an amazing heart! I discovered Granger’s music about 8 years ago when our local radio station B93 played the song Merica as the Friday song. I found myself looking forward to hearing this song every Friday morning on the drive to work, which started me down this path I would have never expected…from his music, 4 concerts, and meeting Granger, to this podcast which is such a positive influence and light in the world. Thank you Granger for your insight, leading me to be closer to Jesus, motivating me to read to Bible, and making the world a better place. This podcast also introduced me to others - Take And Read with Pastor Chad & Arise with Amber which are also Christian & very wonderful as well!! Truly positive influences on my life. I used to spend my time listening to dark crime podcasts... not anymore. Now I’m on a better, brighter path filled with hope. Who would have thought all these years ago that the B93 Friday song would lead me down a path of becoming a better Christian! THANK YOU Granger, and all the guests you’ve had on here. I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple months now and it’s honestly a real eye opener. Like others have said, the faith based responses are awesome. I sometimes struggle with some things and Granger helps get me back on track. He’s very easy to listen to. 10/10 recommend.

Wow. I pretty much was crying almost instantaneously when I started listening to the bad parent episode. Gah the part about the grief matches how much you loved someone and how pregnancy isn’t always the most joyful just so much I can relate to right now in my journey in life. I also really loved the last question answered about making a big decision. That we aren’t always equipped to do it ourselves or figure it out ourselves. I’ve been struggling with some huge decisions in my life to the point I’ve felt like I’m at a standstill in life so I was able to really relate to his advice about going back to the scripture, dropping down on our knees to pray and to surrender it to God. This episode just shook me truly and I can’t wait to keep listening. 😭💗

I have listened to every single one! Incredibly uplifting, engaging, intermixed with some lighthearted fun. I still laugh thinking about Granger falling into shark infested water. Love how he tackles tough subjects and just lays it all out. This has relit the fire in my faith. So real. “So good.”
