Weston Davis is great at what he does, the story writing does a great job at capturing the dreamlike shape of these encounters, while remaining vague enough the let you form your own terrifying description of them. The consistency of the quality is a pleasant surprise to experience throughout each season. The incorporation of the victims perspective and gaps in memory are a common theme that add to the storytelling in a unique way. The helplessness you will feel when listening intently to these stories in countless scenarios is a testament to Weston’s story telling ability. 5/5

I love these!! My only negative comment is that there aren’t enough - I need more. I can listen to these any time of the day, they’re always fun. Not too scary, but enough to keep you interested. The stories are really good, looking forward to more campfire tales.

If the world was to end this would be the podcast I’d put on to a Cassette so it cold live on forever. It’s gotten me through road trips and plane rides. Only issue in my opinion is how rare they are per year. But beggars can’t be choosers. Overall a great podcast.

This is one of my favorite podcasts (and I listen to over 50 hours of podcasts a week). The episodes are well researched, well written, and Weston Davis is a master storyteller. Even the ads and credits are fun to listen to. It is also very well produced. I look forward to every season and hope there are many more.

Found this podcast a few weeks ago in the Halloween section and absolutely love it. The narration is fantastic and love it. advertisement sound like part of the story and I love camping and they have a lot of camping stuff which I like. Narrator sounds so soothing & doesn’t sound scripted at all sounds like stories around the fire.

Camp Monsters is AWESOME! I honestly dan not recommend it enough. If you like the outdoors and cryptids and campfire tales this is the podcast for you. I need some merch to rep this podcast. REI give Weston Davis all your money and make him do it full time, I already bought a yeti cooler already

It’s a phenomenal podcast. It is well done all around and super well produced. I miss it every time it ends for the season and end up back tracking to re-listen to many of the episodes.

Camp Monsters has been my favorite escape this year while I worked all October on a big project. I got to enjoy spooky season even though I’ve been kind of trapped otherwise, so really thankful for the company of these great stories. It’s perfectly creepy and weird and both the writing and narration are excellent. I just wish there were more episodes…and merch of the cover art, which is also wonderful.

This is my favorite time of year and I anxiously await Camp Monsters podcast while I drive for work. Just wish it lasted longer, I love it!

Every year I start looking for news of a new season of Camp Monsters as fall approaches. The podcast offers great writing and story telling that draws you into the stories with ambient sounds that add to the listening experience without distracting you from the story. I’ve started listening to old episodes with my son this year on our car rides and the stories are just as good the second or third time through. I hope the podcast is back for season 6 with several more seasons to follow.
