I loved Marco’s carisma and professionalism He is versátil and he can talk to so many different people about everything. Even though this podcast is for real estate investors, Marco has Great guests that talk about mindset and wealth habits and so many different things. I highly recommended! Waste of time now with empty insightsIn the past, I enjoyed listening to Marco's podcasts for its advice, insights into different markets, and to understand how people built wealth. Now, the number of ads and self-promotions are egregious, and the content quality is awful. You, the listener, are how the host and guests generate passive incomes. They promote Norada (their investment wing) which by itself isn't bad. But then this podcast sprinkles in ads, sells you on books whose authors waste 50min of your time saying nothing of substance, and then bring on guests who offer little insights into the economy (and sometimes have incorrect, outdated takes). Marco, if you can read this, please improve the content.

Marco has expert guests who talk about a variety of topics from beginner stuff to higher level more experienced topics that keep me learning each episode. I own a couple rentals so Marco has been very helpful keeping my mind thinking about what my next strategy should be or what I need to consider as I grow my business. I would suggest this podcast to someone who has at least one rental otherwise stick to BiggerPockets.

His approach is sound and based on years of experience, and his buy and hold approach really speaks to me, although I like how he covers all REI opportunities, whether it be flipping, wholesaling, etc. These podcasts are a treasure trove of information and I have learned a ton...hoping to put what I have learned into action this year. Marco is also very transparent about what he does and how he makes his living via Norada...he has turned his passion for real estate and investing into a viable business model that also benefits others, which is admirable. I’d use his services myself but he does not do business in the area I live and want to invest, here in Maine. Keep up the great work Marco and thank you for all that you do to keep us informed!!

I work in property management and have wanted to invest in real estate. I live 30 minutes outside of NY, so it very expensive and cost prohibitive for me to start investing. I have no idea about passive investing a year ago…until covid hit. During my free time, which was almost everyday, I listened to all of the episodes and from there had the courage and motivation to start investing.
