The news reported that the LA police said that Nicole Brown Simpson was probably at the wrong place at the wrong time. Ron Goldman's 2 best friends were killed, right after Ron's death. One was killed in the same manner as Ron Goldman and Nicole. Murdered with his throat slashed. A 2nd Michael Nigg was an aspiring actor who worked as a waiter at a Beverly Hills restaurant. He was shot and killed during an apparent robbery attempt in Hollywood. The connection is that they all worked at Mezzaluna. At the time of the murder of Ron Goldman. Alternative theories of the murders, supposedly, have suggested they were related to drug trafficking in the Los Angeles area.

Very dry and boring!

Been downhill ever since Julian joined. Dude is trying to make himself a star. His “producing” is some of the worst I’ve ever heard in podcasting ever.

It happens on other podcasts so I understand but I really dislike those repeated audio sections. Makes me feel like I’m having déja vu, but no… it’s just cut and repeated.

Rory and gang are where it’s at. Mal is too egotistical and just not interesting at all.

He’s gonna hurry the end of this pod. I like Rory, love Baby D and Julian though.

Tired and disappointed in Mal's ego. Rory is willing to take the pod to the next level and Mal is holding it all back because he thinks it's "weird" to go on other people's pods. I love Mal but sometimes his takes are EXHAUSTING. I would hate for this issue to evolve into something bigger and break up the pod.. Get it together Mal.. PLEASE.

From Rory’s impersonation of diddy. “DADDY,DADDY listen.” To Mal telling the cast about Freak millz. It’s all just perfect. Really considering getting the Patreon now. Great work team.

No longer subscribed to this after Mal’s advice to a caller whose girlfriend says she doesn’t want kids is to just “shoot her up”. Trust me, I’m not an overly sensitive millennial (heck, I loved the podcast and Rory & Mal’s dynamic and listened to almost every ep) but as a woman in her 30s who consciously doesn’t want children this is the most toxic, misogynistic thing I’ve ever heard come out of Mal’s mouth and that says a lot, especially when he doesn’t mind telling every other caller to just break up with their girl. How about we advocate respecting women’s wishes more? I appreciate Demaris and Rory trying to step in but I’m not sorry that I can’t support this anymore. Also, sad to see Eddin go. I get he had to be held accountable for that physical altercation, but it was outside of work and Julian seemed to be okay with it? Also Julian even gets under my skin and I don’t even know the dude.

Was on since the beginning (and before)... great start and pretty solid until recent. Show turned more into the more of the other folks on mic. I couldnt take it anymore and had to bounce 😭 Keep doin it yall - may check in in the future to see if anything has changed

I don’t think these guys, more specifically Mal loves what he does. Rory tries, he’s just corny. At this point in all honesty it just seems like y’all just passing time talking with no regard to an audience.

They seem like decent people but they don’t seem to do any homework on anything they talk about.

I have them a chance I listened since the first episode but they add nothing new to the format or add value to it. Lazy segments, no research, or creativity with topics. I wish them the best but they need to put more effort into their craft.

Mal should definitely have like a segment called Mal thoughts it’s almost thanksgiving and he’s gotta get ready to hand out turkeys in Harlem wearing nothing but Burberry and a Louie scarf just so when the less fortunate thank him, he can say it’s the Harlem way I love you guys, Hey Julian something definitely is wrong with the 🐱

The number of topics for which this group is misinformed, but will still talk in circles about said topics for an hour, is staggering. Get better producers.

Guys if you read this please increase the quality of the pod audio. Rory’s S’s are WILD! 🐍. Otherwise I really enjoy the show.

Julian can be a guest every 10th show. We don’t need to hear him every episode.

This pod can be cool but they really make it an effort to ride Drake every episode.

This podcast is top-three in my rotation. Love and appreciate all the takes from this pod, Rory and Julian’s comedic timing is elite, Demaris is a great balance to all of the testosterone, and who doesn’t love Eddin being Eddin? I would support the patreon, but I’m a brokie 🤣. Love 💯

Liked this pod till they started finding things that “Andrew Tate wasn’t wrong about”. A male predominant podcast should not focus on the positive things that a predator and abuser has done.

Y’all been hating an awful lot lately on my city. I don’t like that.

I’ve followed Mal and Rory from the JBP to here. Listen every new episode, I appreciate baby D and Edin. Julian brings nothing but cringeworthy behavior, and brings no value. Actually makes me not want to listen, and that’s crazy. This episode topped it all off, keep him off the mic.

I tried hard to give Rory and Mal a chance. I listened to many episodes. But not only are they aggressively misinformed about seemingly almost everything, but there’s hardly any rap talk! I thought this was a hip hop podcast. So bad.

He’s not a meaningful addition to the show and his voice and tone is mad Cringy to listen to. He always sounds irritated. Like it’s a discussion relax. HIS TAKE ON BLACK FACE WAS WILD. It’s not cultural.

I have listened to the JBP since Marisa and appreciated when Rory and Mal joined. As the second mics of the show they offered their own insight and takes that really complemented JB well. That being said, I am so happy to see them branch out on their own despite the turmoil that brought them here. I am a loyal listener and I would caution others to give them a bit of grace to find their voices on the platform. Great job guys! Love it!

Funny and organic!!

Specifically Ep. 186, the fact that they’re still having the same audio issues from when this pod dropped is disappointing. Someone on that team continues to drop the ball and it seems like the guys don’t really care. If only Rory would be as detailed and caring about this pod as he was to his album…we would get consistent great episodes
