You can tell that she aligns with such high frequency of love for her guests and they respond with beautiful reciprocity. It looks like this podcast has been around forever but I just found it and it seems to have found me at precisely the perfect moment. All the episodes I’ve tuned into so far has been inspiring and I get a little giddy listening sometimes, as Ksenia tickles out insights from her guests that are so valuable I feel like I should’ve paid for them!

AquariusPeopleHow to vs WhyKsenia is a wonderful host. She’s precise, lucid and heartfelt. All the guests are interesting and knowledgeable. I’m however during this transition into the age of Aquarius more concerned about how to truly wake up from the dream of scarcity. Perhaps it’s the unconscious desire to make more money and work proficiently that keeps us chained in capitalism and make us exhausted, and not so much how we work, rest or ritualize. You can’t treat symptoms of scarcity with rituals. No amount of cacao or any product or workshop and course you consume can overcome the sense of lack. Awakening is needed to step out of capitalism. As long as we begin the process believing that we need to sell our talent, knowledge, wisdom and creativity we cannot be fully open to the abundance of open curiosity and joy of creation. My point is, are you motivated by money or numbers of any kind or by joy and curiosity? Ksenia, I hope you use your tremendous talent and intellect to investigate the why as much as sharing the how to.

Ksenia speaks with people who are living their truth through their businesses, showing that success and being “woke” are not mutually exclusive. Ksenia herself is inspiring (follow her on Instagram!) and her work on all platforms has helped reframe my perspective on creating rituals and seeing daily tasks (such as making a morning beverage) as a way to connect to my true self and allow that to shape the rest of my day. This podcast is not just for entrepreneurs (I’m not), but for anyone looking to grow mentally, spiritually, and in their career.
