I’ve loved this podcast for awhile, but episode 331 about effective collaboration and resource sharing is especially brilliant. In it, Gretchen explains what true collaboration looks like for teacher planning teams. She does an amazing job of capturing the difference between cooperation (each person doing 1 piece of the plan separately) and collaboration (all people working on all pieces of the plan together). The thing is, that’s not just true of effective teacher co-planning; it’s also true of student collaboration on group tasks and projects, for example. This kind of double-applicability is a frequent bonus on this podcast, and I so appreciate the way that Gretchen’s tips and insights work on multiple levels.

You deserve to feel affirmed in your practices. You deserve to learn and grow in ways that leave you feeling joyful and inspired.
