Best video game podcast ever

I miss the old "It's the, Video - Game - Show" song at the beginning and I seriously miss the low voiced "Next Topic".

I have literally listened to every episode just to laugh at your guys jokes and adventures. I noticed Bob has not been on since September. Where'd he go? Either way it's great. Anything from Emilio to second life to video game deaths to your guys effortlessness. No matter what people say you gotta keep making the shows. Bob is my favorite host and I miss him and want to know what happend.

I used to listen for the crazy antics and hilarity of the crew.I used to smile whenever I'd hear "next topic" now VGS crew if ur reading this plz plz plz go back to the old format it's what we miss about the show

What happen to this show? I don’t even know where to begin? No one seems to care anymore. This went from one of my favorite shows to pure garbage. Just stop doing it.

been listening to this show for about a year...seems around the time they god rid of the rollcall questions the show has gone down hill. seems like everyone does not care about the show at all. couple weeks ago my ipod battery was low and i listened to this show and regreted using the last of my battery on it..

One of the wost gaming podcasts I have listened to. I am not sure how they manage week after week to laugh so hard at how unprofessional their show is - they literally use their lack of focus/professionalism repeatedly as a point of humor, as if it hasnt gotten old after all this time. You couldnt throw a rock down the street without hitting someone that happened to have a better sense of what's funny than these guys. Childish without much direction or focus. There are way better gamer podcasts than this one. Keep on looking.

First off this isn't supposed to be a whole video game show. It's just the name. It's a bunch of hillarious guys who spend their time to please everyone who has grown attached to asian jokes and bob and kieths hillarious screw offness. A great show overall and I think it would be cool to get chris p and Tom back tho. You guys all rock and who ever is hating on this just don't listen to it. Have a nice bowl of failed soup. Extra skin. Ham sandwich to all the true listeners.

I love the podcast! All but one member is awesome so I'm sorry Chad... Shattered dream pie. But to everyone else in the podcast I say ham Sammy! Also I do believe that Keith should get a bear fruit! Just because he is that badass!

Changed review. Glad to have Chad back with the cast. Almost died laughing hearing the intro. Great to have things semi back to normal. And yes.. I realize this is a big stretch on the definition of normal.... And Ivan.. It was worth it for me thanks!

I listen to almost 30 podcasts related to games. This one is the worst, if I want funny I listen to Howard Stern. For serious game reviews listen to Gamers with Jobs… This stuff is pure crap. I just don't find this people funny.

I have been a listener for a while and don't get me wrong I love the show. Yet they all have become lazy a**es and don't have topics like in th mist recent show. Please change back to the old format

This has been my favorite podcast since I got iTunes. Through you guys, I found out about the rest of the Gamercastnetwork, but the VGS crew has kept me entertained since they begain. The whooping llama, TF2, and all the other characters you've created make my week. Keep it up.

At first I thought this was a console based podcast but I soon realized this was more of a computer rich podcast. Well although I'm a xbox 360 and ps3 Owner. I still love the humor in the videogame show. Thumbs up guys!

I've listened to the past 3 episodes and the 2 constants are a very one sided view on gaming and games in general and a very irritating host who persists in screaming into the microphone. The humor is very frat boyish and low brow. These people support the illusion that all gamers are foul mouthed, loud, beer guzzling douches. As support to one sided gaming, in the most recent episode they completely ignored Dragon Age simply because its not to their taste, which is fine, but there is no attempt to even research the titles or give a fair shoutout to them. The amount of inaccurate infomation spouted is mind-blowing. A very poor example of a gaming podcast. I highly recommend Cagcast, Evil Avatar podcast, GWJ Podcast, Bombcast as much better gaming podcast experiences.

Each week this team of podcasters tries valiantly to talk about current events in the video game industry. What results may include but not be limited to berating the host, wooping like a llama, screaming for mailbags, and passionately caring--about not caring. This show's chemistry is great and the cast loves doing this show. It's been around for a long time and I hope it stays that way. Five stars.

These are the funniest gamers on the internet. They're original, bitter and sensible. The VGS is my favorite podcast. You HAVE to listen to at least one episode (guaranteed to make milk shoot out your nose).

I usually don't bother rating podcasts. I gave this podcast five stars despite the fact that I am going to boycott listening to it during my workouts from now on. I nearly became a video game death when I couldn't stop laughing while lifting weights one day. I had to turn it off. This should be a lesson for you kids. Do not listen to the Video Game Show while lifting heavy weights.

Been listening to this for years and it never gets old. The cast is funny and tries to be informative. This isn't a podcast for gaming news but more for randomness and a little gaming. Have to listen to it to know what I am talking about. Give it a try!

Well, this is sort of interesting cause when these guys are serious about something they can be funny, but when they try to be funny it's not...I'm convinced that these guys (minus the host) have either been drinking or are on some unprescribed substance. They almost laugh after every sentence and it gets annoying very quickly. To top it off, now they have promo spots every few minutes..that sealed it for me and decided to unsubscribe.

Listened to every episode in under a month O_O Funny and informative! Will never stop listening to this podcast as long as it's in existance! Ham sandwiches all around :)

VGS is my all time fav podcast, it's funny as heck at they atempt to give you news and there thoughts. If you like video games or like to listen you guys with no life (im kidding!) you have to get the video game show!

VGS is the only podcast I listen to upon download, and when its late GRRRR! Seriously, this show is informitive, hilarious, and well put together. It's a must have!

These guys are video game snobs. If you want to listen to crap about World of Warcraft and old arcade games, this is the place. For relevant gaming info, listen elsewhere.

I found this only when Lono from Sarcastic Gamer and was sucked in. Now I won't lie, they aren't all that smart except Chad, Keith and Ivan. Tom still can't say interpret or that japanese guy's name. Bob laughs at fat people and plays Mountain Blade and Chris is lazy because he'll probably buy the Hasbro Games. But other than that, it is one of the greatest and funniest podcasts ever. (P.S. Sarcastic Gamer #1!!)

this is a very high quality podcast. The hosts are very funny, it is a very good addition to your collection of gaming podcasts.

This show is great! They are pretty brief with the topics they touch, and leave you wanting more. These guys do a great podcast and are funny.

If you want to listen to exclusive news... you wont find them here; in fact, most of the material in this podcast you can find it in other podcasts...but just like good food, it is the presentation that counts!!! . These guys are by far the most entertaining out there! everyone should listen. PS: terms you might not be familiar = 'emilio the lama', 'ham sandwich', 'bumblefoot the insignificant', 'girl on the left'... and so on

Ham Sandwhich to the VGS, Next Topic.

Absolutely hilarious and inciteful podcast covering all platforms. The superior editing leaves in all the content and jokes without throwing the kitchen sinking at the listener and wasting time. The only real downside to the podcast is that it's difficult to give full coverage to each platform in only 30 minutes a week. However, if you only have time to listen to one gaming podcast, this one should be it.

...but just the perfect length. "Next Topic" keeps it moving, and you should automatically listen to any podcast closed out by a guitar riff of the Godfather theme. Keep 'em coming, guys.

I've been listening to these guys since their Dreamstation days and all I can say is the show has gotten better with time. Not only have they given me a new appreciation for Llamas and sliced pork sammiches, but their opinionated pseudo reviews of games sound less like some crappy video game magazine and more like a bunch of my friends letting me know where I should spend my hard earned money. Just the right amount of content and a whole lot of fatty, high cholesterolly filler, The VGS is my favorite video game podcast... period. P.S. All praises to The Mighty Oot! - Big La, Todd Kelley

I have been listening to these guys since the beginning of the .cc days. They are always fun to listen to and I look forward to the show. If your into gaming, gaming lifestyle, and you love humor then you simply can not let this show pass you by. Keep up the good work guys.

These guys have brought me to trying new things like rpg kinda games. The show is also laugh out loud funny but they also get you good info on video games. So if you just listen to this podcast trust me you will love it. these guys after one show teach you things that you would never know on youre own.
