SydneyNemoAmazing Running Podcast!I absolutely love this podcast! I’m a PT and ran track in college - I was more of a sprinter than a distance runner, but I’ve run my fair share of 5Ks and 8Ks for fun. Now that I’m dead bored in the quarantine, and getting married in 4 months😍I need a new goal to keep me sane! I’ve decided to train for a half marathon, found this podcast and feeling so inspired. While I know plenty about performance and movement, I so appreciate the tips and tricks in this podcast many of which are little things that could only be learned by years of experience and mistakes. This podcast is certainly making my first attempt fun, enjoyable and exciting - thank you Amy!!!

Diana GiselleSo much good easy-to-understand knowledge!I love following Amy on instagram and following her journey as she trains. She has so much knowledge, is completely down to earth with training and its struggles, and shares her knowledge from experience and research. First episode is so informative about running basics and I can’t wait for more!
