I’m listening this morning from my sauna, after having done my PEMF, several glasses of filtered, remineralized and hydrogen infused water, breathwork, red light, prayer and meditation. JacobDKExcellent resource of scientific discussions in a lively and informative wayI have listen to so many of Ben’s podcast at this point and now that I have done some testing for my health I also use it as a search engine to deep dive into topics/supplement/protocols specific to my needs. I can appreciate Ben’s quirky personality and sense of dry humor that adds to the element of entertainment. Besides that, he’s make a great interviewer because he’s is knowledgeable about most subjects related to health so he can ask relevant questions, yet he also ensures to ask questions that helps elicit layman terms and fundamental perspective which most likely makes it understandable to a wider audience. Big thanks to Ben and his team. I highly recommend also reading his books! I recently got his book on parenting and I’m excited to read it.

Ben clearly has an amazing memory that complements his immense and decades-longlove of learning and exploring. Even episodes that don’t sound interesting keep me hooked in as I learn one fascinating thing after another — always backed by science. And he should honestly give a Masterclass on how to be a great interviewer; he asks spectacular questions that truly move the conversation (and learning) forward, well beyond what most interviewer’s accomplish.

TVedderComes across as cutting edge, but is really silly and credulousI don’t doubt Mr Greenfield’s intelligence. I just wish he would use it—and his popular platform—to spread REAL science and actually help people. His credulous interviews and cheerleading social media posts touting disproven and unproven scams and chemicals are just sad. I made the mistake of listening to his laughable interview with a chiropractor buddy of his, and it was absolutely pathetic. Chiropractic is universally understood to be a useless pseudoscience; its practitioners are not doctors in any sense of the word. Ben has a LOOOONG history of advocating for quack new techniques and unregulated supplements that have ended up on the scrap heap of disproven healthcare.

Joke opf a podcast. Ads are super cringe and there isn't anythin he won't sell.

Just seems like he’s always selling something. It’s not believable anymore. He also will have awesome guest on and then proceed to talk over them the whole time.
