Tiny HeartsGreat Podcast, Poor Sound QualityThis podcast has so much great information - well researched and presented. But I do wish Siim would slow down some - he speaks in short, clipped bursts that make it more difficult to understand what he is saying. Also, there are frequent plosives that are really irritating to listen through. His recording set-up needs to be improved/modified to prevent this - it is intensely annoying, to the point that I frequently have to just stop listening. Siim, seriously, put on some earbuds and try to listen to your latest episode 326.#314 - it’s boom, boom, boom. Terrible to listen to.

Luv2cmoonExcellent and through informationI’ve been following Siim for awhile on YouTube hoping to find the courage and the will power to achieve a prolonged fast but I had some fears due to lack of information. Siim broke it down perfectly and his lifestyle is very inspirational for healing the body mind soul aspect that is so needed in the American diet and lifestyle. I highly recommend this podcast for informative information whether it is a one day fast or longer, he explains the benefits and the ins and outs of getting through prolonged fasts.

DeesNutz83Kid knows his stuffI could not believe how young this guy was because of how knowledgable he is on so many subjects. It is clear that he knows what it takes to become a successful person in many realms of life, or what he calls self-empowered. I am subscribed to his YouTube channel and I'm continually impressed with the content he puts out. Therefore, I was excited to listen to this. It even surpassed my expectations. I like his channel and this podcast because it's much easier for me to listen to these or watch these than to read the many books that he most likely gets his knowledge from. It's like listening to an audiobook on steroids. Think of some of the great books out there on self-empowerment: Awaken the Giant Within, The Obstacle is the Way, the Power of Positive Thinking, The One Thing, etc. That is the kind of theme his podcast supports. For that reason, I feel I can just listen to his knowledge rather than searching for the next great self help book that I need to read.

I’ve listened to many videos covering different aspects of keto diets, it’s physiology, fasting, etc. So has siim. His site is a very good place to get a complete overview. Hey siim how about vitamin D, K2, vitamin A calcium metabolism? CAC scan for heart artery health and osteoporosis. In addition to all the other things vitamin D does. K2 is especially interesting.
