Amykate73Real, Raw and Refreshingly HonestAndrea takes real talk to a new level. Easy to listen to and no sugarcoating the topics. She uses real life experiences along with her decades of coaching high performing women, to support her listeners to be the best we can be. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic content to embrace them navigating the personal journey they are on. Andrea shows up as the headlamp to guide us down those sometimes low-lit, uncharted paths of life.

Loving my lattes! One of my most favorite podcastsI can’t believe I’m just now writing a review - as I’m a podcast junkie and this is one of my absolute favorite podcasts. Every episode is a gem. Andrea is amazing. Her transparency about her own life and the inner work she’s done to overcome her own struggles is so refreshing and inspiring to me because I’m also someone who has done a lot of inner work to overcome my own struggles in order to become who I am today. So, Andrea has walked the walk. She’s not spouting off empty personal development jargon. I really respect that so much. Also, the guests she brings on are so great and knowledgeable, you learn so much from every episode on a variety of valuable topics - and Andrea’s interviewing style leaves you feeling like you’re hanging with a best girlfriend in your living room. Fantastic podcast.

CFreddoLoss, change, and transformationAndrea really touched my heart in explaining that while loss can be experienced in different ways, it affects a part of us that takes time to heal. After leaving a toxic marriage it felt like my whole life was uprooted and I was left adrift. After many years of healing I feel I have transformed into the best version of myself. Thank you for the insightful episode!

acopanosLove AndreaThanks for always keeping it real, living and podcasting authentically, and sharing your vulnerability! After reading/listening to the first 2 books, I own but haven’t read the 3rd one. But this series on How We Heal- has been wonderful for my 18 hour drive from visiting family- where my trauma subconsciously always rears it’s ugly head! Thanks for introducing so many wonderful clinicians and skilled people into my life- and giving me new resources to take back to therapy or use on my own time. I don’t think I’ve ever listened to so many episodes of a single podcast!
-

EatcarrotsHAPPY BIRTHDAY YOU AWESOME WOMAN YOU!!Today is your birthday and I know this because you said so on this morning‘s podcast episode! So, happy birthday, Andrea Owen! I have been listening to you for years and have always meant to write you a review, so here is your birthday review! Your podcast is so inspiring, so uplifting, so full of amazing little nuggets of inspiration, advice and sometimes just some good straight talk! You have inspired me over the years to think the hard questions, face the hard truth and do the right thing, all while being such a delight to listen to. Honestly, sometimes I just turn on your podcast so I can hear your cheery voice in the background while I’m doing stuff I don’t feel like doing and them I get to the end of the episode and I don’t even know what it was about... LOL! But most of the time I listen closely and I am so grateful to you for sharing your stories and experience. Particularly your stories of sobriety. Jeezums, woman! You get some courageous bold folks in there on that podcast and we are all so grateful!! So, thank you, birthday girl! Here’s to another year of you and another year of your podcast!
