Honestly, can’t wait to get into every new episode!

This is great podcast especially when I work out. If I listen to music while working out, im constantly looking at my watch and time seems to slow down. When I listen to this podcast, im work out and most times listen to two in a row without looking at the time. Besides, what better evidence of something greater than us than ghost and monsters!

I listen to an episode a day M-F on my way to and from work! I drive on old backroads to work so it really sets the scene and helps me wake up. Can’t get enough! Love from Midwest IL!

Best podcast to listen to strange, weird, and scary experiences. In addition, Nights at the Round Table episodes are hilarious. For example, La Llorona, and The Meg episodes. “Make episodes bigger!”

It is an excellent podcast about user-submitted stories of the paranormal, extraterrestrial, and other oddities for those who, like me, are interested in these topics. The host, Derek’s commentary, is kept brief and relevant on each submission. It offers possible explanations while not dismissing the submitter's experiences. I recommend this to anyone interested in these subjects as it is engaging, especially in later seasons where each submission is in the submitter's voice.

I’ve been listening for a few years. Hardly ever a dull moment. Listening to season 16/25, I can’t stand the new host- he sounds like he has had too much coffe😁 hopefully you will come back soon… JK

I came here from Bigfoot Collector’s Club after hearing Derek on one of their episodes. This podcast is WAY up on my favorites list now and I’ve been binging old episodes between new ones. I am always enthralled by the amazing listener stories and the show notes are always chock full of extra goodies to dive into. Well worth a listen!

I have no idea how I found this podcast, but I listen to it daily. I love the stories and Derek’s soothing Batman voice (as my daughter calls him)! Check it out I highly recommend.

I love this stuff, I’ve been binging on n off I found you a couple years ago. I’ve only my siting once on your podcast in 2019. She was from Long Island and she saw multiple dots. I saw three dots( like the space ball ship, but only the dot in a row. It was the weekend, cause I was at work and saw the light. I thought it was an led light cause we’re losing amber light. Another story there, but three dots were there I reached in my pocket at 4:12am only to watch the right dot turn into the center dot and then the left dot to do the same, and then just disappear ,that’s it Marlon

Great podcast and excellent layout with stories being told by the people who have experienced different things.

I’ve started with S1 E1 & am in S5 now. (Derek’s voice from beginning to now is drastic but I like it. Lol) The call-in format lends a lot to the legitimacy of the shared experiences and that makes this my new favorite paranormal pod. Hopefully I’ll someday make it to the current season- in the meantime I’m binging like crazy.

I love the show, have been a listener for years. But this deep, slow voice has got to go. Go back to the way you sounded in your earlier years! It’s cringy to listen to now.

Monsters among us covers a wide array of interesting topics including ghosts, cryptids and other mysteries. Most of the caller stories/experiences are interesting and lead you to lean towards becoming a believer in all things supernatural. Derek has an awesome voice for this genre of podcast and is super witty. I listen to this podcast religiously and can’t wait for new episodes to drop! Five stars!

I love this podcast but I was very disturbed and disgusted by the story of the deliberate running down and killing of the big cat. I believe the listeners name was Walter. Who would do that? Truly cruel and unnecessary. Eileen from Connecticut

I recently started listening to podcast about 6 months ago as a form of relaxation and much needed “me” time. My entire library consists of nothing but paranormal podcast of different sorts. This is one of my favorite podcast. I love listening to everyone’s stories of their encounters. The paranormal has always been a favorite topic of mine to enjoy. I’ve had a few minor unexplainable encounters myself in life, but some of these stories are just so intense. Definitely add this one to you library and give It a listen!

Coming from a childhood of paranormal experiences and a family having many experiences I find this podcast very intriguing and almost peaceful knowing so many people have had crazy experiences. Maybe I will call in one day and share some of my crazy experiences.

First, I enjoy the show overall. I like that experiencers have a place to call and just vent their stories, and have something of a support system from other listeners/experiencers. What I don’t like is after nearly each story the host, Derek, try’s everything in his power to make their story seem mundane. Right down to “ball lightning” explanations. I don’t even mind the voice, but listening to a sinister, spooky voice explain away someone’s story in a mundane way just seems silly. Some callers are suspect, like the ones who write their story down horror novel style, instead of just recounting it naturally as they go. But the genuine ones I doubt they call in just to have their experience explained away each and every time by the host, when I’m sure they’ve done some kind of research into their own experiences. I know I have when I’ve had an experience. Just minor gripes to an overall good show. Just give them the space to tell their stories, and stop trying to give them the swamp gas explanation afterward dude.

I don’t know how I barely found this podcast, I’m very interested in the paranormal and have many other podcasts on rotation but I have been binging this one back to back because it’s so good! Derek is extremely to the point, still keeps a logical/skeptical viewpoint, but entertains all ideas of the paranormal. I’ve heard some crazy stories here, and it’s a great platform to express the things you might be too scared to tell others in your life out of fear of ridicule. This was also the first place I had heard of mirrored men and glimmer man encounters. Thank you for giving us this space Derek, and your narrative voice is great!

Derek has given people the perfect platform to share their experiences without being afraid of judgement from others. I love to listen even if I’ve never had my own experiences. Thank you for all the hard you and your team do!!!

I consider this to be one of the most consistently entertaining and well produced podcasts on my list. I find myself going for MAU before my other shows almost every evening. Highly recommend listening late when everything is quiet. Derek is the perfect late night host for this intense and spooky show.

I love the show! I just hate the fake voice! Speak the way that you normally do on the paranormal caught on tape show! Lose the fake voice🤣

I love a podcast about the supernatural but the needlessly hammy deep voice the host uses is so clown-y and irritating. The callers are great, the stories are interesting, but the hosting…oof.

Each episode usually delivers a few unsettling gems. Love the stories about mirror men and missing time. A solid podcast for those with open and curious minds.

I heard about this podcast on tiktok, ive only ever listened to one other podcast and it’s unexplained encounters, it was my favorite, but this is my new favorite. I love all things spooky. And this is IT. Love the podcast Derek. Thank you!!

One of the few podcasts that I have listened to every episode, most of them twice including the special Patreon content! I throughly enjoy listening to spooky stories nightly in the bath while I unwind and get ready for bed.

I can’t get over how “sinister” the host tries to sound. It is unnecessary and sounds so fake. Stories are good otherwise but I roll my eyes every time he talks. If this was “fiction” then I would understand but this voice is so dramatic.

I heard about this podcast from @Tiffsghosttalk on TikTok and I have binged it every since. I love it! I was looking for something similar to tenderfoot radio rental and this is even better!

The callers make the show. Lots of stars for them. I liked it better back when Derek used his real voice. Derek uses his real voice when he has guests on but goes back to the irritating fake voice when he doesn’t have guests. Can’t give more than one star because of that. I won’t spread the word on this podcast because of his fake voice. Please, Derek, trust the worth of your true self. The Art Bell-like use of music isn’t necessary, just a time filler.

Found out about this show via an unexplained episode on the Travel channel. And I am SO glad I found it. It reminds me of Coast to Coast AM without having to stay up until 3 am

I’ve been listening from the beginning, and this is without a doubt, the best paranormal podcast out there. I’m a contractor and this show is playing in my headphones all day while I’m at work. Keep up the good work man.

The sound effects/ eerie music make it unlistenable. I really don’t understand why you can’t cut down that when people are telling their stories.

I absolutely love this podcast!! I also am a huge fan of paranormal caught on camera ,my kids are too!! This gets me through the work day & also hearing everyone’s stories validates experiences I’ve had & plan on calling in to tell!! GREAT JOB!!
