This podcast is educational, honest, and fun in its goal of dismantling stigma around our bodies. Hosts Jen and Kat are a riot, ask amazing questions, and are thoughtful about what guests they invite to be interviewed so that there a breadth of life experience and identity represented. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the first few episodes and am looking forward to the rest.

Back when I was in college (20 years ago), my friends and I did this very thing. We’d sit around naked and talk about body image. It was the best. I can completely vouch for the way that it opens up space for honest, deep conversation in a really special way. It is always a joy to hear this podcast! It makes me feel good about my body and the bodies around me in the same way my friends in college used to.

BBC Sheffield presenters Kat Harbourne and Jenny Eells meet and chat with other women in an atmosphere of mutual discovery, encouragement and support. The nudity is tangential. Check it out. As a guy, I’ve learned things about women’s lives I never had a chance to know.

What a delight! The hosts tackle big issues and nuanced, complicated topics with thoughtfulness and depth, while still maintaining a light enough touch (I mean, they're naked, come on) that things always stay fun and funny. Highly recommended! This great show is so much more than just a gimmick.

What a breath of fresh air! This is the podcast that the world has been missing. These ladies are real, fun, funny, and it’s the first time I can honestly say that women make me want to strip my clothes off! I am definitely subscribing and look forward to all of the other episodes! Cheers!

This is a great listen - Two best friends and BBC Sheffield reporters tackle the one thing we all have but hardly ever talk about - our bodies. They do it nude, and interview guests who also discard their togs, and bare all about their relationship with themselves. Nudity breaks down the inhibitions making for an open and heartfelt discussion of body image, and self worth. 😀👍👍

I came across the podcast after reading an article about it on the BBC's website earlier this week. I was intrigued enough to give the podcast a shot and I like what I'm hearing so far. It's more than just the name as naked symbolizes being comfortable enough with one's self, body and soul. Acceptance comes with being honest about our bodies and it doesn't hurt to do so with the joy and humor that the ladies display when interviewing each person. I look forward to coming home and listening to each episode at the end of the day and I hope it continues
