MY GOD, the ads. so many, thrown in out of nowhere. HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU NEED??

Great show. But too much forced humor. Not all good people are funny. Field Really forces it. Good football analyst on the show. Promote him. But so annoying when you tell him to be funny. And annoying when he tries to play fake-dumb with his college degree.

Great podcast with a nice mix of personalities and perspectives. Most of the hosts have known each other for years now, and it shows. I have listened to every episode for years now. Some hosts are very analysis driven (Mike), others are more qualitative (Stephania), and then others are a bit more of a mix (Field, Daniel). I honestly listen as much for the entertainment factor, and to have a break from more serious things, as I do for the fantasy advice itself. The only critique I have is that Daniel calls everybody his best friend all the time. This is something that grates me, personally, as if everybody is your best friend then nobody is, and the word loses all meaning. I know he addressed this recently, and plans to continue doing so. Oh, and I guess the fact that they are hamstrung (rated G) by ESPN.

Listener since it was Berry and Ravitz in a closet underneath the stairs. I’d like to keep listening regularly, but it’s getting harder. Stephania and Mike are great. Field is good. Daniel seems like a wonderful person and was fun as a producer but can’t be the host. I don’t know how or why it happened but it was a mistake. Liz Loza is a tire fire. I’ll give it one more shot next season to see if things get tightened up, but that’ll be it.

That’s all. Love the show. But this new music behind them while they are reading out stats is really distracting. Just tone it down a bunch. It could be a could touch if it wasn’t so loud. Thanks!

I enjoy the podcast but for the love of god please stop the background music when doing analysis. It ruins the podcast

Update: PLEASE STOP THE NEW BACKGROUND MUSIC. It’s genuinely unbearable. New listener and first-time reviewer. I’m a fan. It’s fun, good personalities, thematically positive and upbeat, and, of course, solid fantasy advice. That said, I have a few (hopefully, actionable) pieces of advice/requests/criticism: - Please, no more games (or other segments) that require visual participation. I understand this show is both a podcast and a TV show, but the “imposter” game—or whatever it is as supposed to be?—was pretty unbearable. Please consider the audio-only portion of your audience when planning the segments. - Field, stop interrupting everyone so often. It’s off-putting. - Daniel, love your energy, but please do a bit more homework. - This goes mostly for Field (and maybe Daniel) but should apply to everyone: Stop the occasional glaze-fest where you go on and on about so-and-so’s virtues. When overdone, it just feels performative/disingenuous, or at best, too much. - Stephania and Chris - No notes. Love the show, but there’s always room for improvement, especially with the attention to your listeners.

Long time listener, love the pod…but PLEASE stop playing background music while someone is reading highlights. It’s distracting and unnecessary.

The sound mixing is unbelievably poor. The listener will be listening to some analysis and then BAM— incredibly loud “background” music for no reason. I miss when this podcast was just a podcast, instead of repurposed audio from a TV program.

It’s my 4th preference. Y’all have GOT to fix the background music/whatever that plays when yall switch sections. I understand this is probably coming from your live stream but it’s ridiculously loud/annoying

I’m struggling to not feel bummed out that there are not new episodes of this since last week. It’s been a daily listen for me the last 5+ years and miss the crew!

More and more I wonder what qualifies you to be a “fantasy expert“. Reading data from a spreadsheet? Knowing the right people to get you hired into an absolute gravy job like this? All of the information you get from this podcast, you can get much faster by spending about five minutes on the app. The show is fine, they tell you the stats and the rankings. It’s an easy enough listen when I don’t have to hear Daniel saying “for what it’s worth”, “vexing”, and “Joe Flacco” over and over.

This feed is not refreshing in Apple Podcasts. While subscribed, new episodes are not populating into the feed.

Positives: it’s a daily show and it comes out on time. The format of the show is pretty consistent. The crew consists of a former scout, a data guy and medical professional allowing you to get different takes. Negatives: the board bets between each of the crew, so much non-football talk, the excessive love of their favorite teams (SF & Det), and the former producer is now an analyst (who seems nice but is a fan like all of us which doesn’t make him qualified). The fast forward button and playing at 1.25-1.5 speed was made for this show.

I keep seeing reviews about the sound. I only notice it with Stephanie so maybe just have her near the mic. I don’t watch videos so idk if that’s it. She’s great either way. Another reason to hire new IT, you podcast doesn’t automatically update to the newest episode, like every other pod does on its own, unless I go into the show itself the reload. You guys are ESPN. There’s no reason to have any issues besides ppls opionins of the staff or opinions. Having this many technical complaints as the WWL is definitely inexcusable

Could not stand Daniel using Veterans Day to spread his little woke message. What absolute nonsense. He may as well have said, “I voted for Kamala and I watch CNN every night.” Thank you to every veteran and I know plenty that feel the same way as I do. So tired of that democratic “white men are bad “ rhetoric. We come here to listen to football info not here some lefty whine. Disney and ESPN can have it. I’ll just check the rankings online. ✌🏼

I don’t understand the negative reviews! This is the best fantasy show, imo. The intel and advice is super helpful in setting my lineups. I haven’t noticed the sound issues that others have pointed out. No issue with the show being formatted like a tv show because it *is* a tv show. And I kind of like the little theme songs for each of the hosts. If you don’t like the song, just skip ahead. Problem solved.

I'm not sure it's just this podcast as most things owned by Disney seem to have fallen flat on audio quality and good mixing. I love the advice this team gives, and there's a ton of podcasts out there for fantasy now. But for all that is loveable, sound engineers, please learn how to use a compressor and gate properly. And if it's an issue with how the analyzers are setting their levels, then help them. Any time Stefania is on and speaking I can barely hear her or the gate is set so terribly that it cuts her off. Everyone else's levels seem okay but they also vary week to week. Summary - good advice, audio engineering terrible

I don’t hate this podcast but I also don’t love it. It’s my fill in podcast. When I am caught up with my other podcasts I don’t miss I will check these guys out. My biggest issue with them is there terrible volume control. One minute I can barely hear what they are saying with my volume maxed out and the next minute I’m fumbling to turn it down because all of a sudden the volume spikes. I would rate them higher if they were professional enough to get this straightened out. Other than that they are pretty knowledgeable and have good takes. FIX YOUR VOLUME CONTROL!!!!!! Thanks

Stephania Bell’s injury analysis is first rate, and Field Yates brings a lot of good insights from real football into the fantasy world. But for goodness sake, would someone PLEASE tell Mike Clay to learn proper use of the words “them” and “those”? Them is NOT an adjective, and should never be used as such! Say “one of those guys”, not “one of them guys”! He does it probably 6-10 times on every show, and it just makes him sound like an uneducated doofus. And he’s the stat guy, so he’s supposed to project an image of being educated. His constant misuse of the language makes this show really hard to listen to.

Sad. There are many better options.

Longtime listener, shows been going downhill ever since MB left. Please stop with the pointless games and irrelevant life discussions. I’m sorry but no one cares about your personal life, we care about FFB analysis. Liz and Dopps takes are so obvious and clearly fed to them. Really enjoy Field, SB and MC but Liz and Dopp make me stop listening the second they start speaking their incompetent nonsense.

Was a really bad segment. I may actually have to put this podcast down for a little while after having to listen to that. Don’t get me wrong I switched it off as quickly as I could… listened to like 30 seconds max. Didn’t matter because the damage was done. I can’t un-hear that guys.

If I hear that ridiculous Dopp bumper coming in/out of commercial breaks one more time… sheesh. The only one that gets played now on a daily basis, btw. It’s unbearable. I’m assuming it’s added in post but how this has morphed into his personal playground is beyond me. Someone. Anyone. Stop this foolishness. Never thought I’d miss Berry. I like when things evolve. Rarely stuck in the past. I’m not even now. But this guy has subtly made this look like his baby. He’s cool in doses but man… less Dopp. PLEASE.

I loved this show for a long time been listening since 2011 and I loved the good times and transitional times as we away from Nate to field. It still flowed however once Matthew left it losts it’s way it feels like. Yes Matthew brought banter and derailed often. But Daniel just seems to not hit mark with being the main host and I can’t understand his analysis. nothing against him as a person just he doesn’t seem like a good fit for that role. Not that my opinion matters but I just wanted to vent I guess. It is no longer in my podcast rotation

Time to update the mics or talk to the sound person.. can hear a low hum throughout every show and mic quality is subpar especially for a show sponsored by ESPN.. time to put some of that revenue into boosting show quality. Go talk to sound people over at the Fantasy Footballers for advice. Appreciate the insight and conversation though minus Field constantly interrupting everyone.

Field’s jokes and commentary are making this show un-listenable. I’m saying this a real fan of the show that has been listening for over a decade.

I’ve been listening to the show for years. I love Daniel because he moves the show along, I love Stephania for her professional perspective which gives actionable advice. I love Mike because he has clearly done an immense amount of homework which also translates to actionable advice. My least favorite segment is “what’s currently on Field’s mind”. He’s taken the role over from Matthew as the show’s #1 derailer and someone you have to tolerate in order to get fantasy advice. From the song he listened to on the way in, to a cute story about his kids, to who is currently mad at him on social media. It’s all neat stuff if we’re sharing a beer but I have a short commute or a short workout so please just get to the show. It seems like he’s cultivating a resume or a presence so he can move on to the next rung in the ladder, but that’s not why we’re listening. I feel the show would benefit if Field was promoted to whatever rung he’s aiming for, and the show could go on with people who are strictly interested to sticking game breakdowns and fantasy advice. I appreciate what you guys do, I want to be excited to listen to each episode. It’s been more and more of a struggle. I listen to other fantasy shows, and this is the one now that I’ll only listen to if I’ve listened to all the others or if I know stephania or Mike will be on. I like Daniel, but if I know it’s just Field and Daniel on that episode, I’m out. Thanks for reading my feedback.

The show is ok, not the best takes but some nice to hear different takes. The ads are just thrown in there now, in the middle of conversations with no cuts which is just wildly unprofessional. The one thing I can’t understand is how they keep turning their heads while still talking, so the audio is barely able to be heard. It’s laughable they sit have this figured out. Don’t turn your head and still talk like this isn’t recording a podcast.

Would be five stars if they would fix the audio. It’s been screwed up for awhile. I don’t understand with all the money ESPN has it can fix the audio issues.
