Riv02Inspiring every showIt is great to hear from coaches who run successful programs esp one so close to me being from NC. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my club team and break away from the pack of mediocre to bad teams that my state is filled with. I do this by studying successful teams and coaches from all over the country and I refuse to succumb to "the way we used to do it" this podcast helps a bunch thanks guys.

Jim HarshawBeen waiting for something like thisListened to the first podcast. Love the content and format. If the coming shows are as good as Daryl's other content this should be a great free resource.
