Mr. Florio, would you please stop your personal opinions on O J Simpson. He had a trial and was found not guilty by a jury. I’m tired of listening to you spewing hate and judgement on someone. Just stop please. I listen for the football talk and it pains me to complain in a review.

Mike and Chris are a fun duo. The former knows how to lead the show and I enjoy his insights from the business side of football. The latter knows his football and football players. Only podcast I listen to for sports. Why not 5 stars? Mike’s gratuitous liberal political opinions. As I write this he’s treating his readers to a column pleading for gun control at the same time he denounces Republicans. And it’s far from the first time he’s channeled his inner Rachel Maddow. It’s a fine line between annoying and tuning out. It wouldn’t be the first time I quit listening to them for this reason.

Hearing Peter King and Florio talk about how good the Covid shot is a joke. Then 10 min later hearing Peter King say a segment of society will stay in the dark and believe something utterly stupid about an nfl fix is hilarious. Wake up old heads. You two are in the dark and believing something utterly stupid about how good a Covid shot is.

Florio and Sims combine self-effacing humor with legit knowledge and info about the NFL. The result is one of the best NFL podcasts out there.

I enjoy the show. Mike and Chris have great chemistry, unlike other shows. I wish they wouldn’t use profanity in their Thursday podcast. It doesn’t make them more manly. It sets a bad example for their own children. Also represents a lack of integrity.

Florio seems to be infamous, but he loves football and it’s really important to hear news not associated with the NFL. Nobody breaks down the legal issues better, either. why do you cut the episodes in two two parts ? just why? hahaha

Have listened to you and put up with you for years despite being a midget inbred hillbilly. However, at some point you decided to become a full troll and can’t believe anyone would ever allow you in front of any legitimate broadcast but it is 2023. As a Steelers fan, you are an absolute embarrassment to everyone associated with this franchise. Stay away from them and every television in 2024.

Simms isn’t great but Mike, Myles, Charean, and Peter usually have well thought out opinions and present good info to back those opinions.

I just spent 30 minutes hearing how the better team on the field lost after talking (FOR 30 MINUTES) about dropped passes, as if that isn't the mark of a bad team. Embarrassing coverage. NBC needs to pull the plug or, at the very least, get these guys off of Football Night in America. I've never seen a more disrespected 9-1 team and definitely never seen a more glaring lack of self-awareness in how a game is covered. When Simms is the one who has to point out to Florio that he thinks he's hosting a Chiefs podcast, you know there is something wrong. Again, pull the plug on this trash.

This show and Dan Patrick’s show are my most watched shows on peacock. Just keep Myles Simmons OFF the show. The days that he sits in for Simms are the only days that I can’t watch. The female that sits in sometimes is no good on tv either. Can’t recall her name.

It is great to have Simms aboard to provide a player’s perspective. Florio via this Podcast and his Playmakers book provide context for the workings of the NFL. Love that he’s not a company man.

Florio is a soy boy beta frappuccino latte and it shows in this Pod. You can pretty much fast-forward about 10 min at the start of each episode to get past the garage pointless banter he and Chris have.

Unfortunately too many Americans are unwilling to directly address/counter the alternative facts and narratives on a plethora of topics/issues that have this country seemingly steaming into the abyss. I’m a casual NFL fan but an avid one of PFT. Although Mike and Chris bring different skills to the program, both deserve to reside in the first circle of pro football commentators. Many commentators are knowledgeable, but none is more discerning, penetrating, and intrepid than Mike Florio. As a former teacher I would advise parents of school age children to urge their kids to listen to Mike. These students would learn much about how to carry out rational analysis based on a solid foundation of carefully sifted evidence. And he is unrivaled in addressing the sundry ethical issues that arise the contemporary milieux of pro football, and he routinely explores what are or should be just outcomes for the game’s various actors. His interviews engage us because his questions are designed to coax out as much depth as possible from his guests. And all of this is punctuated by a keen wit that keeps us engaged. Chris well deserves to be at the top too. As a former player, he knows the game from the inside out and can empathize with players that we spectators cannot. He has obviously worked hard to amass the knowledge that fortifies his reputation. And his passion for game clearly propels him to be as authoritative about pro football as he can. In short, their complementary skills combine to make PFT the most informative and entertaining program about America’s most compelling sport. Richard T.

Facile, corny analysis

Mike and Chris know football. To much focus on politics and extremely bias. I do enjoy when they talk about football. They act like they are in touch with everyday Americans. Typical rich liberals who act they know what’s going on outside there little bubble but have no idea.
