No new episodes in almost a month. Why am I paying for this? Listener from the beginning but can’t justify paying a monthly fee for dead air. Still love you guys but if you aren’t putting out episodes, don't take my money.

Many podcasts have a two tiered system so that hardcore listeners can pay for extra content and access. But these two do not create enough content to do that - so they are putting all their sporadic content behind a paywall. The same price as a major streamer? That is a joke they think that their thrown together homemade platform is equal to a major streamer. Not only that - it is their own paywall that does not have guaranteed security and keeps personal information. It is all about the greed. I am sure some desperate soccer moms will pay for their service and that is sad considering Casey and Danielle don’t really care about their fans.

I do miss them in my feed…but not enough to breach a paywall. There are other ways to monetize than alienating your core audience. Why even listen to these “bonus” episodes/advertisements if I can’t subscribe? It’s very Marie Antoinette of them. White ladies. Bless their hearts.

I used to love this podcast as I’m a huge Casey fan but the paywall thing is a real turnoff. There’s just not enough there unfortunately. I think they lost sight of what was really working.

I don’t mind paying for this podcast because I really enjoy it. I was hoping they would get better about providing consistent content. I am starting to feel like they barely do any of their original content anymore, so it is starting to feel like a rip off. If you are going to make people pay actual provide content!

This used to be my favorite podcast. Now it is just recycled, haphazardly released content. They’ll air a “new episode” but it’s just a re-packaged interview they aired a month prior. Will there be an episode this week? Maybe, maybe not. There’s much better, on topic, and even free pods for your pop culture listening pleasure. I hate to say it, but Casey and Danielle have lost their way.

Absolutely horrific ‘discussions’ and it’s a real struggle session to even get through an entire episode- that they’ve appeared on the modern day amalgamation of SNL says so much, skip this at all costs. They barely talk about the shows as it is and now they want to open a Bravo 1999-style portal (without actually calling it that)? I guess they need to make more money to pay other people to help them do the job they’re tired of. Makes sense. Cease and Desist should have given up the pretense that this podcast was about anything other than being semi-rich (by LA standards) in LA years ago because it’s been obvious for a while. They don’t even get the shows’ plot basics let alone details right, too busy telling the same story with slightly different touches week after week, which of course is just workshopping for a script, but on their listeners’ dime. Pellegrino does the same thing with the difference that he’s often funny. He also actually watches the shows closely, more importantly. Casey: Still hasn’t been on Broadway, will never be on Broadway unless she produces the show, paying other people to do things one should do for oneself or via adoption. Danielle: Talented, aware that they’re phoning it in, probably knows the website is a bad idea. God bless I guess and thanks for those good episodes, years back.

I was, like, nah on paying… but I’m glad I did. Owning yr work is smart, and this is how they’re able to do that. I missed my mean girl friends.

I was such a loyal listener even as episodes were getting less funny. I paid for the live shows. But I agree with everyone else regarding the paywall and how unfortunate that decision was. It’s disappointing and the snippets we occasionally get reinforce that the show has gone down hill. I do wonder if they’d have made more money continuing with the advertised free version simply because we were loyal listeners. Now I listen to the snippets we get but will probably unsubscribe altogether soon.

Really enjoyed you two and the pod. But you lose me at putting it behind a pay wall. Not enough consistent content and there are so many other Bravo podcasts out there. Fun while it lasted.

LoveD this podcast, and WAS a loyal listener for years! The changes to the podcast are disappointing. I hope that Danielle and Casey enjoy the privileged listeners they are left with since they stopped doing free episodes (that aren’t basically ads for the paid content). There are so many free Bravo podcasts now that are just as funny and informative, if not more. I will miss hearing their takes and do wish the ladies both the best, however. Fun times were had!

I’ve been a massive fan for years. This is tough I know—but when the show is billed as Casey and Danielle and it’s so often just Danielle, it’s just not as compelling for me. I appreciate the strong guests you bring on with Danielle, but it’s just such a stark contrast in terms of my laughs per episode when it’s Casey hosting with a guest versus Danielle hosting with a guest. Not meant to be a drag on D. But it’s a “toughie toenail”…as she has often said; there are so many other Housewives and pop culture podcasts out there with two equally strong hosts and those are the one I’m more excited to pay money for. Again, just my preference and I know some feel the opposite.

I literally have never done a review before, but now that I’m paying for a subscription to Garbage World I feel the need to make a note here (kinda feel like a stakeholder in this company???). To be a little brutally honest most people are here for Casey, I being one of them, I like Danielle, but the show is different with just her. If I’m paying for the highest tier of premium content please include both hosts or at least just have backlogs with just Casey to release. I’d rather listen to 10 minutes of a Casey rambling than an hour of Danielle talking to a guest host who literally sounds uninterested in talking to her. Love the show, but please, now that we are paying I need my Casey too!!

Y’all aren’t going to be podcasting much longer if you think you’re producing content worth paying for. Probably why you couldn’t support a free pod - no one wants to advertise with you. Go back to your Hollywood lives and thank you for removing my ability to hate listen. Seriously do y’all listen to your listeners, ever? Tone deaf. Knocking this from 2 stars to 1 for the CONSTANT June Diane guest spots. She is so terrible, people clearly can’t stand her. Can you stop having her in to speak for an hour or at least include time stamps? I absolutely hate to agree with other negative reviews, but the show has gone way downhill in the last year. It’s supposed to be a housewives recap, but a lot of times it’s painfully obvious that they aren’t up to date with the shows they’re discussing. On top of that, WAY too much small talk about family life, personal stories, politics, etc. Even when I totally agree on points of view/politics - this isn’t the place I come to hear that. I want to escape with Bravo nonsense and this really ruins it. Also, a little less June Diane would be appreciated. The whole bit with the manicurist was gross. Love that you support your friends and all, but is she the third host now? It’s a lot of guests and if you’re going that route Jason Mantzoukas was your funniest guest to date, so more of him please. Overall not even remotely the same show I started listening to, but really really hoping you get back to your roots because I deep down love your humor and chemistry with each other.

I loved listening to the girls and their guests. And now, making us pay for this content is so disheartening. We are poor. We listen to distract us from our sad lives of obsessing over Bravo and their bravolebrities while trying to stay afloat in this world. Come back to us free and we will welcome you with open arms. 💔

Used to be a good podcast. I can’t justify paying for a podcast that lacks any kind of organization or professionalism. Sorry…it just really isn’t worth it.

Honestly-there are so many recap podcasts out there now that I haven’t been listening consistently for a year or so. I just realized that their new platform is subscription only. Good for them but I refuse to pay for any podcast. Maybe ads are not paying what they used to??!

I’ve signed up for the $5/month option. All you get are weekly episodes. You have no access to any of the old episodes. The episodes aren’t available once you listen, so you can’t go back and revisit anything. They claim there are two options, but really, the weekly podcast isn’t even technically available to us that have paid the $5. I listened and tried to go back to re-listen to a certain part and I can’t. I also tried to listen to the episode I missed while on vacation and I don’t have “access” to that with my level of membership. So with a $5 membership you only get access to the weekly episode and for only THAT week. It all goes away once you’ve listened or the new episode releases. The episodes are short too. And the last one with Pat Reagan was hardly about Bravo. I love Pat-he has a FREE podcast with Cat Cohen that I listen to for FREE. And I’ve gotten to know him quite well through it. I do not need my PAID podcast that “talks about Bravo” to spend 45 minutes “getting to know” Pat. 20 minutes left in the episode “so what are your thoughts on the OC?” GURLS!?! What are you doing??? Do that off air, on your own dime. Canceling before the next auto draft comes out. What an absolute disappointment.

For a duo that has 1 kinda consistent half and 1 half who barely shows up and when she does it’s a constant barrage of champagne problems no one is relating to this paywall nonsense sounds like a bad idea that they’re going to regret 6 months from now.

I agree with everyone else that I’m not willing to pay the equivalent of what I paid for Apple TV for one single podcast. It’s not that I can’t, but it’s that I won’t. You could’ve easily just had one podcast that was free with advertisements, and one paid one without an offered options. especially for those of us that are not interested in the extra content related to psychics. I’m also not interested in a discord chat, given how toxic your Facebook group became. I’m sure there’s no moderation, and I expect it will get nasty and messy just like before. That said, I would probably pay $20 a month. If you guaranteed I would never have to listen to Deanna Chang (that voice! No thanks) or June Diane Raphael again (sad, because I liked June as an actress before this podcast ruined her for me). I feel like for me to subscribe, you would really need to be putting out at least two episodes a week, consistently (which seems unlikely because you don’t even do that with one). They would need to be focused on the housewives, with the personal stuff at the beginning (i do like that part too!) but longer/more actual discussion about the shows. The shows are so often glossed over nowadays in comparison to what you did in the past. Also, what is with the guests who haven’t even watched the programs? They are usually not even A or B listers, but people on the D-list at best who you just happen to know. It’s fine to bring on your friends if they’re entertaining and actually fans, like Matt, but from a paid podcast, I’d want higher caliber people (think: Smartless). I just really wish you had not made this move, but I wish you all the best. I will miss the pod and will definitely subscribe if you create a free version with ads (which seems like it should net you enough money to be advantageous but what do I know?).

Thanks for the previous podcast, unfortunately like the majority of your listeners, I will not pay fees the equivalent of a major streaming service to listen to what you can listen to on a dozen other podcast shows out there. I think you guys are making a huge mistake. You should have kept it as it was and offered more content on Patreon, like the Watch What Crappens boys…. now you have just cut down your audience by volumes. Will listen to Two Judgy Girls to replace. Best of luck! One star for the greed.

I've wondered what the H was up with this pod for months as it seemed to barely exist. Genuinely, I thought the big announcement was going to be the end - because that MADE SENSE. Would it have made me sad? Of course, but it tracked - ya know what I mean? (That was for Danielle) Now, I'm to believe the ladies that have been phoning it in for years will suddenly be motivated to do extra work? Color me cautious. Actually, now that everyone's on strike maybe they will finally have the time! Sorry to say, it is not likely to last, though. To think that people in this economy and entertainment landscape will pay for another subscription is tone deaf. To pay for THIS? Beyond! I fully support creatives owning content and making money, but surely there are other ways that keep the pod accessible to fans. No? To me, this seems like a terrible move, but who knows?!?! Maybe there are more people willing to pay every month to listen to woo-woo psychic nonsense, the issues a lifetime of therapy haven't resolved for Casey, slow talk from June Diane and a smidge of Bravo recap than I realize. Hmmm... I guess we'll see! p.s. Reduce the number of "Garbage World" whispers by 3x in that new pod intro. It gets disturbing. 2/5 Stars. I don't like it.

I read some reviews from people being upset that the new platform is a website. The website is just where you sign up and pay. The feed goes into your podcast app (Apple etc) and it’s like nothing has changed! They have a website for registering, rather than using Patreon. Hope this helps clear up some confusion. Xoxo

I think you guys are SO funny and there is no better bravo pod out there, hands down. I love you. Mountain top content! I have concerns about paying that much for a podcast since lately it hasn’t seemed like your heart is in it. Sometimes it seems you haven’t watched the episode - the references are jumbled, not accurate dialogue for the accurate scenes, etc. Which I do get, I too get bored by these insane people on bravo, but it messes up the guest and entire conversation surrounding it when so much is not accurate or commented on at all. Then of course so many weeks without episodes (which is fine when it’s free!)… Before you go off air, can you tell us what the episode schedule will be? Do you plan to cover certain shows and not others?

Danielle is great however Casey brings her down by being a misogynistic mean girl. Disappointed to hear the way Casey talks about other women. The comments about Kristen Doute were nasty and uncalled for. Doesn’t Casey have a daughter? Yikes.

i used to LOVE this pod, ive seen casey and danielle live twice, but lately c&d have been snarky to the point of mean and it just made me feel icky. specifically, the way they talked about doutes appearance in the finale recap made me go 🥴. i think i’ll unsubscribe and try again in a few months.

Been listening to this podcast for 3 years and imo, it’s not worth paying ANY amount of money to continue. The content is inconsistent and I can find my Bravo discussions elsewhere.
