    Best Detroit Tigers Podcast
I recently moved to Detroit and have wanted to learn more about the Tigers while still being entertained. They nail the balance of being fun & informative. My only qualm is that it’s only once a week and released on a Friday. 😂
  • BlueInWisconsin
More entertaining than watching the games
I grew up with the 84 Tigers. I live out of state now but still like to follow the team (such as it is). The Podcastillanos help me to make sense of the rebuilding project that is the Detroit Tigers. Lots of great player detail. I even found myself laughing at the dumb jokes last episode.

    Title says it all
A show that is a word play on a former Tiger clearly doesn’t take itself too seriously and that is a good thing. Jordan and Eric know enough about baseball and the Tigers but don’t stick advanced stats talk in your face. This show is a good relaxing companion for a long walk. A quality member of the Tigers podcast universe.

    Worth the listen
Best Tigers podcast out there. Fun, informative, and typically reasonable.

    Best cereal podcast
Also a good tigers podcast, at least compared to the other ones I listen to (not many).

    A Great Duo
These guys are the Deivi Cruz and Damien Easley double play duo of Detroit Tiger podcasts

    Bomber podcast
Great source of Tigers news and a shared sentiment of the terrible Traverse City Meijer.

    Glad they’re back
Enjoyable each and every week. Entertaining. Being an old dinosaur Love how the boys don’t go overboard with fancy stats. I get OPS but WTH IS WAR?😩 keep up the good work guys.

    Excellence
This podcast is fantastic for all Tigers fans. Would highly recommend especially if you are a Blaine Hardy fan like myself

    Great for Tigers Lovers
I love this show. Just picked it up over the past couple of months because the baseball is bland but the podcast has plenty of seasoning. This podcast is good for those who aren’t even tigers fans because you can hear about what Hall sees on the side of the road or what Eric does on vacation. Plus, who doesn’t love Blaine Hardy :)

    Ode to the utility man.
They say everything I’m thinking, with less swearing. I only wish they were around in the Clete Thomas/Adam Everett days.

    Very enjoyable podcast
I’m a big fan of Emily‘s work and so I saw her name attached to you guys and so I thought I’d give this a try. Really good podcast, love all the talk of the prospects because as a Tiger fan that’s what we are now looking forward to. It’s really cool that we can actually keep track now of Four to five ball clubs instead of just one big club. Only thing technically is Emily‘s audio was not very good and hard to hear. Don’t know if you guys can clean that up or not. Other than that I’ve subscribed and will keep listening.

    Somebody Pay These Guys
Been listening from the first episode. This has has made many of the not so fun last few seasons more enjoyable. When I heard Eric’s Pop-Tart and Eminem song power rankings I knew I would be a listener for life. Jordan’s Instagram is also well worth a follow if you want to travel the world vicariously through someone else.

    Love this podcast!
I have been a Tigers fan ever since my dad took me to my first game at the age of seven and I walked up the ramp and saw the green green grass of Tiger Stadium. Oh man, that was 50 years ago. I am obviously not your usual demographic. I don't have a Twitter account, for example, so I can't submit questions, right? But I love baseball and especially the Tigers with all my heart and soul. So I want to let you guys know, and other prospective listeners that this is definitely worth a listen. I love the playful banter back-and-forth (including the chatter about Norris' stiff groin!), the weekly "beefs", mixed with in-depth knowledge of the Tigers. There's no false sense of optimism that we're going to be a great team - just an appreciation for how fun this team is to watch. Keep up the great work and I will definitely keep listening!

    Tiger talk without pretension
In a these trifling times, I can rely on The Podcastellanos to cover the important things in life; Tigers Baseball, disc golf, Michigan weather, soccer, weekly beefs and roadside objects (to name a few). With expectations for our beloved Bengals at an all-time low, Jordan and Eric have really upped their game to deliver an endearing podcast that informs and entertains.

    Great pod
I got turned on to these gents when Voice of the Turtle bailed in the face of some lean years for the Tigers and have enjoyed the baseball content and general banter. Keep up the good work.

    Good job
I’ve been a Tigers fan for almost ten years now, and this is my favorite Tigers podcast out there keep up the good work guys

Just what I was looking for!
The Winged Wheel Podcast got me started on sports podcasts, and seeing as the redwings season is all but over and baseball is starting I wanted a similar feeling podcast for the baseball season. This podcast is exactly what I was looking for! Best Tigers podcast 😁
  • Ashleighwiggs
    I find them tolerable.
I came for the baseball knowledge; I stayed for the fire emoji’s.
  • JordanRyan6969420
Eric is a pretentious D for being too good to bother celebs for pictures
It was great minus all of the tigers talk.
  • rongardenhiresbrain
    Podcasting without pretense
They don’t take themselves too seriously and sometimes they are downright silly but very enjoyable Tigers talk. Highly recommended.

    Must listen for Tiger fans
I thought these guys were gonna be clowns but they ended up sounding very professional, and are absolute Tigers junkies. They’ll make you laugh, without pretending to be a comedy show, and you’ll get your Tigers knowledge and then some.

2018 is going to be a long season, this might help
You know the two friends you have who are sort of funny and like to talk about baseball (or soccer for some reason). What, you don't have friends like that? Well, neither do I, so these two will have to do. Come for the good Tigers banter, stay for the power rankings and what I saw along the road while running.

Is it the most intelligent podcast...no
But are Jordan and Eric two guys you'd want to have a beer and talk baseball with...absolutely! Regardless of how frustratingly inconsistent Matt Boyd is, or how mad you are that Victor Martinez still has over a year left on that contract, this show will make you feel better about being a Tigers fan!
  • RedCube77
    Great podcast
I enjoy the running stories. Making the ride home or a great listen at work.
  • DJHGoBlue
Good baseball insights and humor, too
Enjoy the baseball discussions from a fan's perspective. Top 7/bottom 3 lists are fun too. Loved the comments about neckties in the latest podcast. (I refer to a tie as an inverted noose.)

    Hilarious
This has quickly become my favorite Tigers podcast. Laugh out loud funny moments interspersed with solid baseball analysis...truly the Mark Fidrych of baseball podcasts.

    Pod cast
Great show, lots of comedy and good commentary about the current and future Detroit Tigers baseball team
  • little3chordme
    My favorite sports podcast, period
Jordan and Eric are the perfect team of hosts. Jordan keeps the lid on with thoughtful and insightful topics. Meanwhile, Eric will range from goofy and lighthearted to "dad is yelling at the cable company again", which is exactly what it feels like to be a Tigers fan these days. If you're a girl who has a hard time dealing with bro-y sports podcasts, this one is different. It's just a couple of nice guys talking baseball with occasional sound bytes from Blaine Hardy and Eric's mom.
  • Super awesome 1212121212
    The Don Kelly of Podcasts
World class banter from 2 guys who are some good Tigers fans. Eric is easily the best. Good Power Rankings, agreeable nature, and all around good guy. Jordan is ok but is also a United fan (Yankees of the Premier League) and has a thing for a prospect who has a high ERA in AAA ball. Still cool though. Top class memes and good Tiger Talk make it worth a listen. What else is there to say except, "Eat em up Tigers, eat em up!"
  • bigivima
    more like PODCASTY-FRIENDOS 🤓👍🏼
you don't have to be Eric's mom to love THE PODCASTELLANOS. these guys are ell-oh-ell funny every week. you may not like co-host Jordan Hall at first, because he is a runner, which makes you feel bad about your own decrepit and flabby lack of physical fitness, or because he is a fan of the English soccer club Manchester United, which is like a somehow-more-awful soccer version of the Yankees. but don't be so quick to judge him! despite these personal shortcomings, he is an intelligent, humorous, and sometimes articulate Tigers fan. on the other mic, his podcast partner, Eric Wayne, is instantly lovable. he is funny and sounds pretty cool, but not too cool for an average dingus such as yourself. if you're looking for a lot of insightful and spot-on sabermetric analysis of Tigers baseball, this might not be for you. but if you love the Tigers and you don't have any friends to talk about the ball club with because you live in an area without many Tigers fans, like Milwaukee, or you just don't have many friends in general (or at all), then these guys will help you forget your lonely misery for 45 minutes out of every week and give your liver a break from drinking generic brandy in the basement by yourself. seriously, these guys are great and this is the most entertaining Tigers podcast out there. once you get in on their weekly segments - "things i saw on the side of the road while running" by Jordan, and Eric's hilarious weekly "power rankings" - you will find yourself looking forward to each new episode. do yourself a favor: subscribe and listen to THE PODCASTELLANOS!
  • nheidelberger
    It's good.
An entertaining take on Tiger baseball. I'll definitely listen every week. I like the cameo by Erics mom.

    Well put together
I love the Detroit Tigers! This podcast is well put together and has a great pace. Eric and Jordan work well together and definitely get laughs out of me. Some cheap and some real laughs!! Mixed into the fun is good Tigers info and insight. I'm still fuming that the Astro van is not the number one minivan! I will never forgive Eric for that slight. Also, if I ever go running I'm definitely going to start looking for things on the side of the road.
  • fleisdav
    Wonderful baseball podcast
Jordan and Eric do a wonderful job of talking about baseball with a wonderful Detroit Tigers focus. They have bias, but in a way that any hometown analysis should have. However they analyze in a way that is hopefully but not overly optimistic. Eric's Power Rankings are a wonderful side-bar that makes it a fun podcast to listen to, and the specal guests they have always add a different voice to the show. Wonderfully done gents

    Best Tigers Podcast!
Hands down the Podcastellanos is my favorite Detroit Tigers podcast! Jordan and Eric keep things fairly light hearted and positive. You don't find that in many baseball podcasts (many I have found are over critical). They seem to really enjoy the sport of baseball, just like I do. I look forward to listening to them every week during the season! Thank you and keep it up!
  • Bible_Student
    Used to love this podcast.
I listened to this podcast for over a year and really enjoyed it until they brought politics into the conversation. If the President of the United States (the country that you live in) is ranked as the worst "Donald" ever maybe you should move out! LEAVE POLITICS ALONE!!!
  • cramstrebor
    I'd listen to it again
    Title of review.

    Freaking Fantabulous Podcast
You know when a show can get Blaine Hardy to give them a shoutout, it's gonna be a sweet hour of easy listening entertainment. Aside from the resounding review of Hardy, the show also features terrific guests such as Eric's Mom to bring more joy to their listeners ears. This is without a doubt the best Detroit Tigers podcast you can ever enjoy on a Tuesday evening while laying on a tropical dessert in Muskegon. Hats off to Jordan!!

A MUST for all Tigers fans...
Entertaining commentary by two down-to-earth Tigers fans... What more could you ask for?

    Finally!
Haven't listened yet but know this podcast is going to be a fave. The name alone is a guarantee. Don't know the other chap but, judging by his witty and consistently amusing Twitter commentary, PCB is going to be a hell of a podcaster.
  • CamoCablamo
    Hilariously Reflective of Tigers Baseball
This podcast gives Tigers fans a relatable promenade through the waves and woes of the Detroit Tigers. They give the perfect amount of comedy to be able to handle the 162 game disaster film currently in production by the team. Fantastic stuff!
  • Maggsfan
    Brilliant name
This is a podcast that Don Kelly, Phil Coke, and the April Version of Chris Shelton would be proud of.
