east.atlasBig disappointmentI have a only listened to 2 episodes so far and my observations are that, I haven’t heard any thought provoking, intelligent or particularly interesting questions asked. They are poor listeners, often talking over each other and the guest. Lots of unintelligent comments made. Calling someone in Africa a Sherpa.... Sherpa is a ethnic group from the Himalayas. There are no sherpas on Kilimanjaro, someone who is hired to carry your bags is called a porter. Please inform yourself a bit about the topics you plan to talk about and learn better interview skills.

GlogmoLove it!This is a great travel podcast with a fresh take on the subject. Highly recommend the hilarious episode about a woman who was “dragged” on a luxury safari to Africa. She had every reason not to go but did it anyway. The episode made me laugh and cry, just like some of the best movies.

vc@0Worst HostI don’t know who this host is with Jo Piazza- but she is the WORST! Cheesy comments, very unfunny jokes, yuck! Jo deserves better. Won’t listen again.

@5ocheataCould be betterThe transitions weirdly cut off guest speakers & the music is so random. This podcast is mainly about very privileged travel.

Mrm95mrm95Hosts Could Learn to Be More CuriousI really enjoy this podcast but Jovia has made judgmental comments towards how people travel in multiple episodes. She puts down models who may not bring the appropriate apparel (you don’t know why they might not have closed-toe shoes) as well as puts down people who plan out their travel on spreadsheets in the graffiti episode. I would enjoy this podcast a lot more if the hosts didn’t interrupt the guests while they’re trying to speak as well as are more open and less judgmental towards how people travel which contradicts the entire point of this podcast.

BethSilverman!Found My New Go To for Travel Inspiration!A wonderful podcast to help inspire where to travel, places to add to your bucket list, or to just daydream about your next adventure. Jeralyn and Pavia bring a fun and incredibly interesting perspective to travel and how to connect with places. Love this new podcast from the brains and creativity behind Fathom.

Travelin' Lady LLLove the hosts and the guestsThis is my new favorite podcast and I’m so so glad I found it. Stephanie March’s episode made me cry; the episode abt. the container ship made me laugh out loud. The hosts ask super thoughtful questions and they curated SUCH a good group of guests. It made me remember why I love traveling: the stories, the people, the crazy awesome weird funny things that happen that you’d never predict. And, in this era of Instagram influencer-inspired travel, which is all about the carefully manufactured shot, this was so refreshing bc it’s all abt. the experience. And it made me want to book a million plane tickets. More and more episodes please!!!

Freelancing legendGlam and brainy!I love podcasts like this that reveal the actual work that gets done by the professionals that many of us assume do nothing but take bubble baths all day in hotel rooms. A wonderful and soothing podcast that takes us all over the world without the hassle of TSA. Love it!

Plywood835Wanderlust from your armchairWith only three episodes to judge this podcast by, I can already say I’m hooked. Already planning an adventure for 2020 and hope it includes giving back to a community, a sky full of stars and being pushed beyond my comfort zone. Keep it up, girls, you have a hit! xxoo Carolyn
