Trump was right when he said the he could kill someone on 5th avenue and not lose a single vote. That’s because a large minority of Americans would be happy living under fascism (while claiming to be patriots). These knuckle-dragging trump monkeys have an excuse for all his lies, crimes and scandals. God help America.

I know it’s a podcast and would be ridiculous to try to fit every bit of detail, but this definitely attempts to frame the Crossfire scandal as not an illegal investigation into the trump campaign. The journalist attempts to sound neutral. He’s definitely anti-Trump, which is fine on a personal level, but please tell the whole story and note when something is speculation or hasn’t been proven.

So far, it sounds like he is taking the Democrat’s line. Podcast is well done and easy to listen to but he has definitely taken the bait hook, line, and sinker. I will keep listening and hope he tells BOTH sides of the story! Well, I kept listening and unfortunately it is riddled with MSM talking points. So sad, this is why Americans don’t trust the mainstream media anymore!

I suffered through all 6 episodes hoping that I would gain some objective insight into the issues. Stop the spin! Stop the rhetorical questions. Episode 6 was the final straw. Thank God it was the last one. What a complete waste of time.

Riley Smith belief of Chris Steel narrative is only the beginning of a setup...Do you truly believe if there was something worth reporting The Mueller report would have found something especially with the democratic basis involved.. Very cursory overview of the entirety of the Russia and Spygate scandals, as if it were written at the end of 2018. So much more information now available that sheds new light on the FBI misfeasance and malfeasance. Don’t waste your time.

Decided I’d wasted enough of my time on this breathless nonsense a little over halfway thru episode two. The host’s conclusions are quite jaw dropping in their utter delusion. What an unserious, curiously incurious journalistic hack Riley-Smith is, given all that we know now, of which Ben is apparently blissfully ignorant.

An interesting perspective, and particularly relevant given the multiple connections between the FBI’s Russia Hoax and the UK. The atmospherics and voices of participants add texture to the story. I get the impression though that The Telegraph is doing its bit to help the British government distance itself from the scandal and toss Christopher Steele under a bus albeit a double-decker. I wonder if the lies told by the FBI to the FISA court will be discussed in future episodes along with the falsehoods peddled by now former intelligence officials. Since those corrupt practices did not take place on British soil, exposing those abuses of government power may not come within the remit of this podcast. Nevertheless, I plan to listen to every episode and I recommend you do as well.

You left out every piece that exonerated Trump. What about Fusion GPS, Glen Simpson hiring Rob Goldstein to send the email. Or dress as a Russian gangster outside the Trump Tower. Or how Simpson was in New York the day at Trump Tower working for the Russian lawyer who met Trump. Simpson clearly set him up for the dossier, with Steele, then lied to the media and FBI to get an investigation and media reporting. He wanted media to here about a possible Trump Tower meeting and write stories about a strange Russian gangster acting weird outside Trump Tower. How about how Steele continued taking it to media, getting stories written before the election, briefing the FBI weekly, before passing it to John McCain to release. Also, how the FBI lied to get a warrant, used the dossier back in August 2016 giving fake info to a FISA judge. It showed how they were lying about the entire investigation to “find dirt”. It is embarrassing that you spent 3 years to come up with this pathetic reporting. Are you done reading “Crime in progress” yet? It only had about 100 proven lies and omissions.

Riley-Smith’s podcast takes a complicated news story and summarizes it through clear storytelling Nice narration. Atmospheric, spymaster music. Look forward to next episode.
