Colin. Listener for 25+ years. 5 star on content but what’s up with the constant casual JC drops lately? Doesn’t add anything to your show. Seems like there’s zero gain and only risk of driving away long term listeners like me. Maybe consider a different expression that doesn’t offend the thousands of Christian listeners you have?

This would be a five star show if there wasn’t so much junk released to subscribers. If I want to listen to 3 and Out, I’ll subscribe to that. If I want to listen to Richard Sherman, I’ll subscribe to him. As I’m writing this, there have been 8 episodes in the last 48 hours, and exactly 2 have been the actual show.

Ok show but way too many commercials. Fast forward through them is the only way to listen otherwise it’s extremely annoying.

Love Colin , always have .maybe the best radio guy of all time. So predictable though. Big markets have everything over small ones. NFL is king All defensive head coaches stink. Only offensive coaches win. Tries to straddle fence politically, but never says anything bad about left. “I text with a Gm” then insert anything—— has to be true!

Where Colin was right “starting a great podcast that he can add to his Rolodex of amazing content” where Colin was wrong “diving into politics and proving he lives in a different America than the rest of us”

I’m a LONG time fan and listen regularly. I especially enjoy the John M and Nick Wright episodes but please, please stay away from politics. I listen to sports podcasts to get away from politics and the last thing I will listen to is a sports based pod talking about politics. Our media is saturated in every medium with biased political hacks on both ends of the spectrum. There is an endless supply of that out there. I listen to this pod because I’m looking to escape politics and do so with someone who is intelligent and thoughtful. Won’t listen to any episode where political content is included.

Funny how they bash JD Vance but doesn’t say word about men in women’s sports or that putting tampons in boys bathroom. Nick wright is a sponsor media for clutch sports because he is represented Clutch Sports and Colin Cowherd is afraid of losing his access to Lebron if he criticizes him. Lebron has ruin the laker franchise and is the one calling the shots.

He’s smart. May not always agree with his take on sports, but he is smart and provocative. His take on Trump is spot-on!

I’ve always enjoyed The Herd, and have been listening to Colin since his ESPN radio days. (And his protege Nick Wright’s show First Things First, has replaced the ESPN shows, as my daily TV & YouTube go-to, for sports talk & debate. Check it out if you haven’t; it’ll make you smile if not laugh out loud.) But even as a conservative guy from a conservative state — and by not being strident and over-the-top, like most of today’s political discourse — today Colin really gave me something to think about. He’s 100% right, that in America we may have our problems…but we’re still fortunate to live in the best country in the world — and it’s not particularly close. And he was also right, that most of us in the U.S. aren’t doing terribly these days. It’s still a place where hard work pays off. And I never thought about it, in the way that Colin put it today: if your politics is driven by being unhappy & the idea that “everything about this country stinks” — then where do you go from there, and how is that a proven recipe for success? Notice that Colin, in stepping outside the world of sports, didn’t tell us who to vote for, or who he plans to vote for. In my case at least, he just gave us something to think about. Five stars from this ‘voter’, keep up the good work…and continued success with The Volume!

Your latest podcast with Ericka Ayres was really interesting. I tune in for a lot of the sports, thoughts, perspectives and opinions; but it was really refreshing to hear her perspective on business. Colin is a unique voice in sports, enjoyed listening to him for years, but Nick can’t seem to avoid bringing up his political beliefs every time I hear him. When will they realize sports and politics don’t work, and have never worked. Some things should always be separated and this is definitely one of them. Maybe Nick should work for CNN instead.

I LOVE your show and have listened for well over a decade and read both of your books. Fantastic stuff! I totally buy in to you as “Uncle Colin” on many life issues. Where is the mic drop moment in this podcast about Brady? You discuss it and say you think he comes back first week of May, but there is no, “Nick, he’s coming back!” Moment in this episode. With that, I’ll continue to listen and know I love your accountability in journalism with “Colin right, Colin wrong” at 1:00 on Mondays. I hope you have a better year with Blazing 5.

Unfiltered and nicely pieced together segments of Colin’s interviews & shared takes. The ‘Sports’ guy who introduced listeners to Malcom Gladwell years ago continues to entertain sports fans and thinkers on another level! Good Show!

Love this format from you. This is straight and to the point, no joking around, no filling the time slot with a story about the Jets. Instant reaction to great games and love that insight. This reminds me of your show prior to coming to Fox where you added a sidekick. I’ll probably switch from that listen to this.

Loved the most recent episode with Nick Wright; prefer your personal pod way more than the radio show - so much more authentic, thoughtful, and you’re at your best in an interview setting.

If you want a podcast where a guy that only praises overrated Lincoln Riley, Jim Harbaugh and other west coast teams this is your guy. Knows nothing about college football or sports in general. Get better at what you do please

Colin does great sport takes. He’s an elitist and has no idea why people don’t like Biden and the elitist class that support Biden.

The podcast is decent but about half of a 16 minute show is ads. I get it, trying to generate revenue but this is a little overboard especially for someone as established as Colin.

I’m a huge fan of his work. He always has interesting takes and delivers them in a way that no one else does. Even though I often disagree with him, his presentation and thoughtfulness keeps me coming back. He is often too obsessed with the idea of “offensive” coaches in the NFL. I personally feel that is an oversimplification of what they do. We’ve seen many offensive coaches be disasters. A team needs the right coach. But overall I love the show and keep up the great work. Whenever I want a good take on something I’ll search Cowherd’s library. I love it when I agree with him only slightly less than when I don’t. Must listen podcast. Just tuned in and got Richard Sherman. It’s impossible not to listen to Sherman. He’s got the cred from his playing days, and his insights are spot on. Refreshing to hear someone so intelligent, yet provocative. I’m a fan of Richard Sherman!

Colin really does his homework. He fills the segments with great content. My favorite is Sharp or Square every Friday morning.

Love Colin, love this podcast. But the ads are getting worse and worse. Almost 45% of the pods are ads since football started. Don’t hit us with 4-5 minutes of ads at the start and still hit us with more during segments.

Love the show. It’s great every time. And I get that it needs to raise money from ads. But 8 min of ads in the first 13 mins?? That’s so much.

I like the commentary and insight. However, 6-7 minutes of the podcast are advertisements. That’s way too much for a 30 minute podcast.

Colin is the best . He makes you laugh; he makes you think .

Nick Wright- solid 4. Surprised how many dissenters here. Middlekauf -2.5 eventually have to turn him off. He’s better with you than solo. JMac- 0. He’s horrible and I think u know it but have to prop him up. To be fair he was tolerable on today’s Collin pod. Did u tell him to act mature? It worked. Usually a “hot take” babbling idiot- not a trait of your brand. Despite getting through today, if this will be a regular thing CC/JMac then I’ll just delete. On the Herd pod no secret “the news” gets most often cut from the hour segments. Thank goodness.

I really enjoy listening to Colin’s honest and thoughtful opinions about sports and sports adjacent topics.

Great show Colin, but why you keep bringing Nick wrong?

The Nick Wright episode was terrific. This is Colin’s strength: connecting sports with life. Where else can you go for smart conversation about shortening the MLB season, how Tom Cruise and Aaron Rodgers have in common, guns, homelessness, geopolitics and a LOT more?? Keep going Colin. This podcast is for your season ticket holders, folks who want more of YOU and interesting conversation w/ smart guests. For everyone else who wants sports talk and nothing more, well, that’s why God made Fox Sports.

Colin is awesome. “Nick Wright” Is simply horrific. Why is he on this feed? You can’t un-hear him.

I’ve been a Cowherd fan since his days at ESPN. What I’m not a fan of is this app forcing OTHER shows on me. I don’t want SNAPS (or any of the other pods that drop on this app) if I did, I’d subscribe. This should be a five star review and would be if it were just Cowherd.

Cowherd has some good takes. I like the Sharp or Square segments. Overall he seems to have something against black quarterbacks, which rubs me the wrong way. Something seems a little off there. But otherwise the show is fine I guess. Nothing you couldn’t get on 1000 other sports podcasts.

It’s way too messy. And it blocks the one I want to listen too, Colin, from being seen. Clean it up.

Would be 5 stars but unfortunately on the Colin Cowherd podcast 30% of the episodes are actually Colin giving his takes and the rest are other podcasts no one cares about Update: I unsubscribed from this podcast…same reason I unsubscribed from the herd podcast …I just wanna hear Colin’s take…I got so annoyed with all the extra podcasts on this feed If he gives us a podcast feed with ONLY Colin’s takes then I’ll subscribe again and give 5 stars..the 1 star is for snaps and all the other crap on this feed
