HarrierflierA Perfect TributeThank you for making this podcast. I was on the verge of tears the entire time I was listening. I grew up listening to Rush while driving a John Deere tractor tilling the soil of wheat fields in rural Oklahoma. His words helped set me on an American-loving path at an early age. Thank you, Rush, for that. And thank you, Mr. Snerdley, for reminding me of the impact Rush had on my life.

On Top of the World RadioMissing RushThis is a fantastic tribute to an amazing man. Miss Rush - his memory lives on Chris Story
-
TheserialkillernextdoorAn amazing tribute for fansHe felt like family so I’m grateful for this podcast, which I listened through twice. Rush was always there and I could dip in and out of his show months apart or binge listen it for weeks on end with Rush 24/7. This podcast does some small measure to help fill the void and add some degree of closure to the silence that has followed. I’d 110% strongly recommend it for fans and to recommend to every fan you know.

BFRabbitMissing RushI miss Rush every day. I keep wanting to turn him on and hear his take on everything and he’s just not there. He left such a hole in my life. I was blessed to live during his lifetime.

Poirot57Just outstanding from start to finishProfessionally produced and personably presented. James Golden was the obvious choice to MC this family tribute to Rush: he delivered even more than we could have hoped for. The many contributors helped us get to know even better and honor even more a man who meant and means so very much to millions of Rush “family” members like me. Thank you for even more broadcast excellence.

cody1952Tribute to RushI thoroughly enjoyed these podcasts; an excellent job done for a great American!
-
AlaMaiLadyGood for my soulI miss Rush so very much. I listened to him almost every day since 1988. He was my companion in my vehicle (which I worked out of, delivering mail) since 1992. He kept me sane in these ever changing times. I felt as though I knew him and my world hasn’t been right since he’s been off the air. It is so good to come here and hear his voice. Thank y’all for this podcast.
-
Abigail.94Touching TributeI miss hearing Rush on my radio. I am grateful I get to listen to his voice on this series. I have hit replay several times in almost a year. Love you Rush! See you in Heaven!

JohnSutterTribute to RushRecommended for all fans of the Maja Rushie. Biographical info as well as enlightening vignettes from the people who knew him and worked with him. I enjoyed the sound clips from early in Rush’s career. RIP Rush.

USN, retired91HARLEYFX 🏴☠️🇺🇸Superbly done. Thanks to you, Bo Snerdley… and all the contributors over all the years. There won’t be any one equal to the task to replace the lovable fuzz-ball , and everything he embodied every day. But owing to what Rush built, there’s a wide family of excellence in broadcasting out there to choose from. 🇺🇸🏴☠️🇺🇸🔥🗽🔥🇺🇸🏴☠️🇺🇸 Thank you for providing a suitable, wonderful epilogue for an unsurpassed career that won’t be matched any time soon. Thanks and blessings to one and all for this.

Catahoulatexas123Excellence in podcasting.Right on, right in, right on, mr snerdley!!!

Faith011992Right on! Ditto!1) You nailed it. I’ve been a listener since 1996 there wasn’t anything that I disagreed with. Beautifully produced and so nice to listen to. The only thing I didn’t like was that liberal hack who worked for the Clinton campaign. I could bear to listen to him jeer Rush and turned it off. 2) I still have questions. Friday line callers, were they really different? Where did name Bo Snerderly come from? Unless it was in the segment I chose not to finish. 3) I loved Rushes ability to still come out of survival mode during treatment and have the energy to do his job. I’ve worked with people dying and have never seen this done! 4) The only replacement of Rush I find is in God. Rush your passing has turned my heart to God, there is true hope and optimism. I’m still trying to find someone like you. Who can share positive news and facts with opinion that is exactly how I feel. No one fits that bill. So I tune everything out, just read Trumps tweets on Gab and give my reaction. Conservative news is so hard to stomach because it’s about how Dems are destroying us but there has to be good news? Trump news? No where to be found. Will anyone have the guts to decertify the election? Has COVID killed off all the man of courage?
-
blw64I miss Rush so much…Thank you for creating these podcasts for those of us who loved and still love Rush. I find it difficult to listen to others who attempt to fill that time slot. Here’s why - Rush would help explain what was happening and what we can do to work to correct it. Most of the so-called replacement shows keep harping and complaining about what’s happening with this current inept administration but leave it at that. We need some direction soon or we will become the Untied States of America.
-
shalifaripThis is great! For those of us who listen for years, I remember listening when I borrowed a friends car. Their cruise control went out as I was at the edge of our community. I had the trip there and back to make a hour and a half each way to visit my parents with our two little boys. So about 1990/1991. This is so good to know he did not get high and lifted up with his rise in Staus. A mom who never had the funds to buy the Limbaugh Letter and always wanted it.
-
Prolific Dave RossThank you for letting us hear Rush again. This show has helped fill part of the void that Rush left behind. I am so grateful for the work you all did to bring us stories we never knew and a chance to hear again the voice we’ll never forget. I put off listening to the final episode for the longest time because it felt like the entire ride would actually be over, and I just didn’t want to go through the grief of really truly saying goodbye. If there’s any way to keep these stories going, please do. God bless you, Team Rush and thank you!
-
PhrankeThank you Bo Sneardly <3My dad ‘forced’ me to listen to Rush (by that I mean he had Rush on in the car every time I was in the car as a kid) lol!! Throughout my rebellious teens I thought Rush was soooo wrong, just as I thought my parents were. I used to turn Rush on when I started driving and my friends and I would debate the radio show! When my father retired he listened to Rush in surround sound on the Bose in the living room. Trust me when I say there was nowhere in the house that you couldn’t hear Rush. My father sat contented booming Rush while my three siblings and I, and all of our friends tried to not listen. The summer months were especially fun, for my father, that is! Any and all complaints or comments were met with “Listen and you might just learn something”. We all had learned long ago not to try to debate or out logic my father. I should mention he was an attorney who LOVED a chance to dance intellectual rings around us in a debate, some good old fashion civil discourse. When the day came that the lord called my father home I found Rush’s podcast I even found F.Lee Levin’s podcast and now listen to the great one. I felt comfort listening to Rush and hearing him speak to us all from the heart. As he always said Rush was right and his talent was on loan from God, as are all of our talents. Each and everyone of us has a talent. Thank you Bo Sneardly! James Golden your voice is now filling that void for so many of us! Please don’t stop hosting some sort of commentary show. I’m sure it’s not just me that listens and feels your heart in your voice just like we did with Rush! Thank you again and God Bless ~ Long time listener, first time commenter :) Megan

jwt888Thank You!!!I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I wished it would never end. Those 12 episodes went by so quickly and I enjoyed every second of them. Thank you very much for pulling this together.
-
awful quackeryI miss him😢I have laughed and cried through this series. Thank you James for taking us down memory lane. I know you, who worked with him grieve. Believe me when I tell you, you are not alone. He was our friend too, he was our voice and he helped us be able to articulate our conservatism without fear, to people within our influence. And we grieve his loss as well. God bless Rush Limbaugh and those who helped bring him into our lives daily. Thank you Bo!
-
Thrilled...This series was my favorite Rush tribute.Thank you to James Golden for this beautiful tribute to Rush. I hated to see this series end. I especially enjoyed hearing from the EIB Staff members that were mentioned by Rush over the years, but we never heard from. Amazing people who were a part of the Greatest Radio Show Of All Time. I could have done without James Carville, though…. 😜 We love you Rush. And we love you, too, Bo Snerdley. Forever Dittos.

210MayaThe Golden Voice will never fade awayDearest Bo! You and Rush are our best family friends who never came over for dinner. And yet, you were in my kitchen, my living room and truck every day, faithfully for decades, made me laugh, made my cry, made me feel good about my country. Rush was teaching my children, who were sitting in the backseats of my truck, why and how to love America, over the airwaves. Rush was omnipresent in our life. His passing left a avoid nobody can fill. He was the prime example of American exceptionalism. He was it, he was real, he was what America means and stands for. Thank you Mr. Golden and all at the EIB from the bottom of my heart for this series. It helps me grief, accept, and treasure all the memories I have of Rush. The golden voice behind the golden EIB microphone went silent but will sounds on in everyones heart who loved and was touched by Rush. Rush, mega dittos from a Rush Babe. I love and miss you.
-

WestconnI’m sad this is overMany thanks to James Golden, and to all of the guests of this series, for putting this podcast together and for sharing all of your memories. Listening to this gave me the means to mourn a person that I’ve never met but was a part of my daily life; someone who I greatly admired and loved. The loss is palpable, and the void is unfathomable. There won’t be another.
-
PepperSkaggs67Rush LivesI still can’t believe he’s gone but I’m glad I can reminisce via this podcast about Rush and his entertaining take on politics. Good job, Bo!
-
DanaldzGreat Podcast! Was so glad Bo and the whole crew did this to remember such a legend! What a humble and caring individual our man Rush was. I was great full to be able to hear him for so long. I listened at whatever job I was at even if at a liberals house. I didn’t care, just need to hear my best friend I never met. MISS YOU RUSH!!
-
Ted in SparksA Legend on the air and in lifeI listened to Rush off and on for many years. Since he has been gone I have been kicking myself for not listening everyday. He is missed and it is hard to accept that he is gone. Listening to this series has been wonderful. Laughs and tears with all the great stories from the incredible EIB team. Thank you so much for doing this and pulling back the curtain on this amazing human. God bless and thank you Bo.
-
Stew D.Thank you James, EIB Team and friends!A beautiful goodbye with all the interesting details one would want to know about Rush and his show. He is greatly missed, but still loved! Thank you so much!
-
wb7488Great Tribute to the Man, The Myth, The legendI grew up listening to Rush and have listen to him every day since I was 16 years old. I am now 33 and miss him terribly. Although I never met him I like so many other Americans felt as if I lost a family member when Rush died. Some of these episodes were tough to get through without getting choked up, but I am so glad Bo Snerdley decided to do this podcast. I loved hearing the behind the scene stories about Rush Limbaugh that proved he had a heart of gold despite how he was portrayed in the media for all these years. God bless you Bo! There will never be another Rush Limbaugh!
-
NOLAGRANThank you!Thank you for sharing these stories of a man we dearly loved. It was so special to hear these stories but none of this surprises me. It was always obvious that he was a man of character, integrity, humility, generosity, brilliance, and just plain fun. Surely do miss him. I’m thankful I could grow up listening to Rush.
-
Eric BushmanThank you from WBAPThis was a wonderful tribute from start to finish. I’ve had the privilege of being the news person during Rush’s time slot for the last few years at WBAP/Dallas. Thank you to James (Bo) for bringing us who have listened to and been a part of Rush’s local programming this incredible story. Condolences to all who knew him personally and worked with him directly. -Eric Bushman, WBAP-AM, Dallas/Fort Worth
-
Eye's wide openThank you James Golden!I can not thank you enough for doing this WONDERFUL SERIES of stories about OUR Rush. Though, of course, I never met Rush, I loved him with my whole heart. I was a LIFER to The Rush Limbaugh Show. And I have figured that Rush will be the single voice I will have heard or listened to more than ANYONE in my lifetime. He connected with me and taught me so many things that I can’t even mention. You Bo Snerdly have done a great service to all of DITTO HEADS by doing this podcast. It has allowed us to heal and to bring a closure to this part of our lives. RUSH WILL LIVE ON FOREVER AND YOUR MEMORIAL (in the form of this podcast) will live on forever. We are forever in you debt James Golden!
-
DGB56BlessingThe Life of Rush is one of the best podcasts ever. I wish it was longer! Thank you for the wonderful memories. Rush is truly missed.
-
TresmagerSad this is the last oneI was in hopes Tom Sullivan would of been a part of the podcast. They were really good friends and he did fill in for a Rush.
-
CTHayes267A legacy that won't be forgottenThank you James Golden & crew for this series. I just listened to the final episode, and tears flowed (as they did many times during the series). Like many long-time listeners, I felt like I knew Rush, but this podcast revealed parts of his life most people didn't know about, and how he positively touched and impacted so many lives. He was villified by the "tolerant" Left and the lamestream media his entire career, yet he stayed true to his convictions and always exuded a positive outlook. It's an understatement to say he'll be missed.
-
Rick WPWowWords cannot capture what I experienced while listening to these podcasts. Your stories took me from laughing to crying in minutes. Thank you for putting this together and for honoring Rush in this way. I thank the Lord that I have been able to be a part of the Rush family. Rick Day Whitney Point, NY

Such an incredible human being who used the talent that God lent him to the best of his ability! I have so enjoyed these episodes and I hope James continues to use his talent and his amazing voice in a way that I can continue to listen!
-

Bo SnerdleyA review of the reviews - from Bo SnerdleyThank each and every one who has expressed kindness and appreciation for this podcast series. It was a labor of love for all of us who participated in it. Your reviews mean the world to me, and all of us still grieving at Rush’s passing. I truly hope and pray this series has met your expectations - and that somewhere in the great peace above Rush has given his blessing to it. God Bless each and everyone - even the 2 or 3 detractors who left hateful messages. God Bless you always. And Thank you so much.
