Shah Rukh Khan: Advice for Life

Shah Rukh Khan (SRK), also known as the “King of Bollywood,” came to Yale on April 12, 2012 as a Chubb Fellow in his first visit to an American university. The Chubb Fellowship is one of Yale's most distinguished honors, bringing leaders to campus to encourage students interested in public service and the public good. In his Chubb Lecture, SRK shared advice with his audience that, he said, would help them “survive this life.”

These official videos feature his full lecture, as well as a conversation by SRK with Master Jeffrey Brenzel of Timothy Dwight College, Yale Law School student Nikhil Sud '10, Law'13, and Sarika Arya '11; and a performance of his trademark "Chammak Challo" with Yale sophomore Natalia Khosla '14. Shah Rukh Khan is introduced by Isha Ambani '13, president of the Yale South Asian Society, a co-sponsor of the event along with the Chubb Fellowship of Timothy Dwight College.
