    Great Podcast
Jason, this is my favorite podcast from MzeroA as well for the same reason - passionate people that want to share their love of aviation by becoming instructors.

    Commitment
What I appreciate about Jason is his commitment to aviation education and its instructors. In spite of the miniscule market in this space for a podcast, Jason spends time putting these out to help us better our effectiveness. Hopefully that make pilots safer and smarter, and instructors turn students into better pilots faster.

    Impressed
I haven't flown in over 10 years and after being hounded by friends and family to not waste my GI Bill and get back in the air. I decided to pursue my CFI here in Hawaii and thought that I needed to knock the rust of with my brains first and this podcast has lit the fire back in my heart to become a teacher and to fly with the same passion I had while in the military. Keep inspiring!!!

    What I've been searching for
Jason does such an awesome job with helping me think outside of the box with subjects that I have forgotten but really should be emphasizing on. So glad this is available.

    From one instructor to another
This is a podcast that every CFI/CFII should listen too. We do not, as CFI's get to do much introspective evaluation of our aviation teaching, both on the ground and in the air. We need to have another instructor give us added value to our experience and training to teach. Jason brings this gift to all of us. Thank you Jason for this wonderful 20 minutes. Larry CFII
