    I’m dissatisfied
My grand father has invited us over to spend the night why no podcasts this week what do you need FREE TIME preposterous

    just wanted to say thanks.
Thank you guys for being the soundtrack of my life. Thanks to Heath’s squeak, specifically, for always being there for me. For every guest masochist who hates you now, there’s someone else out there who wants to die a little less because of you. Looking forward to using GAM to get through our upcoming facist dictatorship <3

    Thank you
I’ve listened to most of these twice. Listening to you reminds me of when I had a group of friends. Thanks again

    Like a phisher pryce tent.
It was a lot of years of not mentioning Kyle Crosswhite and Ben Sanderson blowing each other on Kyle’s Birthday. But, I’ll tell you one very important thing that I told Eric Wardell on the craps game at what use to be isle of fender, now it’s a place that they shouldn’t have thrown stones. Any who, it was a distinct displeasure being shaman of Mic-O-Say with you both.

    A great way to laugh!
Hey, did the guys ever figure out that “Objectivism: the video game” is literally just Bioshock?

    And I must know…
Is the reference fo “Pop scares” from that ditz Lilly in Found Footage 3-D?

    It Keeps Getting Better
Early episodes are cringy, but once the hosts hit their stride and stopped making certain kinds of jokes, this became one of my favorite podcasts. I regularly send episodes to friends who will appreciate the hosts’ and guests’ reactions to the wild stuff they watch. Also: it’s because of this podcast that I realized my public school health teacher showed us Mormon films. Thanks guys! Oh, and please tell Cara we are grateful for her sacrifices for this show.

    Even better for patrons!
Love this show so much, but getting access to the bonus episodes and no adds for a dollar a month is SOOOOOO worth it. Wish they had a sort of “mega patreon” for all their shows, but this is by far my favorite.
  • Hey Guys, It's Me, Ya Boi
    A Fantastic Chunk Every Week
This show is not going to be for everyone—no doubt about that. If you are religious, then this show will rub you the wrong way more likely than not. But if you are not, especially if you are a recovering religious zealot, then this show might just be one of the best detoxes you can find on the internet. Also, you will learn that Cara did 9/11. So that’s kind of neat.

    Definitely Came Around
This is gonna seem like a hate post but hang with me! So I first gave this show a listen in 2018 and it made me realize I live in a bubble because I didn’t know anyone who still thought those kinds of jokes were funny. Big yikes. Gave it another chance in 2023 because I was missing How To Heretic and Dan was guest hosting. Massive improvement in both jokes and politics. Way to level up, guys. It may not be for everyone but if you grew up in fundamentalist religion, you’ll find the hours of laughter deeply cathartic. Originally I’d have given the show one star, now I’d give it six if i could.

    One of my all-time favorites
At first I started listening for the catharsis of revisiting movies I was forced to watch growing up in home school and Christian private school, but before long I just started listening to every episode that came out each week. The hosts are great, and learning to laugh at the weird and twisted-up messaging I received as a child has been a great way to unpack those things and grow. They also do a great job of networking, reaching out to podcasts I wouldn’t have found otherwise and having them on as guests. Keep up the great work!

    Ugh
So anti-conservative it’s pure drudgery to listen. They’re not even funny. How about we have a podcast about MOVIES instead of political opinion! No more!

    Quickly becoming my fav pod
I discovered this show when they had Karen from Deconversion Therapy on as a guest and I am so glad I did! I love the rapport between the hosts, and I love how they are all genuinely easy laughs. I’m sure I’m not the only one who involuntarily says aloud, “WEYLL,” along with Eli as he prepares to answer the “how bad is as this movie?” question.

    Fantastic reviews online
GAM analyzes movies that are so awful, I feel bad for them. And the guests. I couldn't rate 6 stars. But this amount of torture deserves a legal payment out of court for pain and suffering.

    The BEST podcast…
I love this podcast. It’s absolutely hilarious… I have to pause it sometimes while lifting weights so I don’t accidentally kill myself by dropping the weights onto myself due to laughing too hard.
  • The Worthless Protoplasm
    Riddled with factual errors
The episode titled “My Daddy is in Heaven” references an actress from my hometown, and the guys make a remark about how the actress’s “hillbilly accent” is what you’d expect from there. I’ll have you know, sirs, that we do NOT have such an accent normally. In fact, we have an upscale accent comprised of broken German root words (“Dutch” lol) and meth slurring. DO YOUR RESEARCH! 7/5 stars

    Good things
Well done…appreciate the healthy skepticism backed up facts! This show is ammo for Reddit arguments that I know I shouldn’t be having!

    GAM is my favorite!!
I can’t sit through even 30 seconds of these movies but it’s easy and hilarious to listen to them take the idiocy over the coals!
  • Paahl27
    These guys kill me.
I love this podcast. As an atheist and lover of bad movies I cannot get enough of Noah, Heath, and Eli. You won’t regret listening to them… unless you’re a Christian.

    Gold in new and old
Whether it’s Mormon Movie Month, a 1960s hidden gem, or the latest theater release, the GAM cast has its jokes waiting. So fun to listen to and apropos! When will you review The Devil Conspiracy?!?! Please please do.

    Hilarious & Healing
I love this podcast so much. It’s honestly been very healing for me to listen to these podcasters break down these movies in a way that both points out the flaws & harms in the movies’ logic while also giving me snort-cackling good time. Living in a deeply religious rural location, it’s been so nice to find humor while deconstructing from religion

This Help Me with My Religious Freedom
I came across this podcast by accident. I’ve recently left Christianity and it’s helped me with the ease of my transition. I enjoy the guys and I’ve even watched some of these god awful movies. To call them films would be insulting. Their review of “Thief in the Night” was triggering as I watched it as a kid. I believe Cara did do 9/11 and this is her penance. However, with her frequency on the show, I think it violates the Geneva Convention. Make her a regular already. I see her name and I’m extra excited for her latest torture.
  • SadieHawkins85
Really disappointed by the overt misogyny
That’s it. That’s the review. I left Christianity to escape the sexism. Disappointed to find it here too.

My three best friends I’ve never met
This podcast has been a part of my life ever since I was forced to watch God’s Not Dead in theaters as a teen and it’s been a constant source of comfort and humor through every phase of my life from Highschool to college to living on my own. Noah, Heath, and Eli are the funniest and most irreverent yet somehow simultaneously upstanding podcasters I’ve ever listened to (don’t let the bits fool you they actually care a lot about the issues these films are symptomatic of and are great guys). Any awful day can instantly be made better by putting on an episode of GAM.
  • Time81cube
    Amazing work
Love every episode of this - irreverent and it saves me from having to watch these movies. I wish they’d do an MST3k version also!
  • It's alright; I'm a doctor.
    Crass
Myself, I would take insight over humor, and humor over obnoxiousness. Guess which of the three this is.

The roasting that bad religious cinema needs
Well, if you like the jokes about Jesus that you wish you could make in front of your least favorite uncle safely, but you wish they could flambé on every misstep made by the failed film major your mom’s church calls for the low budget weddings at the same time… you will *love* this podcast. Three of the funniest men on Earth breaking down the absolute worst things I’ve ever watched and so much more. They find the most hysterical guests and make them regret being asked on in the most fun ways. I wish my friends and I were a third this funny. 11/10 recommend.

This podcast is my happy place
I deal with a lot of anxiety. I fall asleep every night to this podcast. I’ll just put on an old episode and let it play. Sometimes Heath laughing will wake me up, but it’s not a bad thing to wake up to.

    Thank for the laughs
Noah, Eli and Heath always bring the laughs. Their guests are just as funny. Cara Santa Maria is special for me especially when she made a reference to Better off Dead. One of my favorite Charles DeMar quotes. “Lane, I’ve been going to their high school for 7 and 1/2 years. I’m no dummy” I also have to say the Hallmark movie about the pies makes me laugh. I giggle every time it’s on now at the dads are on screen. Thanks. Marsh is awesome too.

    God Awful Funny!
I love the GAM podcast and I have to say, I'm hooked! The hosts are incredibly funny and the content is always entertaining. They always provide fascinating insights into the movie reviews. The production quality is top-notch. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for something new to listen to!"

    Not worth the listen
I’ve listened to this pod and was a paid subscriber for the better part of a year, but given Eli’s complicity with Andrew Torrez and his prolific alleged sexual assaults, I don’t think Eli should be given any kind of platform in this world. Listen to Tom and Cecil instead over on Cognitive Dissonance. Again, Eli was both complicit with Torrez’s alleged acts and has zero credibility. I might come back to being a paid subscriber if they were to show Eli the door, but Bosnick doesn’t deserve a moment of your listening time or brain space.

    Don’t drink milk while listening
Although blowing milk out of your nose from laughter is a golden moment in life; I would hate to loose the time I get with this show. Smart, funny, then crude and silly, these guys make me sweat with laughter every time I listen. As a born again atheist, these guys bring critical thinking back like a Mac truck hitting a small kitten. RELIGIOUS PEOPLE BEWARE, you may start using the mind evolved in your skulls as you listen. Thanks for a great show guys, I really love it

    Cathartic for Exvangelicals
One of the best things about GAM is their commercials. I’ve never skipped a single one because of how creative and funny they are.

More Reviews and Less Skits Please
I love the actual movie reviews they are funny and entertaining. The skits before and after commercial breaks range from decently funny to full on awkward.
  • Gary Fender
    Awesome!
This is my favorite podcast ever. You guys have been entertaining me on my commute every day for well I’ve a year.

    Laugh out loud funny
I’m a Christian (a progressive one) , and I love this podcast. Christian movies are so bad, and these guys do a great job of breaking down the awfulness that is evangelical cinema.

    I can’t believe in all these years I’ve never left a review…
Not only is this podcast fantastic and the one that got me into this Puzzle in a Thunderstorm fandom, the quality and values attract top-notch, wonderful humans to their community. I applaud everything that Noah, Heath, and Eli have made.

    Love the show
This podcast is better than making it to the bathroom in time

PIAT is part of my everyday!
Noah Lugeons, Heath Enwright, Eli Bosnick and their guest masochists take their stylistic humor and hilariously shred terrible religious movies. If you grew up on bad Christian cinema or just enjoy REALLY BAD movies, this podcast is worth every minute and every penny.
  • sarahk152
    Fantastic
Nothing I love more than listening to genuinely hilarious people making fun of terrible movies.
  • Little Miss Sweet Tea
I love everything about this freaking podcast
Their movie choices are perfect. The skits during breaks are hilarious. I even love the self-produced commercials. Best thing about this awesome podcast, however, is the comradery between these guys and their guest reviewers. They genuinely crack each other up, and I love the belly laughs.
  • Samuel Casey
    Great!!!
I love this podcast but the only thing I don’t like about it is that it takes to long to hear about the movie. Ex: there are ad breaks at the start of the episode and there’s the best and worst also just the intro in general, it all takes too long. Other than that this podcast is one of my favorites and is super!
