    As an adult that learned how to swim only a few years ago, I have learned to appreciate the way Brenton can motivate me to improve as a swimmer and an athlete by explaining things in ways I can clearly understand, and also by having a lot of great guests on this podcast. The topics have included the mental aspects of swimming, nutrition, as well as hearing from other coaches and their approach to how to help people become better swimmers. Highly recommended!!

    I love the variety of topics Brenton covers. He features real swimming stars, coaches and the regular average swimmer. The mix of speakers is always fabulous and I learn or/and get inspired to do more. As a coach, I often refer my swimmers to Brenton’s site for more information.

    Excellent Information
    Gets right to the heart of how to swim better with solid information, well presented. Specifically, the difference in going from a 2-beat to a 4-beat kick brought a significant improvement in my times immediately. Tips on breathing technique have helped with big breakthroughs as well. My goal this year is to swim 1 million yards and I’m ahead of schedule so far thanks to Effortless Swimming.
