    Questionable advertiser
Thumbs down to Strawberry me. They sounded great when you spoke of them recently, yet after I filled out their questions, I began to receive their FB ads. These are not funny, nor in keeping with the type of people your podcast speaks to. Their ads are misogynistic, outdated images of the roaming eye boyfriend being pulled back into line by his girlfriend. This is not the type of business you would want to have any female work with. Sorry. Am disappointed and wrote to them. I’ll be glad to send you a snapshot of it, if you’d like

    Excellent!!!
I have been listening to this podcast for the last two years and it has helped tremendously with my self discovery journey. I look forward to a new episode every week and listen to it while running. I love reading, so listening to a podcast that interviews authors talking about their latest books are super helpful for me. I have learned so much with this podcast and I just wanted to express my gratitude towards this podcast that is so informative about mindfulness. Thank you!

    My Favorite Podcast
Learning to listen and learn. Information given by the guest, I am able to actually use. I feel empowered after listening to this Podcast, very Untangled and relaxed. I am also a subscriber to Ten Percent Happier It was fun listening to Alexander. I have a ten year old grandson who is very articulate and enjoys speaking in front of his class

Only complaint is the ad breaks
The content and host is 5 stars. I only down the rating because the placement of the ad breaks are poorly done. The ads are placed in the middle of people speaking making the content disjointed and sometimes hard to follow.

    Love it!
A great podcast to listen to for how to incorporate mindfulness into your life! Each week, Patricia and Ariel bring on guests that help explore different avenues on how each of us can take care of ourselves — body and mind.

I love this podcast. It makes me feel good while I’m listening to the episodes and I ponder/meditate on what I heard throughout my days. I’ve listened to every episode, some multiple times. Also, the hosts Patricia and Ariel have soothing voices. Thanks to all the people who make this podcast possible.

    Sound quality
The sound quality isn’t great and I struggle to play this and hear it peacefully. Unfortunate because cool topics and speakers.

    Please improve the audio quality!
i honestly love this podcasts content and have followed for a long time. HOWEVER- the audio quality is so bad and so jarring! in my experience it’s very distracting and i will forgo listening even if i’m interested in the episode. There are so many resources out there that can be implemented to fix these issues! please please someone help patricia & whoever runs the podcast lol Truly i will change my 1 star to a 5 where it belongs if this was fixed 🙏

    Good content, bad sounds quality
The content itself is good but the sound quality of the guest in the latest episode was not good. His words were sometimes dropped esp at the end of sentences and sounded like he was in a tin can. The host’s sound was fine. In my car radio though I had to keep turning the guy up and the lady down. It wasn’t a good listen.

    Great variety of guests
I enjoy this podcast because of the great variety of guests and topics. Interviewer asks good questions and mostly stays out of the way. I have recommended a few of the episodes to Friends.

    Thoughtful
Just finished listening to the Toni Bernhard guest podcast. Such a thoughtful and insightful interview. Patricia did an amazing job of balancing questions and conversation to keep the flow without interrupting the guest.

great show, but apple podcast issue
I love this show and listen often! Only problem I have is that it rarely works on apple podcasts.. it just like, freezes and won’t load most of the time. So I usually have to go to spotify to listen. It’s weird!
  • Jessie True
    Ugh. Kinda gross.
Came to listen about manifestation and hear a white woman talk about being invited to sit with “untouched” tribes, “even Africa,” where she gathers information and brings it back to the “modern” world. It’s disgusting.
  • ashleymc10
    Inspiring science
This is a phenomenal podcast to learn the science of wellness.

    Keeps me grounded
I loved listening to the episode with Jessica Graham about mindfulness and sex. Her perspective on creating a relationship with pleasure was so grounding and felt so accessible, especially since the pursuit of pleasure can feel out-of-reach at times. This podcast is such a great resource that helps me stay in touch with what’s most important.

    My favorite podcast
I love this podcast. I have learned so many interesting things listening to these interviews. I eagerly await each new interview and each time I am blown away by the great job at the interviewing skills and selection of guest speakers. This is my absolute favorite podcast! Thank you!!!
  • Kkaoddjs1
    Not substantive enough
Enjoyed some of their content but have decided to unsubscribe after they aired the Bulletproof diet salesman. Let’s leave the nutrition advice to registered dietitians and actual researchers, not people recycling old (mostly discredited) ideas into new packages with with just-released books and online shops. Quite an unusual choice of topic for this type of podcast anyhow. I could overlook that, but there’s just not enough substantive episodes here to clog my podcast list anymore.
  • Gani31
    Just no
I subscribe to this podcast in hopes of hearing different perspectives and I didn’t necessarily have to agree with all of them. I have now unsubscribed. I just listen to a podcast where a man talked about tobacco being a great teacher and the evils of the pharmaceutical industry. I don’t think I need to get too into how utterly important it is to even not try to promote people to have a ““ relationship with tobacco. I was utterly disgusted to hear this being promoted we know how bad smoking is for people and even if there is a way to have tobacco in in small doses most people don’t use it that way and I just kidding never condone nor approve of any podcast that promotes tobacco use. Funny how he doesn’t mention the evils of the tobacco industry by the way what a bunch of humbug.

    Fascinating
I love this podcast and think anyone wanting to expand their mind should listen. It covers a range of topics and brings on guests who are experts in their field. I have been enlightened by every episode I’ve listened to.
  • Haut Todd
    Wonderful
Today I listened to the Dr Fred Luskin interview about forgiveness. I’m struggling with something now with this topic and it helped me gain some wonderful insights. I learned that some people don’t know how to forgive. If you know someone who cannot forgive share this podcast interview with them. It could be a life changer...for the better.

Loved Nahko and Take your Power Back
Loved feeling the deeply grounded presence of Nahko Bear and his thoughtful responses; so connected to the Earth. And loved the song at the end "Take Your Power Back!"

Misophonics beware - this host is a sniffer!
I have not found this podcast to be very insightful. Plus, I can’t take the sniffing. Ugh! Blow your nose!

    Fine Podcast Overall
Intelligent. Great topics. Host, imo, would do well to get some help in learning to make her voice less shrill. Voice coach might help. Good work!

    Perfect
I’ve been searching for a podcast for a long WHILE just trying to find one that really resonates with me and this is it! So happy to have finally found it. Great topics, great guests, hosts asking all the right questions, bring new insight to listeners (or me at least) on how I can practice being more mindful and really take my experience of life into my own hands. Thank you so much. My favorite episode so far is the one with Dr. Fred Luskin on forgiveness. It has REALLY helped me. I listen to it often when I wake up as a reminder before I start my day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.

    Please improve the audio quality
This was very tough to listen to. It sounded like a bad cell call. Such a shame.
  • jackclary
    Fix the audio
For this podcast to be worth listening to, you need to fix your audio. It’s hellaciously bad. Great content, horrid quality.
  • Bskackley
    Can’t listen to her voice.
Patricia’s voice is very off putting. I suggest a different interviewer who would talk less.
  • cubanita#1
    Good content
Enjoy the interviews. And the app. A request, please stop saying, “sort of” Thank you
  • CutestOfBorg
Mixes brilliant guests with some bogus
Big fan of the podcast, but was a little baffled when I heard bulletproof founder Dave Asprey make anecdotal health claims about the evils of whole grains as being scientific fact. Anecdotes are fine! It’s part of why I listen. I appreciate that the podcast has a lot of guests who are exploring new territory, but it feels gross when guests such as Asprey make universal health or science claims that aren’t qualified as a personal experience or being actively researched. It devalues the work of real researchers on the show.
  • Mermama07
    Fantastic
This app is so interesting. I love that they interview an array of different fascinating guests. I feel like I am actually learning through people who have done the work and done the research. It motivates me on my health (mental and physical) journey.
