    Best parenting podcast out there!
My sister, Julie, introduced me to this amazing podcast a couple years ago. I wish I’d had this information 20 Years earlier! I’m currently a mom of 6 who is also studying Marriage and the Family at Uni… and can attest to the fact that this podcast is academically backed by so much research. It’s presented so succinctly… the “Cliff Notes” for the “Time poor parent”. So good!!!

    Fantastic show
I am an American in my 30s and the father to an 8 month old boy. I look forward to the new episodes every day. You all have made adjusting to parenthood extremely easy – regarding what information to believe and what to set aside.

    A breath of fresh air!
Parenting is so hard, and everything I’ve ever heard from this lovely couple has been golden! They are real people who do real things and they share the good and the not-so-good. They make parenting feel so doable! Plus, their accents are just fun to listen to. Listen and you won’t regret it!

    Intentional Parenting

    My favourite podcast
This podcast helps me to feel less alone as a parent. So helpful, optimistic and realistic! I enjoy the anecdotes from their lives. Love all the research based stuff too. It’s great hearing both Justin and Kylie’s perspectives. I highly recommend everything Justin does, his books have been so helpful too!

    Life changing!
I can honestly say my parenting has changed for the better. I’m the states we often hear the buzz phrase “ cycle breaker.” Justin and Kylie have taught me how to be a better parent, listener and “cycle breaker.” My day is not complete without listening to them. I find myself laughing out loud and crying. When listening to them I feel like I’m part of their conversation. It just brings me great joy to have them be a positive part of my day. I share their knowledge and wisdom with people in my little corner of the world. I am so thankful for their commitment to helping parents, which in turn will help these next generations of kiddos thrive in our world. I can’t thank you enough. Erin in Michigan

    Best podcast out there!
I love this podcast! It makes housework, yard work and even exercise bearable because I get to listen it. I love Justin & Kylie’s playful, loving, and real relationship. I have listened to all of the episodes more than once. I find myself laughing out loud and even crying (kylies Father’s Day tribute to her Dad) I love the advice given and I love their tone of voice making it easy to listen to. (And of course their accents, I’m from the states) I find it so admirable that Justin didn’t like who he was as a father and went back to school and got a PHD in counseling/parenting and that Kylie is so loving and supports him and they have implemented it into their own family. And just so grateful they share what they have learned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

    A wonderful help
My wife and I stumbled across this podcast about 6 months ago and make it a point to listen to a few episodes each Monday night. We only have one toddler but it’s been a wonderful asset for not only parenting her but also learning how to help the other children in our lives. I recommend it to everyone both online and in my daily life.

Love it but experiencing a major glitch
I really enjoy these podcasts. Ideas are on point, easy to apply in my family, and thought provoking. But they aren’t working!! For the past 3 weeks, many of them say content unavailable. Help me! I am also a member of your emails as well.

I like your new format. I am a mother of three school aged boys and have found this podcast fun and refreshing. Thank you both for your vulnerability in sharing your failures and successes. It makes parenting more real and realistic. I love the ideas and want to be more intentional with my time with them, with my husband and for myself. Thank you and God bless.

    the BEST parenting podcast EVER!!
I’m hooked!! Dr. Justin Coulson and his wife Kylie are genuine, encouraging, and right on the mark!! My husband and I have 6 kids ranging from toddler to teen — the expert advice shared on this podcast has been applied successfully for all age ranges of my children. My husband has noticed my “international parenting” and praises me often on what a difference he has seen — how much it has positively affected our children, family life, and home!! Truly blessed to find such a unique and uplifting parenting podcast.

    Fantastic podcast!
I discovered Dr Justin about a year ago when I felt like I was drowning in motherhood and failing at it, especially with my older kids. I’ve listened to almost all his podcasts and read two of his books and started a third book of his (Miss-Connection). And then I’ve shared that knowledge with hubby in many late night deep conversations. And it all really has changed how we parent and helped us better connect with our kids. Our kids are happier too especially our three oldest kids. They feel like we listen to them more and hear them, and it feels more like a collaboration rather than hubby and I always bring the judge, jury, and jailer with our kids. My oldest two kids have even made comments like “wow, what happened to you, mom and dad? You’re not the same!” I mean it was a major overhaul to how we handled discipline in our home previously. We have 5 girls and 1 boy ages 15 to 4. We’re still learning but I feel like dr Justin’s helped us be the parents we always wanted to be by giving us the tools we needed to get there.

    Excellent!!!
I found Justin’s podcast 2 months ago and have since listened to every episode and have bought 2 of his books. The episodes are easy to listen to and Justin teaches in ways that make it easier to put into action what I am learning. I am a better mother today because of this podcast and Dr Justin Coulson.

    Excellent resource for purposeful parenting!
Dr. Coulson really knows what he is talking about and provides such poignant ideas each week. This is truly what parents need to hear without getting a PhD ourselves. I too am a dad of six children and really find this podcast helpful in raising my family.

    Love cures bad parenting
As much as being a mom is ALL I aspired to be....I stunk at letting kids choose their own spiritual path. I did exactly what this guy describes as how you shouldn’t react. It took me accepting that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world... including my children AND me... to change my heart, calm my mind and start to repair my relationships with my children. LOVE is the ONLY answer! I appreciated the reminder and tips from this episode. Morgan’s shows always seem to touch on things I’m struggling with. It lifts my soul and draws me closer to the Savior!

    Short. Sweet. Applicable
It’s like chatting with your friends. They say something you can totally relate to and Justin Coulson has a solid application of how we can respond to our daily dilemmas to bumps in the road in our relationships. I first heard him via the Happy Child Summit with GoZen and I was hooked. The 3 E’s have become a paradigm shift for me. Explore, explain, empower. It’s wonderful!

    Quick, helpful advice!
Powerful, quick and helpful advice. I have 4 young boys and listen to this podcast during my many trips in the car each day. I consider myself a good parent—but realized I could be doing better in certain areas. Highly recommend this podcast! Thank you Happy Families and Dr. Coulson! —Kristen in Texas.
