This podcast is one of my favorites, enough so that I’ve been come a monthly funded of the podcast. I’ve found such value in the perspectives Rick and his many amazing guests. For someone who is trying to learn more about indigenous issues in our communities I’m glad that MI serves as one of my primarily crash courses into important topics and helps guide my thinking on what to learn about.

This podcast has helped to fill in some of the gaps in media coverage of our world with insightful, informed perspectives delivered by a talented host and great guests. It expands my understanding of culture as Rick and his guests discuss the effects of current affairs and the reality that colonial governments have long tried to minimize.

I greatly value this program! The hosts are well informed and offer interesting perspectives. Kim TallBear is especially witty! Please keep up the great work. I will continue sharing this as the important media resource it is.

I really appreciate this podcast for the fact that indigenous academics are always on the round table because they help me to view these issues through indigenous minds. My arguments are well formulated as a result of this podcast. If you wanna hear about indigenous issues through an indigenous lens then I would highly recommend this podcast.

I absolutely love this podcast. As a non-indigenous black US citizen I find the topics and discussions very important in raising my consciousness around indigenous issues. Thank you so much!

Media Indigena is a phenomnal podcast covering a range of current events with insightful and nuanced perspectives. I look forward to this podcast every week! It is especially helpful to me as a non-Indigenous person to hear from Indigenous points of view. Panelists always offer a deeply thoughtful analysis that opens up the conversations for folks to discuss issues within their own communities. I am so grateful to Rick Harp and the other panelists for offering this gift to the world.
