Jeremy gets to the heart of each interview and asks the questions no one else does but that everyone wants answered. I like the dynamic with Doug because technical terms and ideas get broken down so that even a novice enthusiast will understand. Love the introductions too…very informative!

Jeremy and Doug go beyond headlines and superficial topics, exploring the people, crafts, and business of horology. There is knowledge and insight to be gained from every episode to which I have listened. Jeremy's guests are well chosen and share candid information about watches and watchmaking that are not commonly heard in coverage of this industry. Keep up the good work!

If you love wristwatches, then you have to check out this podcast. Jeremy Oster does fascinating interviews with the top names in horology. It’ll give you a different perspective into watch collecting and an appreciation for what goes into making the watch on your wrist.

A wonderful podcast about watchmaking and the people in and around the community. Keeping Time is an interview show that highlights the passion that motivates the guest within their particular gear in the horological movement. These guests range from master watchmakers like Peter Speake-Marin to brand representatives as well as bloggers and enthusiasts. I’m fairly new to watchmaking myself and am now hooked on this show. I’ve since subscribed and have gone back and listened to every episode once and am going back through a second time as I await the next episode.

Great podcast with excellent speakers. If you are into horology and want both a technical and non-technical discussion, I can’t recommend this podcast enough. Jeremy Oster’s contacts in the industry truly make this one of the best horology podcast around.

Excellent show with a truly world class line-up of guests. Time and again, Jeremy Oster does a superb job of connecting the audience with some of the best, most creative minds (and hands!) in the industry. Absolutely one of the first shows I go to every time a new episode pops up in my feed.

This watch podcast sets itself apart primarily because of Jeremy Oster. Not just because he’s a great conversationalist, but because he’s an actual AD who invites brand reps as well as well-known industry figures to talk watches. As much as I love some other podcasts out there (and I do really love several of them), many of them are hosted by either bloggers who cover the industry or enthusiasts with no connection to the industry at all. There’s certainly a place for those other podcasts, but none of them offer the kind of insight an AD can offer. The back episodes includes conversations with William Massena, writers/execs from the Robb Report and Revolution, brand reps from your favorite brands like Audemars Piguet, Zenith, and many more. If you’re passionate about watches, this is as entertaining and educational as it gets.

Keeping Time manages to provide the right ingredients for a great podcast targeted towards watch enthusiasts. The well informed host combined with the renowned guests make for an entertaining experience for this watch geek.

There are very many watch related podcast out there today. Some are intelligent.... some are educational... and many are entertaining. There are verty few that satisfy all these requirements. KT certainly does this with a great host and an impressive lineup of guests and topics. Keep it up?

Keeping time is one of the few shows that consists of true watch folks that know what they are talking about, it is a great show that always brings on the best of the best in guests. Listening to the likes of Peter Speake Marin, Kari Voutilainen, Zenith, and some really great watch collectors. Give it a listen but beware, its really easy to listen to them all on a binge!!!!

First of all... I want to say how MUCH I wish I could get more of these conversations recorded with Jeremy in shorter episodes (say 15-30min). I really enjoy the full length episodes and the value to us geeks is clear, but objectively (were I not already obsessed) these conversations are just really interesting to listen to and both the friendliness and humor really make this like the best living-room watch conversation that makes YOU feel like you are actually having a tea or beer (whatever strikes your fancy) with the guest as you are listening to the episode. Peter Speake-Marin convo #31 is a great example. If you ever met him, this conversation is as natural and easy as it is to actually speak with him in person. His expression of the very basics of getting execution right and the joy of seeing how others create shows a deep level of appreciation, not just pure mechanical understanding but in the practice of beautiful pragmatism! If you have ever held an original Speake-Marin or any watch in his eye of appreciation you get this perspective.

He knows everyone and has a passion for watches that one rarely finds anymore. And, he's incredibly generous with his time, always willing to share that knowledge. So, I was thrilled when I heard he was doing a podcast. And what a podcast! This isn't one of those "let's complain about brands we don't like" or talk about new Kickstarter watches podcasts.
