Will you guys PLEASE address this collective delusion that this organization and media echo chamber are under regarding the quarterback position?! Jiu Jitsu?!!! “Learning how to fall?!!” I like Tua. Tua is a good NFL QB. He would probably have an Alex Smith or Chad Pennington type of career trajectory. But can we please be real? He’s made out of glass. He’s not even taking big shots and he’s knocked out and the documented concussions began at Alabama, look it up. Please tell me of any player or boxer in the history of the sport that starts getting concussed regularly and then their brain magically toughens up? Former Dolphins that retired within a couple of years once the concussions started: Zach Thomas, Wes Welker, Trent Green, Jordan Cameron, come to mind from recent history. This is the most talented team in a generation and their answer to Tua is Mike White?! Can anyone reassure me that he won’t be concussed before November and the season is effectively over?!! I’d feel better with a day 3 pick of Stetson Bennett or even Dorian Thompson Robinson from UCLA over Mike White! I feared Zach Wilson or Joe Flacco more as the Jets starter. Idk why they didn’t sign a Marcus Mariota or go all in on Lamar or Rodgers knowing that Tua is broken. Props to Tua’s management for the “learning to fall” spin and fleecing Ross for millions on his 5th year, because there won’t be a 6th. He will be doing TV commentary on college football by 2025.

This show has gotten better as of late. Thank you Perk for having good quality dialogue with Hyde that is NOT made up of constant interrupting and yelling at any sign of disagreement. Quality dolphins conversations even if I don’t always agree with their takes. But that’s what it’s all about! Only reason for a loss of a star is there have been frequent audio problems. I recommend bringing someone in to set up your systems for you, hardware and software. If you guys get the proper microphones you’re looking at a very professional quality sports talk show. Great work guys, keep it up!

Love the content but please fix the horrible audio. It almost ruins the whole podcast.

You do not need expensive studio quality microphones, but PLEASE stop using the default microphones on your laptops. 4-stars if the audio wasn’t terrible.

Man, I’m glad Hyde is still there but whoever this new guy is I’ll pass. I tune in and get pumped, but his contrarian attitude I can do without. Audio quality has tanked too. Dave Hyde should be running this and not the new guys.

I’m not even a Tua guy, but he does not have a “clean slate” with Perk..

I miss Omar already. This new show is 50% yawn/over the head content. The new guy, obviously has a learning curve, but gets too technical like Travis Wingfield. When he’s talking it’s almost unlistenable. Casual listeners do not want to hear deep complex play calling jargon. Omar and Dave’s show was enjoyable from beginning to end. Go back to being entertaining and I’ll raise my rating. Until then, need to be honest.

This podcast is only OK. If you’re looking for a good Dolphins podcast, this is not the one for you. Omar Kelly and Dave have been covering the Dolphins for some time now, but they are THE MOST NEGATIVE people I’ve ever listened to in my entire life. All they have to talk about is complain about anything the Miami Dolphins do in regards to anything and quite frankly it gets annoying. Do not take the negativity surrounding your personal life and bring it to the podcast, that is not a healthy thing to do for yourselves or your viewers you’re trying to get. ALSO, in the most recent episode uploaded: BONUS Free Agency Update, Omar says something about being abused by the Dolphins. I don’t care if that’s a joke or not, but don’t say or talk about being abused by anything or anyone and then laugh and joke about it. That’s extremely offensive to those who have been actually abused, whether it’s verbal or physical. I guarantee you haven’t been SERIOUSLY abused by the Miami Dolphins organization themselves or else I’m sure you would’ve taken any sort of further action. You guys think you’re being logical when speaking, but you’re being logical to a point. You bring no sort of optimism or positive perspective on anything you talk about. You both sound very egotistical when speaking and that’s not fun or enjoyable to listen to. Having some sort of optimism would really benefit not only the podcast, but your personal life as well. You also need to get better quality mics and a better sound engineer to help with the audio quality because it’s beyond terrible. Pass on these guys and this podcast. It is not worth the subscription or hearing these guys be so beyond negative.

Very few people are better informed than Omar. I love his takes. However, there are too many audio issues - background noise, inconsistent volume - for a podcast of this level. It’s like Shula is writing the commentary, but Gase is running the soundboard.

For the most part I enjoy the information and content, but the production quality is poor - especially on Dave’s end where there is noice, reverberations, and other distractions that makes it difficult to listen to.

I am convinced now that we are going full on trying to be the New England Patriots from the early 2000s. With the exception of our first round picks I feel like we made the wrong pick in the wrong move everywhere else in the rest of the draft.We take another defensive back and then immediately the next two pics or a better interior lineman and the best interior defense of lineman in the draft. Then we draft up to try to get another tight end. We miss out on running back for the second year in a row. And then our last pic just to make sure they can say that they drafted a running back is the slowest running back in the class. I just don’t like what they’re doing.

With position TE difficult to transition from college to NFL, Does it make sense to go after Pitts since he may not be able to produce in first year?

As beat writers for a professional football team you would think they would be able to get their facts straight or at the very least know the names of the players on the team lol

I’ve been listening/watching for many years. I always appreciate Omar’s take. He doesn’t tell you what you want to hear. He gives you his honest opinion and it’s not always easy. Having an unbiased opinion is necessary for sanity as a die hard fan. Dave is a great co-host too. I love the history and stories he brings.

I’m supporters of both Omar and Dave and am an avid reader of the Sun Sentential and trust your coverage of the dolphins the most. However, I wish you guys would prepare better for these shows. You routinely get facts, names of players/teams incorrect and never seem to know who is supposed to read or answer the questions. I love your coverage, but just wish you’d put more time into this. Keep up the good work!

Always negative

Both writers give their honest opinion. You might not like them. But I enjoy the truth not hand fed bs a lot of places will give. Thank you you for the entertainment. Hope the fins are as entertaining next year.

Much respect to Omar Kelly, been one of my favorite Twitter follows for a while now. Feel sorry for him covering this losing franchise for so long but he keeps providing the most detailed (fact based) analysis. Awesome to see this in podcast version, alot easier to find. I doubt there’s many out there that provide the quality of insights Omar does. Dude is a beast and uses film to back up his points which is rare to see out there. A must listen 💪🏼

Lazy takes, doesn’t put in the time. Says dumb stuff like pre 2018 draft he said Paxton lynch is better than all the rookies in this years draft. He talks out of his bum without breaking down film, but calls his show x’s and Omar’s? He’s a joke.

Omar Kelly is the most honest beat writer the Dolphins have hands down. Is it always what us fans want to hear...No. WE are going to the Super Bowl every year...duh. But the dude knows real football in the trenches and always shoots it straight. If you follow him the same problems he talks to you about in training camp and the season are the same problems you see on game day. Matt Lincoln is always there for the "fanatic" point of view and also does a good job of checking Omar. Props to Omar and Matt Lincoln on the improved chemistry over time. I really enjoy the weekly insight. Keep up the good work fellas

This show is boring. They aren't very entertaining nor do they seem to have a good grasp on, ironically X's and O's. Don't waste your time.

Omar is insightful , informative and honest. He will tell it like it is and that is something special in this day and age. Please listen cos he brings the truth
