    Best show ever
    My favorite, ever!

Great show for spiritually curious people
This is such a good show for anyone ~transitioning~ into the spiritual world. It’s a great mix of REAL people talking about more ethereal, otherworldly, even taboo(?) topics. I like the humor and the guests are incredible. Thank you both!

    Great show
Great show. I enjoy their range of topics.

    Great show
I love your show. You bring so much value to those that listen. Thank you for that. I was wondering if you could touch on a topic regarding women in their 30s and 40s that maybe aren’t “mamas” and communities for them. I feel as though there are so many communities for women around those ages that are moms but not enough communities for women who are not. I thought it might be an interesting topic and one that I am personally interested in. Thanks so much!!

    Hit or miss
This podcast is hit or miss for me… sometimes I really love the guest and interview… sometimes I feel like it’s not even an interview its just esoteric rambling. I really do enjoy the hosts on the whole though. A recent one I listened to with a female doctor (can’t remember her name) talking about sexuality was almost appalling… I mean how narcissistic can you get? If you’re “deep” and “woke” you really don’t need to proclaim it. She was mocking a woman in a story she was telling and my jaw almost dropped. She literally said “I mean I am DOCTOR I have a lot to say” and went on and on about the woman and how superior she believes herself to be. She was terrible.

I have been a long time listener of Almost 30 podcast and even though I don’t always agree with ideas/guests/etc, I had gotten a lot out of listening to these episodes while on walks, and through the pandemic. But I have to finally draw the line - the recent episode with Zach Bush was so dangerous and patronizing, as he spread false information about COVID-19 and Krista and Lindsey religiously ate it up. There is a healthy balance between allopathic medicine and holistic medicine. Zach being a “doctor” is honestly very concerning. He suggested that instead of quarantining, we all should have “gone outside in mass groups with our neighbors and danced naked” instead of taking precautions. That’s just one asinine comment he made. When will people under that while YES our governments for decades should been pushing and educating about healthy eating, natural immunity boosters, and holistic treatments, as opposed to a reliance on pharmaceuticals - STARTING THAT WORK IN A PANDEMIC AND CRISIS SITUATION IS NOT GOING TO SAVE THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER/RARELY USED HOLISTIC TREATMENTS. And even those who do may need some form of pharmaceutical intervention at some point (aka during a pandemic). It takes time for your body to build up immunity against a deadly virus the “natural” way and a “doctor” should know that.

    COVID Misinformation
Was a long-time subscriber but the content of the recent episode with Zach Bush (who is personally profiting off of the pandemic by peddling his own products) just feels irresponsible. I try to listen with an open mind, but given the number of people I know who are suffering with the effects of long-haul COVID (and are not going to recover by purchasing a $70 supplement) I don’t feel comfortable subscribing any longer.
  • L0uise_
    Germ theory denialism /Pseudoscience
Dr. Zach Bush’s dangerous assertion it’s your fault if you get sick/perish, not the pathogen that has been introduced, is dangerous misinformation.

    Disappointed fan
I’ve been a long time listener of this podcast and really love a lot of what Lindsay, Krista, and their guests have to say. The differing viewpoints that they present have really opened me up intellectually and spiritually and there were often things I initially disagreed with or was closed off to that I came around to and helped me grow. I cannot in good conscious continue to support this podcast after listening to the episode with Zach Bush. Not only did they provide someone who is openly spreading harmful disinformation around one of the most pressing acute Heath crises of our lifetime with a platform to do damage to their audience, but they went so far as to promote this and preach this as a hallmark, essential episode that really defines their message and mission. As I mentioned, I am an open person and have loved being exposed to a lot of what Lindsay and Krista speak on, but it would be irresponsible of me to not draw a line on supporting this podcast, at least until they make an effort to disseminate actual information around dealing with the pandemic in a sustainable way that combines both public interest, social responsibility, and medicine and holistic spiritual wellness.

    Always listening
I absolutely love this podcast, it’s hard to find one that even comes close to it in comparison. Lindsey and Krista always knock it out of the park every single episode, the spiritual enlightenment you get after listening to each episode is transformative. After hearing the episode for Zach Bush, I knew the podcast had me hooked for life. As a mother of a medically complex child, I found Zach’s views of the pandemic realistic, informative and profoundly encouraging. Thank you for broadcasting Zach’s viewpoint and hope we can hear more from him soon!

    Mad respect & love
Krista and Lindsey are incredible. I feel like they are my virtual bffs. Their personalities + energy are so great that sometimes I just listen for their intros! Even if I’m unfamiliar with the guest, I know I’m going to get something out of it because of the energy they bring. I am so appreciative that in a world of self censorship, krista and linds are committed to, and courageous enough, to stay committed to love + truth over fear. Thank you so much for what you do! 🤍

    Spreading Misinformation
I have listened to every episode of this podcast since 2018. I found it when I was navigating a change in my life, and the stories that Krista and Lindsey shared made me feel seen and that I was in good company. Even in 2019-2020 when the pod took a turn for the more “woo-woo” I was there for it. As a yoga practitioner and someone who has studied meditation for years, it peaked my interest to hear more points of views, and when it wasn’t for me, I could take it with a grain of salt. Then this past winter I was finding myself really angered by the material that was becoming the subject of this podcast, which felt a lot like spiritual bypass, female (white) fragility, and the peddling of misinformation. This podcast and community came from a place in helping people in their transition in life, and yet we left the human plane completely. In a time when all humans are actually suffering with COVID, lack of community due to the pandemic, losing loved ones, losing jobs, this podcast really started to morph into an echo chamber that was not anchored in reality. Shortly after the murder of George Floyd, the pod had on several BIPOC, but it seemed largely performative. Then during the pandemic both Krista and Lindsey seemed dismissive of what was occurring— never actually mentioning the virus just referencing “the collective”. Then, on January 6th when a group of fascists attempted a coup, the hosts said NOTHING. Finally, after the episode with Zack Bush, a man who holds onto his former degrees as a doctor but who now pushes conspiracy theories that viruses aren’t real, and would like us all to “gather naked on a mountain top” instead of socially distancing, wearing masks, or getting vaccinated. My point being: this podcast has not aged well.

    long time listener… disappointed
I was a dedicated listener since 2017. I listened to every episode and was such a huge fan. Throughout the pandemic and last year things have gotten weirder and weirder on the podcast. Having people on the pod like Zach bush and others who spread HARMFUL Covid misinformation along with Krista going down the rabbit hole with Q adjacent rhetoric is appalling at best. Had to unsubscribe and say goodbye forever. Y’all are in a very privileged position, wish to see it used more thoughtfully and wisely. The old topics in the earlier days of wellness and the guests were SO much better. Gone way downhill… sad and disappointing.

    Dr Zach Bush
Thank you so much for having Dr Zach Bush on the podcast. He is absolutely incredible. I am so appreciative that you are giving a voice to individuals who are speaking the truth. Thank you thank you.

    The BEST.
I started listening to the Almost 30 last November and it has changed my life! Krista and Lindsey are so vulnerable, open, kind, & hilarious!! They discuss such a wide variety of topics and have introduced me to so many new things. I kid you not listening to this podcast is like free therapy — you learn about how to heal, grow, and become a better version of yourself. I want to hang out with these girls, I mean I already listen to them every Tuesday, Thursday 😉 If you’re into health & wellness, self care, growth, & female empowerment this podcast is for YOU.
  • bkrisch
I just listened to the latest episode with Dr. Zach Bush and I’m floored. Listened to a couple others and all I can say is where has Almost 30 been all my life? Absolutely incredible content. I’ll be binging this podcast!
  • ClaireElaine11
    Amazing podcast!
If you are looking for a podcast that gives you resources without telling you how to think, this is it! They truly help me on my spiritual journey without telling me I have to fit in a specific box to reach spirituality. I have loved this podcast since the moment I have found it! I feel like I know them and wish I had these type of women in my local community!

    COVID Misinformation
So disappointed in the most recent episode with Zach Bush. I’ve been a weekly listener for years and it’s finally time to say goodbye. COVID misinformation is incredibly irresponsible. How sad to use such an beautiful platform for something so dangerous and harmful.
  • chumbawamba89
    Zach Bush is fire
If Zach Bush had a book club or a fan club, I would petition to be a chair member. Everyone in the world should listen to this episode. Its the only podcast episode I’ve saved and have intentions to listen on repeat. Thank you for all you do.
  • RaeSRS244
Look forward to y’all every week!
Thanks for putting together such a great selection of episodes! It’s so evident that you both put so much work into what you do! I’ve loved listening through pandemic!

    One of my faves
I listen to an obscene amount of podcasts and almost 30 is in my top 5. Lindsey and Krista are so relatable and real, it feels like you’re having a conversation with your friends. They always find the most experienced, well spoken and heart felt guests and love that they ask the deep and introspective questions. I seriously cheer them on whenever their epic guests comment on what great questions they ask 😂. No greater comment for a podcaster. And It’s so true they ask the best questions. They go beyond the veil while also keeping it human. It’s so refreshing to have found other women who are in to spirituality and wisdom without the societal conditioning that is often tagged with that interest. For that Im grateful Krista and Lindsey have expanded me into trusting that there are like minded friends out there. I’m also grateful for them showing you can be spiritual and have human desires. That has helped me during my Saturn return a lot. Thanks K + L for what you do. I’ve learned so much from you just listening to how you share in an authentic and compassionate way.

Like the besties I have never met.
Listen. Almost 30 came into my life when I was…. Almost 30. My life was coming together, my yoga practice was beautiful, my family great, life seemed so perfect. Krista and Lindsey helped me deepen my soul and self love game and life was great. Then ish hit the fan. I won’t go into details, but everything kind of halted. Life became what I had made it, and it was HARD. Like my other best friends, I cut Almost 30 out of my life. I dug a whole, and I stayed in it for quite a while. Let’s fast forward now. I’m nearing (literally in days) 32. Life is still a bit hard at times but I am putting in the WORK. I’m now teaching yoga, embracing my softer body, am a more attentive mother than ever, and have found time to spend with Lindsey and Krista again. It was like picking up right where we had left off. And wow. How aligned journeys can be in like minded souls. Thank you two for being you. Thank you for evolving and growing and sharing the raw bits and pieces that come along with it. Keep that ish up! Love you both. And if you’re reading this debating on trying this podcast out, this is your sign to go for it.

    New & Self Improved
These women are basically some of my best friends I’ve never met. The podcast episodes feel like conversations in my living room, I love the range of topics. They’re real about what’s going on in their lives and collectively, ask all the questions and have an incredible guest list. I just appreciate this space so much. Keep it up! ❤️
  • 🙂🙂🍉
I unfollowed and unsubscribed during covid because they posted pics of themselves indoors without masks in groups that exceeded the safe limit. They weren’t being careful enough for me to want to continue. :(

    Lame sauce
I’ve tried quite a few times with this pod but the sound quality of the interviews is shockingly amateur. A quickly google search will show you how much revenue the podcast makes; why the last of investing in quality sound recording?
  • maggierau28
    Just awful
Absolutely awful podcast. They keep rambling for the first half hour and don’t stay on topic and won’t shut up about the dumbest stuff. Please, stay on topic and at least try to make it interesting instead of being so obnoxious trying to be relatable and cute.
  • SamantaVieira
    Nothing spectacular
    Super basic and cringey

    The host “mmhmm” is distracting
I love this podcast, but if the constant “mmmhmm” from the hosts when each guest is speaking becomes so distracting I’ve had to stop listening to multiple episodes.
  • Homeinvestor
    Almost perfect
I think this podcast has a lot of great value and offers insight on a variety of important topics. I will say, one of the hosts (I’m not sure which) has a really bad habit of constantly “mmhmm”ing along with whoever is being interviewed to the point where I almost want to turn the podcast off. I really enjoy the show overall and I want to see it continue to grow. That’s is just my humble opinion! It’s a great show!

    Alok Vaid-Menon
I was looking for podcasts related to Alok Vaid-Menon and found an episode of yours. And while I haven’t actually listened yet, I can tell just by the episode description that I’ll be a fan.

I’m absolutely addicted to Almost 30!! K+L are authentic, amazing women and they make you feel like you’re part of their family. I have learned soo much from this podcast, the information is invaluable. I listen to them everyday, I even re listen to episodes because there’s so much to take in and learn. I’m truly grateful for these beautiful women and all the hard work they do!

Use to love it but not anymore
I use to love this podcast but it has become way more hippy dippy but to an extreme. I love listening to podcasts about natural healing and spirituality but this podcast has gone over the top with it. Wish they would have a little more variety like they once did.
  • chloechic74
I absolutely LOVE this podcast! Krista and Lindsey are authentic, charismatic, funny and deep all at once! As an almost 30 woman diving deep into personal and spiritual healing and transformation, this podcast has helped me get through these crazy times. Tuning in feels like listening to close friends talking about the most interesting and relevant topics with inspiring experts. Thank you SOOOO much for doing what you do!!

    Love the topics!
I love the topics this podcast covers. Spirituality, wellness, Saturn returns, therapy, etc. I love when they share about their personal journeys whether it’s the mother wound with Krista or enmeshment with Lindsey. I always have to skip through the first 15 minutes because they go on and on about random and irrelevant topics and sometimes it feels like Krista doesn’t listen very well to Lindsey. Just honest thoughts but still love the pod, check it out.

    Podcasts That Found Me 💗
Hi! True SoulCycle Queen at heart, here. Also an actress in NYC. I have actually worked for SoulCycle on and off for four years, even though I am no longer with the company, I still ride, have embarked on the fitness instructor path + health and wellness community in NYC, and began to dive deeper into my spiritual journey in 2017, at 27 (Saturn return). I hit a huge huge rough patch in the fall of 2019 after the loss of my brother, and began to return to SoulCycle way more often during that time for connection, movement and therapy - this is when a friend of mine who works front desk (who is 100% psychic) told me that she thinks I would like Almost 30 and recommended for me to listen. The ONLY podcast I listened to was Super Soul Sunday (LOL) and I was open to add something ELSE. You guys... this podcast is EVERYTHING!! I feel like we are all the same person sometimes when I hear your stories. Once 2020 hit Tuesdays and Thursdays were my days to walk and listen. You were there 💗 since 2020 I have turned 30, gotten married, started my own business and booked my first guest star role on a TV show! You were there in my literal journey from my 20s to my 30s and I’m so excited to have Krista in NYC!! Thank you for all that you do. THE 🙌WORK!! And now you’re EXPANDING!! So excited for this journey. We ready!
  • Erin Persinger

    I was into it, until…
The episode on ‘cancel culture’ lacked true scholarship, nuance and awareness. In light of the Derek Chauvin trials, why are you releasing an episode of this nature? It’s in poor taste. The hosts speak a lot about spiritual journeys and alignment - but it would be really hard to be spiritually aligned when you’re creating space for a dangerous narrative that is often used by others as a way to disengage from important conversations about race and privilege. I really hope that the hosts will be more thoughtful about how they’re using their platform.

    Changed my life
You can feel their hearts through this podcast. Their vulnerability is raw & real & everything that I love! I can’t get enough 🤍

Very hard to follow, very dry!
I had high hopes due to the good ratings and reviews. The title seemed catchy and the podcast episode descriptors. But damnnnnn so boring. So dry. I find myself wondering what are they even talking about?? I lose them and I can’t follow along it’s so dry. I tried several episodes and no luck. Guess just not for me.

    Lonely on your spiritual journey

    My All Time Fav
Krista and Lindsey have been instrumental in my spiritual growth over the past three years. Their earnest vulnerable conversations, unapologetic evolution are what keeps me listening week after week. I love the variety of guests and topics as well as their membership. K+L are truly one of a kind 💕

    My two best friends
Finding Almost 30 has been such a blessing. I am relatively new to their show and I can’t express the expansion and amplification I have experienced through listening to them every Tuesday and Thursday! I truly feel like they are my best friends and find myself chiming in to the podcast when they are talking. As someone who is still in corporate, I relate so deeply to Krista and her story. She is a walking example of what is possible and is such an inspiration. The round table on body love hits home and couldn’t have been more timely in my life. As someone who struggles with body image (clearly not an uncommon thing, shout out media 😂 ), I felt like I was a part of this round table and had a seat at the table. So beyond grateful for these ladies and their life’s work. 12/10 reccomend and wish I could give more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
