Having changed my lifestyle for a healthier, cleaner, more active one in the past year I often go to podcasts as a learning resource. Brian and his guests constantly have new topics to tackle, and his mindset on health and nutrition are to be trusted. In just the short time Iāve been listening and through his podcasts, Brian has changed my life for the better. It was after listening to some of his podcasts that I found the strength within myself to make a huge change in my life and pursue the college career choice that I was passionate about rather than taking the safe route. The podcasts are really informative and Brian tells it as it is which is refreshing. The podcasts cater to everyone not just one level of fitness. His extensive knowledge of nutrition, supplements, recovery and the different excercises is excellent. What I love most is that he not only explains what to do, he explains why you do it which is essential. They have been a lifesaver while living in the US and have motivated myself to improve my fitness and use the knowledge I've learned while I train the local hurling and camogie teams in Missouri
