    Best podcast for wrestling nostalgia
I’m a big fan of the PPW podcast, it was one of my top 5 most listened to podcasts on my Spotify year in review…. What makes this podcast so entertaining and fun to listen to is how well Steve and Eric talk about the various wrestling matches and pay per view shows from years past. I really enjoy scrolling through the podcast list and seeing all the old school and recent wrestling events that Steve and Eric talk about. The two make a great team as they provide interesting perspectives, past memories, as well as some information you may not have known before about the wrestlers involved or the show itself. The PPW podcast is sure to make you laugh out loud at least once per show as they offer some of their childhood memories or other stories (wrestling related or not). Steve and Eric will take you down memory lane and make you feel like you’re a kid in front of the tv again listening along to each podcast. I recommend this podcast to any and every wrestling fan out there not only for some great old (& new) school wrestling talk but also to support two knowledgeable, entertaining & hilarious wrestling fans!

    Retro good fun
I love it when Eric and Steven reminisce about old school wrestling topics and trip recaps. Give the show a listen and check out Steven’s incredible retro video cassette setup.

    Great show
Love listening to the times of wrestling past. I’ve gone back and watched a few old PPVs after listening to some episodes. Brings me back to my childhood. Thanks fellas, keep it up!

    Excellent podcast
I really like how these two talk about wrestling from back in the day when I used to watch. Makes me feel very nostalgic

I've been listening for a few years now but I think am done. It's just boring. Maybe if the show was more exciting or entertaining, more people would listen, but it's not. I'm sorry guys, I tried for a while. You wanted a review, here you go.

    Fun and throughly OK
This a fun and pleasant listen about mainly 90s wrestling. It's light hearted and generally lives it up it's name - positive! I can't necessarily call it compelling or a must-listen though, and it does little to provide any real laughs or insight, or analysis... or any real substance, honestly. It's just generally a "remmeber this, remember that" type of format which is OK but again, not a miust-listen like some of the other wrestling podcasts out there. Overall it's good though, at least when it comes out which seems to be randomly. Nice enough way to kill an hour... when it COMES OUT

Excellence of Execution of great nostalgia
This podcast struck me straight in the feels. I’m around the same age group as these guys (WM7 was my first/top PPV too) and although I don’t currently watch a lot of current product I do dip my toe in occasionally and I still enjoy hearing their takes on it, and living vicariously through their experiences at shows/conventions. I also appreciate the love they show for their peer podcasts and have enjoyed those episodes and the crossovers. I’ve been tearing through the episode back log and floating away to a great part of my child hood while being entertained in my early 40’s. Thanks PPW! Bring on the 4 hour Mania 7 deep dive and more Hasbro talk!

    Fun Nostalgia
Plain and simple, this is a couple of old friends going back and having a chill conversation about old wrestling (with some current stuff and figures mixed in). The topics are always fun and the spin is almost always positive. I’ve been listening for a few years now and they’ve consistently helped make my workday fly by.

    OK
Gave this one a listen after seeing a Twitter post looking for reviews lol. Tried several episodes. It's decent, not amazing but not bad. Seems like they've been going for a long time so that's good, and they seem like nice guys. The show itself is just OK, not really anything special, but I wanted to leave my honest review. My only real constructive critiscism would be that it doesn't seem to come out on a regular basis and doesn't have any real direction but maybe that's the point lol.

    5 Stars, 6 in Japan
Steve & Eric always make me laugh, there is always at least one thing during an episode that makes me laugh so hard I start crying! Whether it’s a trip down memory lane or a recent show/convention, it’s always a great, fun conversation with two friends (and sometimes a guest(s)).

I've given this one several tries the past month and I am sorry but it's kind of blah. They seem like nice guys but there's really no reason to listen to this. You won't learn anything, unelss you care about what they thought as kids (hint: most people don't) There's no real details or research, if you're into that sort of thing. Some other review mentioned it's a "remember this, remember that" type of thing, and while they tried to make light of that description on the show, it's honestly kind of true and not really a good thing. People generally listen to podcasts for analysis, humor, or history (or all three), not just a vague, broad, boring recap of some PPV or something. So yeah, what they're doing is not really a good thing if they more people to listen. Maybe they don't. In that case, proceed! I guess overall it just doesn't stand out even among the rest of the fan made wrestlng shows. Don't get me wrong, most are crap, but there are at least a dozen that are far better than this one, which is just decent if anything.

    This is genuine!
This is why Weisen Wrestling Federation supports these guys, they are genuine and just a great flow... and if you are new to wrestling, listen to this. They dont cram you with a lot of useless data and stats. GREAT job to my brothers in Chi-Town

    PPW = 6 Stars
I’ve been listening to the show since day one, it’s been awesome to see the show improve and progress into what it has become today. Hosts Steve and Eric are really knowledgeable and personable; I feel like I’ve gained two friends, more so than listening to two guys talk about wrestling. Even the guests are great, like Kerry, KB and Indy wrestlers like Delilah Doom and Eli Everfly. I wish every wrestling fan could be this positive about pro wrestling!
