    Short and to the point
    I enjoy listening as Dr. Gregor gets to the point and gives concise information. I've been deleting other health podcasts because they are WAY too long. You don't need over an hour to get your point across.

    Message lost in ongoing streaming issues.
    I love the content shared in this podcast and Dr. Greger is smart, practical and trustworthy. But, the streaming issues make listening to the content so difficult that I just don’t. Do we need to have a fundraiser to buy new equipment? Maybe put something to the test? Anything!? Let’s fix it!

    Too biased toward veganism
    I have enjoyed the podcast and have listened to a few dozen episodes. Dr. Gregor seems sincere in his desire to help the public which I find admirable. However, his bias toward literature that supports his own preconceptions about the superiority of the vegan diet is obviously after any scrutiny. He appears to cherry pick literature that supports his views and ignore that which supports eating animal products for health and longevity. He provides a lot of good information so I’ll keep listening but with a skeptical ear.

    Only podcast that pauses every few minutes!
    Love love love, but the pausing makes me give up and listen to something else.

    The Best!!! Evidence-based, credible
    Really love this Podcast I’ve applied many of Dr Greger’s tips. Most recently I’ve added purple cabbage to my raw chopped veggies I eat everyday for a snack (often while walking 18 holes on my golf course). 98% of my golf buddies ride in carts mainly because they are too metabolically unhealthy to walk for even 1/2 a round of golf. They eat cheese burgers while I’m snacking on my veggies, an apple, 2 kiwi, a banana, and baggies full of berries, and another full of mixed nuts I’ve also recently added cranberry powder to my cold-steeped green tea Dr Gregor provides factual , practical, timely evidence-based information. My weight, blood pressure, cholesterol are all near perfect at age 61 (and much better than 90% of those 20-30 years younger)

    I love how everything’s based on scientific facts and is well cited in an age where anything the media portrays is considered factual. I’ve also read all of Dr. Greger’s books on nutrition and can’t wait for “How Not to Age!”

    Your podcasts are fantastic. The last month or so they are stopping intermittently while I play them. The strange thing is that it is only happening to this podcast, not to others in my library. Is anyone else having the same issue?Thank you Dr. Gregor. You are a beautiful person

    NutritionFacts.org and Dr. Greger are such great resources for factual nutrition and health information. Always based on scientific studies. I really appreciate citing sources, especially in this day and age where misinformation is everywhere and marketing is often seen as “fact”.

    This podcast is excellent across the board. However there is something that makes their downloads or streaming extremely slow. Maybe there is a way to reduce the size of the video files?
