Penny94040Sugar and spiceFiona is a treasure among lay people and non-diet professionals. She has a calm demeanor yet gets appropriately fired up to call out the systems of oppression that keep diet culture in place. This is a must listen from all corners of the world.

4boysmombecksSolid HAES podcastFiona is a crackerjack!! So passionate. Has great interviewing skills and chooses interesting people to come on the show. Definitely one of my top 5 HAES/weight inclusive podcasts. She’s very research based and I love to hear her discuss the science behind it all. And her Australian accent is a major bonus.

Lindsay KrasnaGem of a Resource for DietitiansThis podcast is a gift for any nutritional professional. As a dietitian and lifelong learner, I'm always looking for opportunites to enhance my practice. This podcast has been invaluable to me (and inevitably, has benefited my clients). The fact that I can meander around Brooklyn while simultanouesly listening in on these rich educational and entertaining conversations between Fiona and her all-star dietitian guests from all over the world is just mind boggling (in the best way). The Australian accent is an added bonus ;). Highly recommend!

All podcastsMindful Dietitian: Susan WilliamsI am not a dietitian, but I get so much out of this podcast. For anybody fed up w/ diet culture and the messages we are taught, for anybody raising girls who doesn't want them trapped in the diet/binge cycle like we were, this podcast series is for you. Fiona interacts w/ her guests in such an easygoing manner. I learn something each episode which further informs me to live with a non-diet approach. Dieting is not necessary to have well being and to be healthy. Fiona's guests explain all of this.

teacuppotbellypigLearn more about mindful dietitians, Health At Every Size, and Intuitive EatingNot all deititians believe in weight loss, diets, or modifying the body. This podcast is such a wonderful testament to that! There are so many of us out there who view each client as a whole person - mind, body, and soul - and this is what being a mindful dieitian is really all about. For a dietitian that ascribes to Health At Every Size, each episode of this podcast is like a warm blanket reminding me that there are a whole tribe of us out there who truly want to help cleints live their fullest life which includes freedom from food rules, and carrying out are lives with body acceptance and liberation, and all that there is out there in the world to enjoy (which also includes enjoying delicious foods with non judgement).

GrizzdyA must-listen for non-diet dietitians!Fiona does an amazing job of spreading the message about the non-diet approach and clarifying important concepts for our work as dietitians, including mindfulness, intuitive eating, Health at Every Size, eating disorder recovery, and more. Plus her enthusiasm and humor is delightful to listen to! As a fellow anti-diet dietitian and podcaster, this is one of my favorite resources for professional development and great conversations about subjects I'm passionate about!
