I love Pete’s happy and positive way of speaking. He has a great podcast voice. I have listened off and on for years. I just started listening again and got some great ideas. I would love to hear more podcasts about diversification in online business (he started with Sadie talking about memberships but I’d be open to hearing about e-books, podcasts, TikTok, etc).

I started listening to this podcast when I was blogging several years ago, and now I’m on a totally new project (e-commerce) and I’m back! I’ve tried listening to other podcasts but can’t get into them.. this one I just keep coming back to! Sorry I didn’t rate it sooner :D

One of my top favorite blog marketing podcasts! The host really digs into what we want to learn from his guests, and he is very real and passionate about what he does. Compared to other more prominent figures in the marketing sphere, I feel that the host doesn’t hold back or settle for generic advice or tease us under the guise to sell products. I have learned so much from listening for about a year now!

In a world of snake oil salesmen Pete comes across as super approachable. I listen to Pat Flynn, Rogan, Tim F, and others but keep coming back to Pete as I can relate to him and his guests. To say that I love this podcast is an understatement! It can be hard to stay motivated as a new blogger. Other podcasts I’ve listened to come off a bit cocky and as though you’re a failure if you don’t have a certain amount of success in your first year. Pete is incredibly humble, despite his success, and appreciates every step of the blogger journey. I’m just starting to see success with my blog and I can thank Pete and his podcast for keeping me motivated through the rough months that led me to where I am now. I stumbled upon this podcast when considering starting my blog about 2 years ago. At the time I followed about 10 different podcasts. Fast-forward to today and this is the ONLY blogging podcast I still listen to religiously. You will walk away learning something from each and every podcast. Pete is awesome - the virtual guy-next-door - he’s genuine and has a style you can’t help but be drawn to. His guests are interesting and range from millionaire bloggers to folks who literally quit their day job a month ago to work on their blogs. Subscribe - you won’t be disappointed!

Can be corny and have too much unrelated sidetalk and personal info. But, be tolerant and keep listening, the info provided is worth the eye rolls and sighs. Lol

Pete is incredibly honest guy whose goal is to deliver value to anyone watching or hearing or reading his content. He interviews very casually and the humor just flows seamlessly 😂 here and there. I listen during commute and cooking and shopping. One day, I will sit and take all the pointers so many gems you have to grasp and implement immediately. He is not the normal podcaster you would guess to be aiming at selling only. He even says fast forward to end if podcast because after each interview, he summarizes it but I like to listen to it all, never know hidden gems of the most successful interviewees work and lifestyle like the Wordpress Matt podcast, many tips in the humble talk.

I’ve gotten to know Pete a little bit over the past few weeks because we emailed back and forth and then I joined his affiliate marketing course. So I get to work with him twice a week and I have unlimited access to him. This dude really cares about all of the members of the DYEB tribe! He continually puts out great content that is incredibly useful in helping us to grow our online businesses. And he truly wants us all to succeed. Thanks for all the great content Pete! Casual and informative, Pete finds and interviews some of the blogging/digital marketing world’s gems. Most of it is aspirational/inspiring for me, but even if I can’t use it today I enjoy listening. Pete and the guests are fun and encouraging.

I’ve been meaning to write this for awhile. This is my favorite to listen to as I venture into the blogging world. There is a ridiculous amount of information to process and so much to learn, and I get great take aways from listening. I am a young female blogger and don’t enjoy listening to some of the other podcasts geared towards female creative entrepreneurs that I’ve listened to after finding this one. They are too full of fluff. And don’t really address many of the things I needed to learn to grow my blog. Thank you for creating this!

I’ve listened to lots of podcasts about blogging Many of them are inspirational but not that helpful for a brand new blogger. This podcast has more concrete advice. I love the series where he follows a brand new travel blogger. His advice for her made so much sense. Definitely going to go back through the entire library.

We started listening to Pete’s podcast during our first year of blogging. Without a doubt it was one of the most helpful blogging resources we could have landed on. Pete is excellent at interviewing some of the top bloggers around and getting those golden nuggets of information we are all after. He knows his stuff when it comes to blogging and every episode he does it worth listening too. Thank you for all the advice, support, and genuine love you give all of us. The guests are great, the conversations are better and the show notes are worth more than most people’s blog posts. Pete packs in a ton of value into the notes and the guests range from the giants of blogging down to newbies. There is something for everyone. So good!

As a newish blogger I find Pete to be genuine and practical in his blogging tips and support. Add with his witty style and awesome guests, I was hooked! A must listen for bloggers at any stage of their blogging journey. I check out a lot of podcasts on blogging but DYEB is the only one that I listen to Every. Single. Episode!

If you want a podcast full of actionable advice condensed into bullet points and steps you know are doable, this is the show for you. While still abstract at times and interesting, I feel like this is a concrete podcast to go to if you are serious about improving your business. I listen to it on walks and often wish I had a pen and paper because ideas start flying at me faster than I can gather them. Maybe this sounds odd, but for me, that conundrum is the sign of an excellent podcast. I am on a mission to go back through other episodes and even listen to some episodes twice. In addition, the guests couldn’t be more reputable, well-spoken, and interesting.

Pete is the real deal. He’s upfront and crazy helpful. He’s given me so much help with my blog and is always open to giving feedback. Very insightful and al around good guy. Plus he makes me laugh in most episodes. His course Blogger U is the best all around course you can find.

Do you even blog is the only blog podcast I subscribe to. I’ve listened to several others but Do you even blog resonates with me. Pete knows his stuff and offers amazing advice to help bloggers take their blogs to the next level. He has awesome guests that are always entertaining and worth listening to. Because of these guests I’ve been introduced to other podcasts that have offered me great advice. I highly recommend this podcast for new and expert level bloggers.

Pete’s authenticity shines in every episode. He gives so much through this podcast to help you grow your blog. He also interviews some of the biggest names in online marketing. Once you start, you will be hooked.

Pete does a great job choosing people to interview and asking them the questions we all want to know. I love his creative intros and also his recap at the end if you're short on time.

I started a blog last year but after about 3 months of posting consistently, the holidays hit and I lost total motivation. I’m jumping back into blogging and that’s when I came across Pete in a FB group I’m in and when I clicked through to his page I found that he ran this podcast. I’ve listened to several episodes this week while taking that dreadful drive back and forth to my day job. He asks great questions and I love the take away rap ups at the end. I’m excited to hear more. Keep doing what your doing Pete. This is a great podcast for anyone looking for blogging advice.

This podcast is sooooo helpful if you're wanting to start blogging, improve your blog or be a freelance writer. If you don't have time to listen to the whole podcast, he always does a quick wrap up at the end...but listening the whole way through is really worth it because the discussions are interesting and funny. Seriously recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about blogging because Pete really provides great resources and tips for anyone.

Pete and I talked a little bit about Medium in a recent episode and he was easily the best interviewer I've ever met. He pays attention to all the little details and we dove into my story in a way I've never experienced before. Awesome guy, and podcast!

I've been listening to DYEB for several months now and it has been more helpful than any others. I don't even like listening to podcasts and I listen to every single episode that Pete produces because 1) The content is actually helpful and action oriented and 2) Pete goes above and beyond to be helpful. I could write a thousand word article on why this podcast rocks and what makes Pete stand out as a person first of all and as a content producer secondly. I love Pat Flynn, Neil Patel, and Darren Rouse, but they are inaccessible. If I have a question, its unlikely they'll ever answer. When I email Pete, I get a reply the same-day and once even a phone call. My advice to any new blogger is to find someone like Pete who knows their stuff, but is still in the early stage of building an audience. You'll learn more from him than any guru.
