    Love
Love this show so much, only note is you eat with your eyes do not care to listen to people taste test food. But Juliet and Jacoby are perfect together would rather listen to them talk more stories or personal food news

    Love the show
I love the show, very enjoyable and like the repartee and relationship between hosts. I listen to a lot of pods, mainly sports, food, self-improvement, and business, and I look forward to this one every week. Love Dave Jacoby and everything he does. I always loved Juliet, but have to think twice since she does this like “The Bear”, but would prefer “Love Island.” The former is one of my favorite shows ever, the latter sheer crap and drivel that I could see getting caught up in, but feeling gross about it, like eating McDonalds. Keep up the great work Dave and Juliet, you’re both amazing

    Editing Issues??
I am legit the biggest Julia and Jacoby fan out there! Been listening since The Right Reasons days. Is it just me, or is anyone else hearing major sound editing glitches/skips/issues in a lot of the episodes lately? I always wonder if it’s a problem with my phone, but these have been really common lately, and I’m hoping the producers can fix it. Still love the show!!

“I’m pretty uncultured when it comes to food stuff” Juliet
Well, that quote says it all. Can we have anyone else beside Juliet? Can someone fact check her? Beyond annoying. She tries to pass her opinions off as facts and she’s just flat out wrong most of the time. Officially unsubscribed strictly because I cannot handle her blabbering bullsh*t anymore.

    Lost a Listener
Finally reached the point today where I unsubscribed from the show. To have someone in management at the Ringer go on a food podcast she hosts and say restaurants can steal servers’ tips is insane. That’s literally and legally theft. Why not do a bare minimum of 1 minute of googling on the topics you have chosen to discuss? If you are a white, hate spicy/flavorful food, and absolutely do not care about service industry workers this is a podcast for you.

    Love them together!
Juliet and Jacoby could talk about anything and it would be entertaining. They are both great!

    What happens now with Jacoby
Since J&J I haven’t heard anything new? No disrespect to this current pod but I just want to keep up

    An easy, breezy, eat-y listen
Juliet and Jacoby have such great chemistry that listening to their takes on the must-know food news of the week is just delightful. Tuck in and have fun. While I don’t always agree with the opinions, that’s what makes it even more enjoyable. Long live Food News! (And thanks for taking my call, too!)

    Bad
I love this show as it is one of my favorite podcast i just wish it came on more…with that said this last episode about Sushi is the worst I’ve heard so far….there was endless smacking and chewing into the microphone and it was not entertaining at all tbh!!!

    My favorite
My favorite podcast every week! I always laugh and it is so light and positive!! Love you both!

    Juliet and Jacoby!!
Juliet is my favorite Ringer podcaster (she’s like Cameron Diaz—great chemistry with everyone) and I could listen to her talk about anything. But she and Jacoby are podcast GOLD. So light, so funny, so relatable. Hate for the Mexican pizza notwithstanding, great pod.

    Softer voice please
Seems like Juliet yell-talks. Love the pod, though!

Look forward to this every week
I love food, love Juliet and this pod gave me a newfound love for jacoby. It’s truly the news I want but don’t need. I’d love if Jared Fried joined for an episode, his food related comedy is hysterical. Jared and Juliet always have great chemistry on pods together, he would be such a fun guest. The hot dog truck still haunts me daily.

Master Perry has pulled your chain… mayo on white bread with salt & heavy black pepper is commonly known in the south as a “poor person’s” country ham sandwich… I am glad you enjoyed 🤠

    The ultimate duo!
We’ve been on the Juliet & Jacoby train since Grantland’s The Right Reasons (rip)! So happy to have Food News back. Their banter is hilarious, we are always thoroughly entertained every time we listen! The name Jacoby even made it onto the short list for our baby boy. We love you all!
  • Great new show!
    Obsessed with this pod
The chemistry/friendship, the laughs, the topics! This podcast always puts me in a good mood. Love it!

    Don’t ever change
I absolutely love this show. It is such a funny addition to my week and I love everything they cover from the personal food news to the taste tests it’s all gold. Don’t ever change but if you do just continue to make more episodes
  • Suz757575
    Almost 5 stars
I love almost everything about this podcast. The banter, the fun stories, JACOBY in total and Juliet in general but her voice is beyond irritating. Juliet please stop doing that thing where you gasp so loudly into the microphone as you’re laughing / before you start your next sentence. It kills me every time

Food news for the everyday person
Juliet and Jacoby are the best combination and Food News is the best kind of pod for a food lover who isn’t against going to sample some fast food. If you believe America runs on Dunkin listen to Food news on The Ringer- Who knew I would love 30 minutes of food discussion every week 🤌 Also- there could be a drinking game to go with how many times Jacoby learns something new about Juliet. About 3x on average per week. Hilarious

    Food News lives!
Thank you for reviving Food News! My favorite bite-sized pod. Missed it when it was gone and am thrilled it’s back.

    I guess I’ll give anybody a podcast
To listen to a podcast about Juliet complaining that she can’t get whole milk in Los Angeles cause the show that she has no idea how to navigate in the city, but the most offensive part is that they gave these folks a platform to discuss food. So if you ever want to talk about Los Angeles, maybe get it correct. How long have you been in the LA for maybe five years, and you still think Echo Park the Eastside, don’t you.

    FOOD NEWS
Into all the ringer food shows but food news is such a treat. Juliet & Jacoby’s banter is unmatched. This is the only podcast my boyfriend and I listen to together and we crack up every time. I could listen forever so hopefully they consider extending the 30 min!!!! But either way 💯💯
  • wongspelledwang
juliet and jacoby are the ultimate best friends
let it be said that i refuse to live in a world where juliet and jacoby aren’t podcasting together. i only wish Food news was longer than 30 minutes because that’s how much i enjoy these two best friends doing best friend things. thank you for reuniting!
  • steelerfan4332
    Awesome
I must say I love the conversations and knowledge I get from the podcast. I listen to it on my way to amd from work. I look forward to every new episode……thank you for making my car trip that much better!! James B Rochester NY

    Food News is the best!
This is literally the funniest podcast out there; I listen while walking and often have to physically stop because I’m laughing so hard. David and Juliet have the best rapport and their love for sharing food news is incredible. Hope this podcast never goes away!
  • Ecrab365
    Food News!!!
Juliet and Jacoby and gold. I would totally be ok with this being longer than 30 minutes. It feels a tad rushed at times and I could listen to you both forever. Is it just me or does the countdown give anyone else anxiety? It makes me anxious!! Would love to see a little longer version!
  • Lisa Zzzzz
Like French fries and ranch dressing
So glad this dynamic duo is back. No pod duo has better rapport than Juliette and jacoby. So funny so yummy …!

    F the California Burrito
If you think the California Burrito is the best burrito in the state then none of your food opinions matter

    Educate Yourself
Jacoby, you made the comment that eating plant-based food does not matter to your carbon footprint. If you are going to host a food podcast, please educate yourself to help educate your audience.
  • Elliemorg
Please get rid of the 30 min format
the countdown totally ruins the content—why do i feel like my phone is about to implode. Just do an hour.
  • Margs999
    So glad they’re back!
I have been a house of carbs fan since day one. I also have been a fan food news since the grant land days. So stoked food news is back! Hopefully this means more jacoby in the ringersphere

Where did House of Carbs go??
    Come back, House!

    Lost appetite
Seriously, is it possible that we have already run out of qualified podcasters and topics? Now I am inspired to launch my new series Sorting the Sock Drawer.

    The friend I never had
I just want to be friends with Joe House. His love of food and, in particular, eating, is so pure and fantastic. I’d love to eat with this guy! A very good vibes show here.
  • jae-sung
    Fun, food, friends
I feel like if I don’t eat before consuming this pod, it’s the equivalent of grocery shopping on an empty stomach; I’ll want to eat everything. Been listening since the beginning, hope so for a long time. House’s pod is bombastic and beautiful, with engaging guests and entertaining topics. His love of food is genuine and you can just feel how hungry he gets talking shop. The pods start out fast and hot, but turn to a slow cooker, as he savors the conversation with his guests. Not your typical boring cooking show, this one is a buffet of fun, food and laughter. Thanks House, keep bringing the heat.

    Apparently
Everyone at the ringer agrees they hate their audience by subjecting them and giving a platform to jemele hill
  • Gefvrh
    Great content!
I love the content of this podcast. The stories, guests, and consistency are great. Joe House is a great guy BUT he rambles a lot. It takes him a while to get to the point. I listen to the Bill Simmons podcast a lot which House is a guest on a lot. When House starts rambling, Simmons on several occasions has told him “House Spit it out”. Which I feel like saying through almost every podcast.

    Joe House is the man!
Love the show. Keep it up.

    Joe House No House
I must start this review honestly. This is personal and not related to the podcast. I am a fan of the audio. I saw Joe House at a soup kitchen. He was yelling at all of the patrons (even louder then his podcasts) and most of the time eating food for the less fortunate. I was there volunteering but my family was there for the food. Joe House propositioned both of the women sponsors from the Ronald McDonald house and then groped the volunteers that brought excess Meals on Wheels food. I was so embarrassed as I vouched for him as a complete stranger. He drank wine he brought from a plastic lined Amazon box with what he called a “crazy” straw. It was a sex toy of a unknown perversion. I am completely offended by the lack of supervision this man child travels with. I expect his handlers to be much more guarded after this incident. Peace and love. May god bless your rotten soul Joseph House.

    2018>2019
This year is not as good as last. Less guests, less food news, and more Danny Chau...not sure anybody wanted those changes but that is the direction they went.
  • overoverunder
    Silly and wonderful
This show tows the line between being too silly for the serious food folks, and too serious for the casual listener. That's a great place to be for everyone to enjoy themselves.
