Here’s the deal, Nick Coffey is a great sports talk radio personality. He’s smart, reasonable, and entertaining but iHeart has made his show impossible to listen to. For one, the iHeart staffing decisions have made it so that Nick can no longer do postgame shows, something he is great at. Second, there are now random commercials spread through t podcast. The commercials are not the same volume level as the show and will literally enter mid sentence. It’s a tough listen at this point but not because of the talent.

Nick kills all the other radio guys in the market. Listen to the podcast everyday like it’s my religion

Nick is the man. Tells it like it is, funny, will talk to anyone who calls in, I’ve lived in three other dates outside of KY and have been a regular listener to his podcast version. Keeps focus on sports but also other entertainment, great balance.

Nick outshines every one of his competitors in the Louisville market and it’s not even close.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for years and it is still always enjoyable. Nick knows what he’s talking about he has the same emotional attachment as so many fans. A solid podcast for any Louisville fan to listen to.

I really love this show. Nick and Matt have a great bond. I enjoy all the Louisville sports discussed and the additional insight provided about other leagues and teams. This is my number one stop for Louisville Athletic news. Keep up the good work!
