CarlootieA True GiftThis podcast is a treasure… as a therapist and contemplative, it’s a true find. Thank you so much and please keep it going!

nkschieffType 2 Guest?Absolutely love Ian and this podcast but it’s so disappointing to rarely hear guest and topics around the type 2.
-
deadchorseThank you for helping me understand myself better!!!I discovered this podcast after listening to the Aggressive Life podcast, so appreciative of Ian Cron and his insights using the Enneagram. I am a type 4 and I listened to the podcast with Cindy Morgan and so encouraged to know I’m not alone in the world!

realtorhannahForgiveness exercise - wow!The exercise on forgiving someone we have felt bitterness toward in Healing The Heart episode was so good! The only thing distracting me was the guest sounds just like Jack Black! 🤣 Such a great podcast! ⭐️

Bekah.burnsLoved the IRL assessment!I just listened to the Fixer to Fabulous episode and I loved listening to Ian guide them to better understand themselves and their types. I’m invested in a round 2 where we hear how they resonated with Ian’s prompts to check out 9, 8 and 7 types! I’d love to hear more of these kinds of episodes where newbies get to zero in on a few types to investigate further. Great work, everyone!

thetaylor8Love this podcastI get so much out of this podcast. It’s the only podcast I consistently listen to and keep up to date on.
-
TheIceManCookethDeceived people looking at stuff through a demonic piece of witchcraftCron and Skinner are two beta male heretics who are absolutely deceived by the demonic piece of witchcraft that is the enneagram. Everyone who endorses this demonic thing takes part in their wicked deeds. Repent of this nonsense and be forgiven.

heathbunchTransformational…for realI’m fascinated by what makes people tick and this podcast ticks that box. More importantly, I discover more of what makes me tick and it’s helping me become my best self! Thank you Ian and Anthony for making the Enneagram come alive and bring true transformation stories for us that allow us to see our inner workings. And not so we can say “I’m an Enneagram x#” but so we can be all we’re created to be! Keep up the great work!!

Alliehope18Excellent podcast! This podcast has helped me with my understanding of the enneagram. Ian’s love and excitement about the enneagram comes through on each podcast. He also chooses interesting speakers. I definitely recommend!
-
no nickname listenerChristian focusI love this podcast for it’s depth and clarity. Initially, from the description of the podcast, I was not expecting there to be such a bend towards Christianity. As a non-Christian, I was hoping for more diversity in terms of spirituality and I find myself skipping through the Bible references, prayers etc. But the content is interesting and compelling and I will keep listening.

HHI_SSDeeper Dive Into The EnneagramLove, love this podcast! I’ve been journeying down the enneagram road for the a while now and this just continues to give me knowledge and encouragement to be able to love others and myself! Thank you Ian!

CHCannondaleInsightful and approachable.Typology is an excellent podcast.

chad-rLove this podcastThis podcast has been so helpful in helping me figure out who I am but also how I relate to others. It’s also been a great tool in learning more about my husband’s number.

VokolcNeed more male 8 interviews:)Coming from the perspective of a 8 that has greatly benefited from the enneagram, one of the biggest impacts was learning from other vulnerable males. It gave me some one that I could relate to. Unfortunately it seems like the pool of 8s interviewed by Ian are lacking in this category. This unique perspective of a vulnerable male 8 can be incredibly helpful to say the least. Please consider pursuing more of this demographic. Also if you need additional interviews please let myself (8) and wife (9) know :). We’d be happy to share our story/experiences.
-
GloriastvWhy a 9 listens to the podcastI heard a response that more 9’s listen because they are interested in learning about self. I would truly say that it is more about self improvement and understanding others. If we understand others we can relate better to them. If we can improve ourselves we also relate better to others. Fulfilling relationships and blessing others drive us.

blakerobertsA necessary tool for your growthAs a counselor,I’m always encouraging my clients to add tools to their interpersonal growth toolbox. The Enneagram has been a very helpful tool for me and many people I’ve worked with, and specifically this podcast! Ian and his team do a fantastic job at not just teaching the enneagram, but providing a space for conversations that foster contemplation and invite growth. Highly recommend!
-
DrJenDeVivoThank you! Thanks, Ian! I love this podcast. Your books are the best Enneagram books there are. And this 4 screamed with laughter over the glasses that were hand-blown in the old country. (And I have those glasses too.) 😁

SGT EdVery informative and insightfulI enjoy listening to how Ian and his guests “take themselves apart and put each other back together” on Typology. It’s been a great companion to learning about the Enneagram.
-
muywalterThe most important thingIan has a beautiful way of asking the questions that get right to the heart of things that matter with his guests, and he shares personal anecdotes that further enrich the conversation. I laugh, I cry, I learn; time so well spent. Consistently. Wonderful podcast. Thank you Ian and Anthony.
-
jkwsEnneagram 5There’s not a lot about enneagram 5. How about a show about a couple that’s a 3 and a 5?
-
hiker aloneFantastic Podcast for In-Depth Discussions of the Enneagram & SpiritualityThis podcast is for those of you interested in intimate, deep, thought-provoking conversations on a wide-range of topics viewed through the Enneagram. Absolutely fantastic!!
-
bjohns1w2My go-to podcastAs an Enneagram teacher, this has been one of my go-to podcasts for a few years now! I am loving the recent brain-based topics because of my history in psychology and occupational therapy! So good! And I happen to relate really well with 4s so that doesn’t hurt either since the hosts are 4s!
-
runthrudajungleThe last strawOk the frequent ads were getting annoying but hey I get to listen for free and I don’t at all begrudge them making a decent income from such valuable service and information. I have been greatly impacted by this podcast and being pointed to helpful resources. But to dangle being able to hear a full presentation only if you join their institute AT $50 A MONTH… sorry! I don’t want to listen to part 1 and be left hanging.
-
ClopidHooked on the EnneagramIan has grown on me I say that because he is an excellent interviewer but also reveals his knowledge of the enneagram by actively revealing his story to the interviewee. Lively discussions make the topics easy to follow and identify with. The podcast is likely to hook you on the first listen because you’ll find yourself saying “that’s me, I’m like that”.

Build LLCAuthentic, Inspiring and Transformational.I absolutely love this podcast, the way that Ian engages with his guests on such a heart to heart deep level is frankly, moving, It takes you to those deeper places in yourself simultaneously. Ian is not only an exceptional therapist but is also a wellspring of knowledge, wisdom and insight into the enneagram as well as the great questions of life and spirituality. If you desire to learn more about the enneagram, go deep into your own spiritual journey or just have some vicarious therapy, have a listen, it will be water to your thirsty soul.

Dr.BessThis host just wants to hear himself talkThis host essentially wants to hear himself talk. I recently listened to the Enneagram type nine interview with Beatrice Chestnut who has a PhD and he didn’t really interview her. He basically asked her to back up his thoughts about the type nine throughout the interview. I found this so disrespectful and cringey that I had to stop listening. He could stand being a littler more humble and respectful to the experts he has on the show.

3arly1nthem0rningGreat podcast, intro music is a little too muchThis is nit picky, but the intro music currently being used for this podcast feels like turning the tv on with the volume too loud. Since podcasts tend to have different volume levels and I often listen to multiple podcasts in a row, the start of this one always makes me jump. Other than that, love the show!
-
alesca43Good content, with caveatsGreat enneagram content, with some drawbacks in the presentation. The host dominates the interviews — he talks so much the guests end up almost interviewing him. The producer, while a nice guy, is really extraneous as an on-air presence; he never says much other than to affirm and admire the host.

LiliWren❤️I am so thankful for what this podcast has to offer and what it has revealed in my life. What I have learned about my personal story and how to navigate this world with those around me has been enlightening and sometimes painful, but SO transforming!! Thank u!! ❤️

gturner1972RelevantIf your looking to find a place to deep dive into the Enneagram look no further. Topic, speakers are the cream of the crop!

S.A.Micheldelightful at the beginning. too shallow and Christian today.it was many a year before the enneagram “took” in my life. when it did, i was about to start working at a company where it was inextricably ingrained into the culture and the parlance and, to save me a non-blissful ignorant existence, the road back to you came into the picture. learning the enneagram through it and the road back to you podcast was one of the most transformative experiences of my life, and i don’t know that my primary relationship would’ve ever gotten off the ground without it. sad it was that Ian and Suzanne ended their podcast. not so sad was that they’d each start their own next. but while at the beginning typology was a perfect extension and continuation of RBtY, it’s been degrading ever since. the ads are so repetitive and the “excitement” for them sounds so disingenuous—off putting. but, alright, these things you put up with when there is good content. but of late, the topic—enneagram—has become an afterthought. conversations seem more geared towards promotion of authors releasing their new books. and there’s nothing wrong with that . . . if that’s supposed to be the purpose of the podcast. but it is a letdown when you’re here for some deeper knowledge on enneagram. add to that the increase of focus on the Christian perspective (which gives me no interest in reading the new book), and it doesn’t seem to have anything for me any longer. i’d rather go back to the earlier episodes.

kgt500TypologyLove the podcast! It has been very instrumental in my journey of growth and healing. I like Ian’s style of questioning & guests are great.

ABethSLPGreat PodcastI really enjoy this podcast. I learn something new each week, as well as gain some insights that have been immensely helpful in my own personal growth. I highly recommend!

curlyreddesignEnneagram expertIan really knows his stuff and it’s downright compelling to hear him talk about types. As a fellow 4, I really appreciate the authenticity Ian brings to the table ❤️
-
CMicekI love this podcast!thank you, Ian and Anthony, for providing such thoughtful and inspiring content every week~ Typology is the first podcast I will listen to when new new podcasts ‘drop’ and I find myself scrolling through your old episodes when I need a deep dive into the enneagram. thank you for helping to make life more fun and insightful!

woodisgood1000More diversity among types would improve the showI enjoy listening to this podcast most of the time. I have noticed that there seems to be a slant towards certain numbers and away from others. I’m sure there are several reasons for this, some of which may be beyond the podcast’s control. I am a self preservation 5 and have heard little about that, with the exception of the musician (Dan?) a few years back. Of course, as would anyone, I’d like to hear more about my type specifically. I am also as agnostic as they come and do not subscribe to the Christian faith, but can still value and appreciate many of the comments and observations despite that as most of them have some merit beyond strictly religion and faith. There is more banter and “chatter” sometimes on this show than I prefer to hear and often skip certain sections, but I realize that my threshold for that is likely quite low compared to most others. Overall, this is a pretty open and compassionate approach to the Enneagram and the world is a better place with this podcast in it.

jdfyndsOpening MusicI know this is so stupid, but please change your opening music back. Or to something else without randy saxophone. It sounds way too much like the opening of SNL which is the exact opposite association you should be going for…

lolalot💓TornI would like to educate myself more thoroughly in the philosophies of the enneagram but Im a bit frustrated that every resource seems to be Christian based and is greatly entwined with teachings and beliefs that just don’t resonate with me. Especially since the enneagram is not a Christian philosophy. Not necessarily this pods fault for just being what it is, but not what I’m looking for. I also struggle to buy that the host is a 4 wing 5. Don’t pick up that vibe at all. Especially when other 4s or 5s are on. So that throws me off from really being able to listen and trust his opinions on other things.

psoulful_DeliveranceHi , being a introspective individual who has a string of failed relationships, friendships and so on. It left me at a age of 28 vulnerable and hopeless, once I began to build my faith with my God I got stronger , I became to be more of myself and crave media that encourage me to be more of who I truly am which is a level minded peace maker introvert that loves her family and also wants to see change in the world. Okay , I say all that to say this, today December 2nd 2021 , I stumble to this podcast because of its art work and I’ve been listening for the past 3 hours and I already feel a transition taking place and I am just so happy , honestly truly ! I subscribe and even download a episode because this is the type of media that I love and have been longing to listen to. It’s clean , simple and it’s what I would love to evolve into , so great podcast Guys ! Keep up the great work !!

N. MontgomeryTransformational information!I’ve been listening for years and am still blown away with what I learn from Ian and his guests on a regular basis. Life changing and thought provoking material everyone needs!

TXinNC1618Excellent Enneagram PodcastIan is an amazing host. His interview style sets me at ease as he is kind, patient, and empathetic with each guest regardless of their number; his and Anthony’s ability to laugh and joke adds such brevity to the podcast. This podcast is pure joy, and I always find myself leaning in to hear what Ian has to say and end each podcast knowing and understanding more about myself and others.
-
Bayberry CottageTHE BEST!!!I love Typology! Ian Is a fabulous host! I have learned so much about the Enneagram from this show! I love the rhythm of the Podcast and Ian's affection for each of the numbers and his easy yet probing way with his guests. His producer Anthony is terrific as well! My only wish? That they had a show drop everyday! 😘
-
Andy1947My Favorite!I walk every morning for a little over an hour. My first pick is always Ian. I am waiting for his new book🤷♂️ I lead a discussion of the enneagram and the basic tool I used was Ian’s book. Now that leads me into all the other great podcasts to listen to between Typology and Typology Institute shows. When is the certification program going to be offered??
-
grannyspongelove itthe only podcast i never get bored of! i found out i’m a 4 with a 5 wing recently and would love to know more about it.

SethJStewart9s and 1sGreat podcast. Would love to see an episode on marriage and conflict between 9s and 1s. Ian’s right, they find each other all the time! It would be so helpful to have a conversation about those types of relationships at health and stress.
