    Life changing
Jen and Annie (podcast hosts) and their program have changed my life. I bought their self guided program back in 2018 and have listened to every podcast episode. Their content is so empowering!! While the focus is typically health and fitness, nearly everything they talk about is applicable to many aspects of life. Listening to them feels like being guided by a combination of friend, teacher, coach, mentor and wise aunt. I am grateful.

    The balance I needed
I have literally spent thousands on social media doctors and influencers who try and help organize eating, exercise, and mindset to improve my health. These ladies have summed up the process so well and in such a complete and affordable way. On top of the fact that podcast advice is free!! Keep doing what you’re doing Jen and Annie. You and your coaches are the real deal.

    More than weight loss
I started working with Balance365 six months ago. I was expecting a "plan" to help me lose weight. What I've gotten from this program is much more than that. They want to know what's going on with me, what's my back story, what's causing me to struggle, not what my scale says. What I've gotten from this program: -- Written materials and resources -- Podcasts and recorded coaching calls to learn from -- Facebook community support -- Coaching from Balance365 coaches through Facebook groups -- Live coaching sessions from Balance365 coaches through Zoom -- I'm not just a name. They remember me. They know what's going on with me. They stay in contact with me. -- Community Facebook interaction is very strong. Lots of support from other members. Where can you find them? Coaching Session with Jen
It’s me. Hi. I’m the Jen, it’s me. Thank you Jen for your vulnerability this episode. I can relate so, so much to your struggle to (re)establish a strength training habit. Thank you so much for sharing, and thank you to Annie for the coaching. You guys are the best 💕

Best Facebook Ad I ever clicked on
There is a LOT of noise out there about food and bodies. Sadly, I have spent a lot of time and money allowing others to make me disciples of their particular way to a better me. I started listening to this podcast because Facebook led me to a free CUT THE CRAP course. It was the beginning of me listening to random podcasts, and eventually going back to the beginning until I got caught up and current (today!). I have learnt and am learning so much! I’m thankful to have found Balance 365. And as ‘woo-woo’ as it sounds, it has been a huge part of my journey back to me. Have I arrived? Gotten it right yet? No, and no. But I am quite sure, that these ladies are a safe haven from all the diet culture nonsense out there. Now I can model this for my girls. For that I will be forever grateful.

    I can do it too!
I love this podcast and the group. It’s an excellent lifestyle to work towards. I love the idea of autonomy around your complete self! Promoting patience and a can do attitude.

    Love this pod!
This podcast is really the whole 365 -- you've got health, mindset, and fitness! Annie and Jen are the health professionals you need in your life about finding balance and ease with your nutrition and health!

I’m on episode 4 and I can’t stop!!! Thank you for a place where balance is the key, something I have struggled with my whole life!

    Amazing Podcast
I’ve been listening to this podcast for almost a year and these ladies do a fantastic job. They cover such a wide range of topics that it’s impossible to not find at least one episode that is relatable. I’ve learned so much from them and the guests they have on the show. I haven’t done their program yet but I have already seen a shift in my behaviors just from listening in.

A key part of my wellness journey!
Jen and Annie’s podcast is one I will always make time for in my busy life. They are inspiring and accessible, able to perfectly blend humor and “real-ness” with valuable health information. They have helped me immensely with working towards the right mindset to make lasting change. I am very grateful to have stumbled upon Balance 365!

    Life changing content
This podcast has helped me with my mindset around food, nutrition, movement, and health. I have become much more aware of my all or nothing thinking and been able to redefine my health on my own terms. Thank you Jen & Annie for all that you do!

Freedom from Diet Culture and What to Do Instead
This podcast has been life changing for me. I’ve probably listened to every episode at this point and it has been the key to reprogramming myself from diet culture. A key aspect that I appreciate is that B365 offers an alternative—it doesn’t just say “eff diet culture” it also says “here’s how to figure out what’s actually healthy for you”. As someone who has struggled with moderation in the past and tends to be very perfectionist and strict with myself, exploring what sane, healthy habits look like, what actually listening to your body looks like, what slow, moderate change actually looks like has been so helpful.

    Bringing the sanity back!
I have listened to this podcast off and on from the beginning and love every episode. I recently fell back into body dissatisfaction and found myself tracking and tracking and obsessing and obsessing. I came back to your your podcast to remind myself that I can start small and that health and sustainability are the MOST important aspects/goals of my eating and exercising. I’m back on the habit wagon. Thank you!
  • MargaretH76
Mind changing - love love love!!
Annie and Jen have such an honest, REAL way of talking about their relationships with food, movement, weight loss and the REAL mental work that goes along with developing, changing and sustaining habits and skills for a life that meets your individual goals. The recent podcast on period cravings was a game changer for me. The idea that I could honor a craving, but satisfy it when I’m actually hungry was 🤯. Thank you so much Annie and Jen for this podcast and all your B365 work!

Top notch podcast for women of all ages
I recently took a road trip. I was grateful to have this podcast to listen to. Annie and Jen are so knowledgeable. I also enjoy listening to their special guests and member spotlights. This podcast is a great companion to The Balance 365 coaching program. I learn something new every time I tune in.

    Best Podcast EVER!!!
I can’t stop listening. Annie & Jen are so knowledgeable and so interesting to listen too! I have gained so much knowledge and have a better understanding of who I am and why I do what I do just from listening to this podcast.

    Thank you.
Really good practical advice. I have saved several episodes to relisten. Sign of a podcast worth listening to!

    Credentials and Education
I have tried to find out information about Jen, Annie, and Lauren to see who they are and why I should take what they have to say seriously. I’ve listened to two episodes and don’t find either credible, so I’m curious to know their backgrounds. Their website doesn’t give this information and I find that concerning.

    Helped me during anorexia recovery
I know this podcast is tailored more towards women who are trying to lost weight sustainably with lifestyle changes, but I listened to this a lot when I was recovering from anorexia. I have been in recovery for a year now and this podcast helped me find balance during recovery and reclaim my relationships with food and exercise in a healthy way. I recommend this podcast to folks recovering from all sorts of disordered eating, including BED and restrictive eating disorders. Thanks ladies!
  • ambermerrill
    Top notch podcast!
I’ve never been able to get into listening to podcasts regardless how many time I tried. Clearly I was not finding the right ones. I’ve been following Annie on IG for a while and finally searched for Balance365. I was hooked so much from the first few minutes. So much so, that I sent the link to my sister demanding she had to give it a listen. So raw and relatable topic that hit home.
  • Bug A Boo
    Empowered
It is the podcast I never knew I needed in my life. I feel so empowered after every episode. I can relate to so many of the topics discussed. I have tried ALL THE THINGS to lose weight. Now I can focus on health, wellness, and habits and let all the pieces fall into place. Thank you!
  • erikam1969
    Great podcast
I love this podcast! I literally just stumbled on it and it’s so good. With so much confusing information out there I love that they get rid of all the myths and they are realistic and it makes sense!! I’m excited to listen and am currently binge listening to them all!! Thank you so much for helping me and so many with living healthy!! I’m truly looking at slow changes as a win now!!
  • Jswill2
    So helpful
These episodes have been so helpful in bringing things back to basics for my thought process on approaching nutrition. I appreciate the content so much!

    Literally Life Changing
It you want straight talk about tough topics from two smart, funny, relatable women who truly care about helping other women learn to live fulfilling lives they love... this is the podcast for you. Every episode of this podcast either has me nodding along going “yep! I can totally relate to that” or mouth agape because of some big knowledge bomb that’s been dropped. I find myself replaying bits and pieces of the podcasts over and over because there’s just so much good information in here that seems like it should be common knowledge but somehow isn’t stuff I’ve heard or learned before. Not to mention after just an episode or two you’ll feel like host and B365 founders Jen and Annie are your new best friends. They are just so sincere. If I could recommend this to every woman in my life, I would. Applying B365 concepts to my life has led over the last several months to slow, sustainable, habit changed. In my wildest dreams I didn’t think it would be possible to lose (a substantial amount of) fat without being on a diet, eat in a way I enjoy that doesn’t feel restrictive, not have to track anything, and stop caring what the scale says. But it is and I have. All thanks to Jen and Annie.
  • HappyJaim
    Empowering! 💜
This podcast was recommended to me by a friend, and once I started, I now recommend it to every important woman I know, because it has has such a positive impact on my life and self-talk. The messages in each Balance 365 podcast are real, relevant, and relatable. The ladies help me feel understood, validated, hopeful, motivated, but most importantly, empowered! Thank you... for helping women around the world reprogram for the better 💜

    Perfectly Balanced
I was looking for a way to find the right balance for me between weight loss, nutrition, and body positivity on a day-to-day basis in real life without extreme dieting. This is exactly what I needed! You ladies are amazing!
  • PureJosie
    Great podcast
This podcast is helpful and inspirational. I really appreciate that the hosts are open about their prior struggles—and even some that still pop up every now and then. It makes me feel that they’re human, too—and that my failures don’t make me a monster. The subjects they address are topical and useful.
  • Dearie78
    Where are the links???
There used to be links in the show notes about things that were talked about in the podcasts. For a long time now as they go through the podcast they will comment “and we’ll make sure to put a link in our show notes”. Where are those links, ladies? Other than that for the most part I like the content. I would like to be able to dive in more and research and learn and the links would be a great help.

    Thee Best!
I’m so happy I found this podcast. I sometimes find it scary when I’m listening, because it’s like they are in my head reading my thoughts! They have awesome conversations about real issues people can relate too. These girls are so fun and amazing to listen too. You guys rock! 🙂
  • Mayala2
    Totally worth a listen!
These ladies get it. Motherhood, diet culture, married life...just IT. I was mentally falling apart, little by little with the harsh realities of diet culture and trying to be “perfect”. I stumbled across Balance365 on Black Friday and hopped aboard with every single thing they have to offer and I don’t feel one bit bad about doing something for MYSELF, finally:) Take a listen, you will NOT be disappointed!!
  • suebisme
Its ok, but mildly annoying and could be more informative
The hosts talk too much (amongst themselves about mundane things, and when the have hosts they talk more than they let the host talk). They don’t seem particularly well-educated and don’t provide much useful information to the conversations. They’re sweet, bubbly, and have the we’re your new bffs style but I think it often obscures the message.

    For Your Overall Well-Being
I’m so glad I found this podcast. The first episode I heard was “Parenting while triggered,” and WOW. I furiously took notes. Such a great parenting, mental and physical health, and overall well-being podcast.

    Life changing
A friend recommended this podcast after several conversations where I expressed my desire to be free of obsession over my weight and food. The discussions were exactly what I had been looking for and completely revolutionary in helping change my mindset on this issue. I am so thankful for these amazing ladies and the insights they bring about the damage our diet culture is on all of us! I am not only changing how I view myself and others, my weight & food, but I’m learning how to address these issues with my 3 girls so that they don’t have to spend 20 years yo yo dieting and feeling bad about themselves like I did. Thank you thank you!

    Obesity
Loved the Obesity Episode. I enjoyed the guest and appreciated the information shared. I have lost 60 lbs of fat in the last 2 years by just eating less and now have been starting to add muscle by resistance training, so really appreciated it.

This podcast has so many fantastic episodes! Jen, Annie, and Lauren make it feel like I am sitting down to a coffee date with friends. The well-researched discussions between JAL and their excellently-chosen guests are life-changing.

The Best! I ❤️ these women
This podcast is so encouraging and uplifting! I’m so thankful I became a Balanced365 member - the community is so supportive. The podcast and community are helping me learn how to love myself while making healthy and slow changes. The approach is not just refreshing but crucial in today’s noxious diet culture.

    Refreshing perspective and support!
The Body Positive Gods must have known what I needed when they Balance 365 showed up on my Facebook news feed. I immediately began binging episodes, and I started at the beginning. These ladies bring a perspective I have never had the pleasure to hear. I can tell when I haven’t listened to them in a few days as my self-talk takes a negative turn. I’m still a newbie, so there’s more to absorb, but I appreciate everything they bring to the table and the interesting interviews the provide.

A rare dose of sanity and wisdom in the health and fitness world
Smart, funny, thoughtful, blessedly sane. Like three of your girlfriends handing out a huge dose of wisdom and not-so-common sense about health and body image. So thankful for B365!

    Life Changing
This podcast and social media community has made a larger impact on my mental health than I would have thought possible. I was spiraling into diet culture following the birth of my son, unhappy with my both my body and the methods I was using to try and change it. I didn’t need to change my body - I needed to change my mindset. This podcast has played a significant role in improving my relationship with my body and my overall mental health. I cannot thank these ladies enough for the message they are spreading and my only complaint is there can’t be a podcast episode every day!

    a voice of grace
Thank you, Jen, Lauren, and Annie, for sending this out into podcastland. In a world of quick fixes and perfection, this podcast is such a gift to women. It remind us that the journey to happiness is about self-love. It's about giving yourself grace. It's about progress over perfection. It's about all or something. It's about small, incremental changes that will affect you tremendously 1, 5, 10 years later. I find myself listening to podcasts a few times each to really let the information sink in. Thanks for being in my ears on long car rides and while folding endless laundry.

Every time I listen to one of these podcasts, I come away with new awareness. This often leads to a greater understanding of my own emotions surrounding nutrition, body image, and fitness. Which ultimately has lead me to be able to make habit changes around that understanding. Although I’m really only at the start of my journey, I feel like a much healthier person emotionally and physically since I first started listening. I look forward to every episode!

    Will change your life
This podcast is amazing. It will change everything you’ve thought about dieting, losing weight, etc. We need balance in our lives. Relentlessly pursuing an arbitrary number on the scale or jeans size is not the way to do it. Give it a listen. It’s one of the best things you’ll ever do.
