What a great listen. The show asks great questions, and gives good insight into the baseball coaching profession. He finds top-notch guests who are willing to share their styles, tips, and strategies to grow the game of baseball. Highly recommend.

I don’t like that there is not a lot of information that I would want for a podcast like this.over all it is amazing.

Jonathan Gelnar provides great content through his podcast. I especially enjoy his solo episode where he talks about ways he himself has done things with his program and teams. Jonathan Gelnar brings in many different coaches and other people related with baseball who all have different perspectives but all have a same purpose: to make baseball better. 5/5 listen, audio is good and all of the guests are great listens

It amazes me how few high school coaches are aware of this podcast and the information it provides each week. (At least where I am in the Bay Area). At the same time, I am amazed how many coaches are aware of this podcast and are implementing the ideas and information shared on this platform across the country to improve the development of our players and programs. I am proud to be a part of this community for that hour each week during my commute.

Great podcast regarding communicating with players! We have to communicate with our team to instill confidence in their skills and development. Also we can continue to work on being aware of how we coach and teach.

It's impossible not to respect a coach who is filled with curiosity AND does something significant about it. Jonathan has taken his passion for leading others and multiplied it exponentially for all of us to learn from. It's impressive and I can't wait to hear more.
