    Lots of useful information!
Thanks for the informative podcasts. I like the fact that you have folks working in our industry that truly understand ALL of the challenges we face every single day. It was also nice to hear D. Taylor speak to you all; I had worked for him back in 2005. He was a great person to learn and grow from.

    Amazing show!
Really top notch show that needs to be out there for all healthcare professionals! I really prefer when the shows are a bit more technical in nature as wish the two part series on steam Sterilization. I don’t care too much for the infomercial type shows that really do nothing but push an unproven and untested product on the audience. The steam Sterilization show, however, was outstanding and highly informative! Would like to hear more shows regarding different peer reviewed scientific studies and meta analysis on infection prevention, lean process, workflow analysis, dealing with difficult conversations, highly resistant and even hostile culture towards change within the Operating room and sterile Processing Departmemt etc... Great Job!

    The State of Sterile Processing
Loved "The Breaking Point: The State of the Sterile Processing Industry!" It was awesome learning about a new way to take care of instruments, especially the sets with 20+ instruments.

    Question regarding vendor instrument cases
Bob Marrs interview was outstanding. He clearly shares his experience and insights with ease and skill. As I listened to this podcast one recurring question came to mind and I’d hope he might shed some light on a point of confusion. Many or most SPDs process vendor sets within the cases provided. Yet a number of vendor IFUs clearly state that these cases are provided for instrument organization, sterilization and storage. They are not to be used for decontamination. Recognizing the additional work, capacity requirements and confusion associated with separating all these instruments what process advice might you offer? Dan Johnson

There is a lot of dinosaurs on the ground an outdated information, no scientific explanation, just because you've been told so. But this show is like a later for us the newcomers to the industry where the possibilities of advancement is infinite . Thank you,

    Thorough, Insightful, Outstanding
This is an excellent production. Justin, Hank, and more recently Mike do a wonderful job as hosts asking relevant questions, inviting fascinating guests and really drilling down deep into every subject. My area of expertise is endoscope reprocessing, but even on topics not directly related to scopes, this program does an amazing job of drawing out useful and transferable information from every angle of the medical device industry. Job well done!
