    This is tough!
This is tough because I do believe Melissa Has GREAT content and GREAT interviews. I’ve been listening to mind love for the past couple years and I’ve noticed a pattern that I can’t overlook anymore. In literally EVERY episode Melissa mentions that she had an eating disorder and she use to drink a ton but no longer does. The first couple times she mentioned it I appreciated her authenticity but now that I’ve been listening for a couple years I can’t help but eyeroll when she brings it up without fail EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. I want to continue listening but it’s difficult when I feel like she’s no longer making the content relatable to everyone. She is boxing in her listeners and if you don’t have an eating disorder or weren’t taking adderall previously you will have a tough time relating to her examples because every interview is all about her! I truly hope she changes her perspective and understand that she is an interviewer for the people. We all don’t need to hear your past traumas EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. Please broaden your context and your examples to fit your wide variety of listeners! It is a disservice to your listeners to hear the same story over and over on repeat! Please stop!

    Thank you!
Mind Love has been LIFE CHANGING! This podcast lands somewhere between personal therapy and expansive exploration in the best possible way. I can’t count how many times I’ve turned off self-help podcasts because they sound so insincere, but Melissa’s authenticity, empathy, and curiosity shine through in every episode. Her bravery in tackling controversial topics with kindness and speaking her truth with confidence is inspiring. Thank you for sharing your gifts with others!

    I LOVE this podcast!!
I LOVE this podcast!!! The host Melissa, her guests, and their expertise truly shine through as they dive into all things health and wellness, mind, body, and spirit. There is always has an impressive lineup of guests, and I always find myself interested in every discussion, even if there wasn’t an innate interest to begin with! But what truly sets this podcast apart is its unwavering commitment to authenticity. Melissa the host has a genuine sense of connection with her audience, is down to earth and funny- she’s got her own way of guiding us on a meaningful journey towards self-discovery.

I have been listening to Melissa’s podcast for years now! I swear whenever I am curious or wanting to learn more on a topic she creates exactly what I needed to hear when I need to hear it! Esp diff phases changes in my life! My favorite part is that she narrates her own experience and ties it into each interview for a greater relatable experience for all. The topics have really been profound and has made radical shifts in my own thinking and belief systems that I never knew existed. Thankful for her vulnerability and curiosity that stands out from the crowd! Thanks Melissa for paving this new path for us all to step outside our comfort zones and challenge our own thinking/beliefs!

    conflicted
I don’t know how you can host a podcast about mental health and say you like Andrew Tate. The views shared by the host are very conflicting at times, I’ve followed and unfollowed a few times and I think I’m finally done after hearing that. Andrew Tate is the definition of toxic masculinity, trafficked women for his own profit, teaches men how to manipulate and abuse women- and you like him? I can’t with these trash opinions from someone who pretends to be “enlightened.” No way.

    Disappointing
I want to love this podcast so bad 😔 She has great guest but I feel like it’s her over talking with her experiences after she asks a question and I’m just like whhhy? Her voice is so soothing, and she really does have a lot of great things to say but I feel like every podcast she spends the majority of the time speaking over the people she invites on the show and it’s disappointing.

    Engaging and Inquisitive
Melissa has the kind of curious mind that makes her a natural for interviews. She shares many of her own insights (and relatable stories), but also uses her curiosity to engage her guests by often asking them exactly the questions I was wondering myself. A great podcast for inquisitive and explorative minds.

5 minutes in and I can’t stop listening
Melissa feels like a best friend you’re chatting with over lunch. Within minutes of listening I was totally hooked and drawn in to her personal story sharing. Relatability is so important now and not everyone has it. Melissa does and it seems very effortless for her. Such a pleasure to listen to her and how she so flawlessly interacts with guests.

    The best podcast ever!
Melissa at this point is one of my friends and doesn’t even know me. Her podcast is the only thing I find myself listening to these days. Her ability to ask the right questions and willingness to be vulnerable makes for an educational and relatable listen that has comforted and entertained me the last 4 years!! She actually uses the products she’s sponsored by and I love how transparent she is. In a time when it sometimes feels uneasy sharing your opinions, Melissa offers a safe space that’s still intriguing and inviting. Thank you so much Melissa for all you do and raising great humans! Good luck with your home birth you got this!! Your pregnancy journey inspires me that I too can do this one day💪🏼💓🧸

    Life-changing podcast
I have been religiously listening to MindLove since the beginning of my spiritual journey about three years ago. It has become such a staple in my life that whenever I’m feeling “off” or know that I need to realign with myself, I know I can turn on MindLove & feel safe again. Everything that Melissa says always deeply resonates with my soul, leaving me feeling far less alone & more connected & inspired. I have told sooo many people about this podcast because I know so many people need to give their mind a little more love! Thank you for always being the episode I need. 💕

Melissa is a genius interviewer, taking her guests deeper into the core of their message, and ALWAYS bringing it to the practical level. She is truly in flow, and in her zone, exploring topics that are highly diverse, and yet coherent: How can we be a better human being? How can we serve humanity while we’re serving our own evolution and growth? She is a gem. Don’t miss this podcast.

    Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Melissa’s podcast. In the past, I was never into podcasts, but I came across mind love around 1/2021 and have been hooked since! I’ve listened to almost every single episode since then during my commute to work in the morning. Melissa is so real and raw yet easy going. The interviews flow so naturally and easily keep my attention which is normally hard to do. I’ve tried listening to other podcasts and always come back to this one. It has been so critical in my own self love journey and has played a huge part in the growth I have had over the last year and a half. I have truly learned so much about life and myself from this podcast and I hope to continue to learn from Melissa and her guests for a long time!

    Hooked!
As an animal communicator I frequently get media requests but rarely say yes. When an invite came from Melissa, I looked into Mind Love and noticed the delectable, tool-oriented structure of her podcasts. I found myself thinking, “oh - I want to listen to that one” or “I bet this podcast would be really helpful for me”. So I decided to say yes. It turned out to be one of the most pleasurable media experiences I have had to date. Mind Love won best podcast of the year in the 2022 Quill Podcast Awards. If you listen to an episode, I think you will understand why.

    My first heartbreak
I am 37 years old, and I am experiencing my first heartbreak. I have been the one to leave my past relationships and, until now, I have not known the true pain of having my heart broken. The pain is unlike any other that I have ever felt, and I honestly have not felt capable of surviving it until now. I am learning so much about myself, how to love myself, how to hold myself accountable, and most of all, that I am not alone. Thank you so much for your podcast.

    You’ll be hooked!
I stumbled across Melissa Montes podcast, “Mind Love” in 2019, while working. My fiancé had just survived a suicide attempt and I was new to podcasts. I was looking for something to bring me peace and ironically this podcast was a top recommendation in my podcast list on Pandora. After one episode, I was hooked! I look forward to each episode and I always have a notebook, pen and highlighter handy. Melissa is like the sister that we never had. I highly recommend this podcast.

Melissa helped me out of A 30 year lowlight reel.
I was going through the motions of life stuck in a wheel of self doubt. I kept taking small steps forward but didn’t have the real courage I needed to believe in myself. I found this show around episode 10 and the world started to change. I found my courage and took on grad school at 58. I still fight myself everyday but now I win sometimes and I know that It’s ok. Sometimes courage isn’t a sudden change but the quiet voice that tells you to keep going. Thanks Melissa for helping me hear myself.

Ads breaks need to be reviewed
I enjoy this podcast and would love the content to continue. Some feedback I’d like to give is regarding the AD breaks. Ads will start mid sentence. Other podcasts create a little sound chime before Ads start and its 1) more professional 2) less jarring and frustrating. This podcast is around mental health and then mid important sentence an ad will break through. It feels like lazy editing. Please fix this. I would also love if you were able to just do 2-3 ad breaks at a time for the entire podcast… as opposed to interrupting the speaker so many times. All in all, good podcast. It just needs better editing.
