Hello Gary, I just want to thank you for the hard work you’ve put into your podcast. I’ve found it more than helpful and most of the subjects covered are very relatable to my teams and has helped me see things differently. As a young coach listening to older and experienced coaches helps me out tremendously allowing to better analyze my philosophy and coaching approach. You held a coaches seminar in Wilmington through the Wilmington Hammerheads FC which I greatly enjoyed it and learned a lot from it as well. Thanks for all you do and we look forward to more content. I ahve been listening for about a week and already feel there is so much material to digest. The interviews by Gary that also gets listeners to think and reflect on the subjects.

I am a new subscriber to Gary’s podcasts but I’ve known about Gary’s work for a while and considering he’s a fellow Irishman and coach. I really enjoyed the podcast with Ollie about analyzing the game more sufficiently in player development. Loved it!!!
