i swear i’m not giving a low review bc i stan a sebastian😂😂 honestly i get very very lost the whole time i listen and find myself tuning out. it’s really quite a mess and has no kind of cohesion, and the sound quality is not great. extra stars for accents.

There are a LOT of Star Wars shows out there. And that makes it hard to stand out in the crowd. But Star Wars Spelt Out does! For one, the show tries to explore the many perspectives on Star Wars through conversations with a variety of guests. You won't agree with everything Josh or his guests say, but I think unlike some SW shows, the approach is a fair, honest, but largely unjudgmental one. And I think that's important because, good lord, SW is full of judgment these days. For two, the show is an unabashed SW geek show. Not a show that loves everything. Not a show that hates everything. A show whose goal is to geek out about Star Wars, SW culture, SW theories, and the very act of being an SW dork. Cause that's what we all are: SW Dorks. With that said, this is a SW podcast I think everyone should check out. I put it up there with Aggressive Negotiations, and that's high praise indeed.

This is a really nice podcast! Their intro and outro music alone deserves a five star review. Josh has a love for Star Wars and consistently manages to bring in fascinating guests. The only minor drawback is that on a few occasions, Josh may make political statements and show some stubbornness against opposing viewpoints. But nevertheless, it doesn't stop me from listening and enjoying the content. If you like Star Wars a lot, and want to hear from a cool Aussie dude, then please check this podcast out!

Great Star Wars podcast with fun guests!!

One of the only podcasts I can have on when my kids are home without fear of them learning 4-letter words. Josh is a kind, knowledgeable, classy host. Good fun, and the episode artwork is awesome!

The format of the show keeps things fresh, with a one-on-one interview with a different guest each week. It's well thought out and great fun. If you dig Star Wars and cool people you should definitely give this one a go.
