Audio of guests is often terrible. The last interview with J Harrison was just a big complaining session about steer quality.

Bring back the personal one on one interviews like when the score first started. And we have been listening to Jake and Clay since the late 90s. It’d be nice to hear short scores from some one else!

Turn up the volume, your new host needs to speak louder with more energy, I enjoy the content but it’s like listening to someone whisper everything.

My boyfriend loves listening but lord help me because all I can hear are the deep breaths taken at the end of each sentence.

This is a super interesting episode but the audio is TERRIBLE. And the longer you listen, the worse it gets… every other episode I’ve listened to has been really nice to listen to! Very interesting and educational.

I think you guys should get some of the great veteran heeler and headers maybe the ones that arent really rodeoing anymore to talk about who they looked up to when they were young and first started rodeoing. Hear about some old school guys that are a dying breed and people don’t know or hear about that much.

I’m really enjoying the short lessons and roping tips from your guest. Few minutes of real valuable roping and horsemanship tips. Great insight and fun to hear the greatest share.

But does the number system make any sense? Episodes go 11, 6, 1, 12 in sequential order by date... I wish they would have started with 1 and continues through today with a normal number system.

This is the one and only best most consistent podcast that keeps its pulse on the roping world. I have learned many things about training, practice, horses, and the hard work that goes into this sport. It is the way to know what is going on with legends, newcomers, and their horses. The team roping journal is my favorite podcast to listen to, love the insider interviews with some of my favorite team ropers. The podcasts with the stories of the amazing equine athletes are my favorite episodes.

As a writer of contemporary rodeo romance I find a ton of inspiration and details that work their slightly warped way into my books. At the workshop I taught last week about accurate portrayal of modern cowboys and cowgirls I used this and the Team Roping Journal as examples of prime places to learn how we really talk, think...and prioritize. And I know exactly who’s hot and all the behind the scenes scoops, which makes my roper side very happy.

Besides the complete updates in the team roping world, I love the interviews, especially those that include stories about their equine partners. Keep ‘em coming! Good work, girls!

A podcast on Dustin Bird would be awesome!

Hey, I just started to listening about a month ago and I think I’ve made it through most of the episodes. I love hearing about the horses and the updates. I’ve been out of the sport for exactly 20 years, but am looking to get back into roping. So much has changed! I’d love to hear some product reviews - who’s using what and why. Everything from ropes to saddle pads, splint boots, and other equipment. Thanks!

Would love to hear an episode talking about all of the recent partner changes. Not necessarily interested in why some teams split up, but more of who is roping with who now. Thanks!

These podcast have been great. I really enjoy listening to the best ropers in the world of how they got started roping, the mental side of roping and just some good stories. I don’t listen to the radio anymore because listening to these podcast have motivated me to be a better roper.

I love listening, hearing the updates, behind the scenes of the NFR, but especially the stories of the Cowboys, how they got started and their relationships with their equine partner. My husband is not a podcaster and I’m always sharing with him the stories. I end up saying, “you just need to listen to this” and play it for him. I’ve started playing them while we’re on the road to the kids junior rodeos. It’s good family listening and neat from my fans perspective to feel like you really get to know them as a person. Keep up the good work!
