    That Laugh Tho
    The host is clearly knowledgeable on design, business, and building confidence. I really wanted to like this show, but she’s got this awkward laugh/half-hearted chuckle that sounds incredibly sarcastic. It sounds like an attempt to soften her point, or seem more personable, but it sounds like nails on the chalkboard. I listened to about ten episodes, all very informative, but it the chuckle was too much for me.

    Wow, your episode on setting goals and stop "should-ing" all over ourselves really hit home with me. I think you did a fantastic job outlining the thought process that we go through as entrepreneurs and what we need to be doing instead.     The pure GENIUS in this podcast is far beyond ANYTHING I’ve ever heard. Colleen covers both technical design lessons as well as freelance and agency business education with a no nonsense approach. Colleen’s periodic “chuckles” in the episodes and the information accompanying them are GOLD. She’s definitely the freelancers’ champion! Love Colleen. Love her interviews. Love the chuckles.     The chuckles and half-hearted laughs inserted into the monologue are grating. It sounds seriously unprofessional and makes me think she isn’t quite sure if what she’s telling us is correct. I’m honestly surprised this podcast has survived to 45 episodes.

    As interesting as they might be, most graphic design podcasts center around small talk and filler. Colleen takes a different route. She offers solid, experienced insight combined with highly useful discussions with industry experts. I think this is the only podcast where I've actually hit the pause button to take notes.
