My husband has been receiving mail for months about his upcoming Medicare. We have spoken with an agent at length and have attended an online seminar. While trying to learn the ins and outs of Medicare, I stumbled on The Everything Medicare podcast, and it was a “page turner” (to borrow a phrase from reading)! I listened to one episode after another, learning all I could. Christian has always done an excellent job explaining this complicated topic in a simple enough way for anyone to understand it. Just found u today—thank u!! I have Medicare Sr Advtnge plan thru Kaiser Permanente-No Calif (pd my own KP individl plan for yrs prior—big $$!!). Didnt really undrstnd all the ins/outs when I signed on (who does?) — but so far has been surprisingly quite affrdble (evn went DOWN $10 this yr to $99/mo—dont know why but not gonna ask!). Yr Advntg plan podcast bettr xplnd for me just what I have w/an Advntg plan vs if I had gone w/anothrs supplmntl plan. Have no major med probs (thk u God!) but wondering if I shld also add any of the othr 3 cvrgs u mentnd, esp cancer cvg (family history + my own benign/minor cases). I work w/srs & know how much just a 3mile ambulance ride costs here! So hard to decipher the cvrg info in KP docs (or any insur litratr), know for sure what I DO have vs what else I dont or cld/shld add, etc etc.... Will be listening to u regularly now. Thx!

As a newer agent, I quickly found that finding accurate Medicare information that is also easy to understand was not easy. Christian is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s all extremely beneficial regardless of being an agent or a beneficiary. You can tell how passionate and transparent he is about everything he’s doing. Must listen if you’re wanting to learn more about Medicare!

Christian does such a wonderful job breaking things down which makes it easy to understand. He’s covered many relevant subject on Medicare, You could probably do his job after listening to his podcasts lol. He’s also consistent with the output and you can just tell he genuinely cares.

Most likey anyone leaving a non favorable review is a jealous agent. Christian delievers a ton of information in an entertaining way. That's not the easiest thing to do. Very knowledgeable.

I have listened to two podcasts. I am not sure why he takes 3 breaks in a 20 min podcast. Christian has weird breaks where he stops talking for a few seconds so frequently I thought I lost connection. That could be edited out. In the “common misconceptions about Medicare” post the first 13 min was him talking about the gym unrelated to Medicare. When Christian did jump into the topic he said that you have to pay the 144.60 for part B which is not completely true! He left out that if you don’t have a large income or you’re on Medicaid you can get assistance on or have your part B covered. Also, if you’re on an advantage plan you’re still responsible for covering your part B even though you’re no longer on original Medicare.... I think for a new person trying to get a grasp on Medicare this is simply a start but I would say diversify your informational sources and hunker down and try to read your Medicare and You book. In addition, talk to a LOCAL agent licensed with multiple companies because they don’t care what you choose!

Great information! Recommend you listen to every one. But, if you are soon turning 65, highly suggest number 75, when to enroll. Very good!

Mr. Brindle spends a lot of time touting his experience, bashing other insurance professionals, and advertising his company. As a professional health advocate, I would love to get more useful information about Medicare for my clients.
